Stayed with RC JBR for my daughter s birthday celebration. Prior to our stay, of course I read reviews (which were exceptional!) and said Yes, ofc its a 5*, you would have a good service. To be frank, I didn t expect to THAT extent. There is a huge difference when staff is acting friendly, smiling due to protocol and when they are Genuine. There is such a positive vibe, coziness all around Hotel, from reception,restaurants team to pool staff, room service, spa and every other hotel staff.
