An impeccable hotel, handling rush hour guests in a smooth and cordial way, helpful to first time visitors as well as regular guests. Event management team works in a seamless way and facilities are well designed and maintained. Feel like visiting again!

The hotel is located on the prime location of Bang...

The hotel is located on the prime location of Bangalore. However, the road is a one way, so be careful. If you miss the hotel you may need to get stuck in traffic for the next 30 mins driving to get back in the same road as the hotel. Parking is ample with the staff courteous. However, you need to walk quite a distance to get to the rooftop restaurant. Food was as usual fantastic. Price was as expected of a 5 star hotel. All in all, immaculate experience.

Its a star hotel located in residency road. Easily accessible from the main road. Good construction and worth for money. They have a nice night club called Bang which has a decent crowd on the weekends. Stags must be charged 2.5 K as cover charge.

Ritz is one of the best in Bangalore. All the facilities are a class apart.
The entrance is quite breezy. Staff are well trained and can fill ur day with suprises....sweet.
Food is gr8. Happy stays....dis place is packed

Recently we have hosted a function in Ritz-Carlton. The Ambience, staff,Decor Everything was top notch
The food was also excellent

I've stayed in hundreds of 5 star hotels. This one...

I've stayed in hundreds of 5 star hotels. This one is nice! But their bar manager(at Bang) is an absolute as*hol*. Who does a terrible job, hits on women. And is very hostile. I'm rating this 2 stars because of the Nitesh builders efforts in creating a great property. But the minus 3 is because of the lousy manager they've hired. Do not intend to visit this property and spend my hard earned money on bottle services while being treated like that. I would recommend the MD to replace this man.

Had to walk five minutes to get to the reception after parking my vehicle. They did not have a functional elevator to get to the lobby from the parking area. Needed to walk up the drive ramp (dangerous) and walk right round the building to get to the lobby

The stay was a mix of both pleasurable and painful...

The stay was a mix of both pleasurable and painfull experience.
The property is realy good. No words for that. We had a Club delux room on 15th floor with access to the Club lounge which was a good thing. The ambience is realy good and the staff at the lounge are realy cordial and helpfull.
Same with the F and B staff at the Market restaurant. The managers and the staff are all attentive and pleasant.
Housekeeping staff are also pretty nice. They asked us how we are liking the stay,
and the room was out standing. The view was realy good.
The only not so good experience I had was with the Front desk. They all look like robots, no smiles....no greetings....no one asked us how the stay was while we were checking out. Neither did any one offer to take our bags even.That did not feel give us a good feeling at all. What I dont understand is that If the housekeeping staff have the sense to ask about the wellbeing or the feedback from the guests , why doesnt the front desk do it? We felt the attitude was rather cold.
We travel a lot , we have also visited several properties around bangalore.
Neither did anybody help us with carrying iur luggage out....Nor were they allowingnus to bring our bike to the entrance so that we could load it. Do you guys respect people only if they come in cars???
It was a 1.7 lakh bike for Christ sake and it is very close to our heart as we do all our travelling on that whether its in b/w cities or states. It was realy an insult to us .
I implore the management to teach a little bit of manners to the staff and a bit about guest service.
It was all good. But it did not feel like home.The entire stay went down the drain with the checkout service.

I have stayed at the Marriot hotels in India and abroad too. Ritz ,we have stayed at Al Bustan Palace hotel and the service there was impeccable.The smiling staff.They are all so friendly. In Bangalore we have stayed with almost all Taj hotels . The service they offer is to die for. That feels like home.

But here despite all the comfort and luxury I missed that feeling.

We went for dinner on buffet basis. For a luxury brand like Rizt-Carlton, the food verity and taste was no match for sure. Also, services were not prompt though you can find no so many guests sitting and a number of staff present!
