Parking is a hassle. They ask guests to self park and then said it's full.

Lunch buffet had very little variety in starters and main course and taste was not so good too. Starters were also cold and did not feel freshly prepared. Deserts were the best of the buffet menu. Ambience was good though. Service was good too. But food and menu in lunch buffet is not satisfactory.

Good and decent room for hi room tariff if you compare you can get in some star hotels

Came here to attend a wedding. One of the best luxury hotels in Chennai. Great ambience. This place is also the location of The Great Gatsby, one of the best pubs in Chennai.

The hotel was great, good ambience and courteous staff. Clean directions were provided for a first time meeting and conference. Although, i truly do not appreciate the valet services, one of them who believes himself to be a race driver, i guess had the audacity to drive in front of my owns with a incessant raise of acceleration. Hope the valets are better mannered next time and learn to treat other's car with respect, as we trust them when we hand over the keys for parking

Buffet is delicious and has various cuisines to try. TBH friendly and gently trained professionals help us with must try and 'specials' of the day, they are well behaved. Dessert section is flawless with many varieties to try. Overall its a pleasant experience

Went for a buffet lunch. Disappointed with the food if one considers the status of Crowne Plaza.

One of the worst hotel I came across, I checked In in the morning after having night shift, next to my room was blocked for maintenance region,spoken to reception to give such a room where I can sleep peacefully...entire day work was on as it is ...inspite of talking to Duty Manager there was no improvement... Inspite of solving problem he was too rude.

Have money. Splurge. Great location great food great service

Good interior, pathetic parking facility. Sleeping security guards in parking lot who making your parking experience horrible.

I think Crowne Plaza is the best in this category in Chennai. A happening place all the day.

I had attended a wedding reception at maybrow's hall in crown plaza . I was disappointed with service at valet parking .... Such a mess and confusion .

We stayed a night and the humidity in the room was extremely high so it felt like we were sleeping on a damp bed with mouldy sheets. During check out, we were made to wait for fifteen min or so since the system was down even when we assured the staff that we didn't use the mini bar or the spa and that the rooms were paid off in advance. The dining experience in the hotel was very nice at Dakshin. Very happy and friendly staff.

Nice location and good building. But the maintenance of the property is poor and looses the sheen of star category

Great hotel and staff are very friendly and professional. Room was lovely and peaceful however my views weren't great..but I never got to look outside of the window as I was up before the sun was up and back when the sun was down. Pictures attached.

Internet suffice for answering business emails but not much else.

Centrally located. Ample parking space. Spacious. Choice of restaurants. Good food. Smokers open space. Comfortable Lounge. Suites are excellent. Room service a tad slow. Otherwise an excellent hotel to stay.
