It is not a normal hotel. All employees work with only one purpose. Make a memorable experience for the client all the time you spend at the hotel. The quality of the food, of the bed, of the room is very good, but what is most happy about the whole experience is that it is impossible to find a single employee who does not smile at you when they look at you. From all the cleaning ladies to the room managers. Unforgetable experience

The creation of the building and the interior are perfect. It was a club room, but the club lounge is still down compared to Japan.

It is one of the hotels that Japanese people can use with confidence in Tianjin!

Nice & upscale. Bartender at the Flair restaurant are awesome! No business center tho.

A very nice hotel with excellent service, beautiful decor, and wonderful overall atmosphere.

The rooms are large, well furnished and well decorated. Many higher end hires in China will often skimp on the details, not this one. Everything was thoughtfully designed and well maintained, down to the smallest things most people probably wouldn t even notice.

Beautiful lobby, spacious with a high ceiling. There might be children running about once in a while but they hardly cause trouble and let s be honest, energetic children having fun also lifts the atmosphere.

The restaurants keep up with the high standards of the rest of the hotel. Great good, a wide variety of options, always gorgeously prepared.

Overall very satisfied with the stay, glad to have such a high quality experience.

My favorite Ritz-Carlton. Been to quite a few, but this house is outstanding. The Asian Fusion Restaurant is very good at a reasonable price. The staff is doing an excellent job.
The hotel itself is an artgallery.

Best hotel in Tianjin in terms of the poshness and comfort. Felt like I was staying in an Art Museum! They even have tours on certain days to admire the art they have around the place. Breakfast spread a bit limited but acceptable. Rate is cheaper than St Regis which is my other reference point. Overall, Ritz-Carlton shades it.

I don't think I can find another as good hotel as this one at this budget level. Everything is nice. I've been given a club lounge update when I checked in. The lunch, afternoon tea and night drink at the club lounge are quite decent and staff there are great! In addition to that, the dinner buffet at Zest restaurant is strongly recommended.(pic-some big crab at the buffet)

Nice quiet hotel near by TJ city center. Very nice and responsive personnel, big enough room space. Very big bath room. Sometimes need to wait for breakfast or dinner if come at rush hour. River is just in 5 mins walking, beautiful at night. Has high pressure shower for quick relaxation.

A historic hotel in Tianjin, antique design, nostalgic enjoyment, worth a try

The hotel lobby is magnificent, the concierge service is warm and thoughtful, and the rooms are not picky. The deepest impression is that the breakfast fruit is particularly sweet.

The service is very good, the food is delicious, give a compliment!

The best hotel in Tianjin! The location is very central and the park in front of the hotel in such location is rare. The bell boys and receiption staff are very nice and helpful. Buffet selection is huge with Chinese and international cuisine and the Chinese fine dining restaurant was excellent too. The pool is also very cool so does the gym.
