The place has a nice comfy decor, food could be better.

2nd time here. Amenities and staff are first class as expected at a Ritz Carlton.

This Five star hotel is world class and amazing. Recently I had been to this hotel for a conference. It was conducted in Basement floor hall which was huge and beautiful.
The Interior designs and decoration is awesome. Exterior architecture is designed beautifully with lush greenery, beautiful fountains, stone and granite works are superb.
Since this hotel belongs to US based LLC. They have maintained this hotel to international standards. The ambience is so nice. Food served here was also superb. Overall a wonderful experience.

Looking forward to hotel opening. We will have quality dining options in city centre now. Website looks fabulous.

Most serene hotel in the midst of Bangalore. Great food great ambience and almost all hospitality services are offered here. Great place.

Good Luxury hotel with good factories and friendly staff.

Great stay, beds are very comfortable.good room service. Indian restaurant served authentic Indian food. Dak makhani was very oily. Loved the drinks on the house night on tuesday.

I visited kava. Place is good for team lunch and small lunch parties. Kava should work on food taste, food quality is good.

The hotel is good for stay. I still find their other chain JW Marriott a better proposition in terms of stay and service. The gym facility is better as compared to the other hotels in the vicinity. If you are here for food then I suggest better find other options unless you want to splurge yourself in luxury dining. The ambiance of the hotel is good. I haven't explored much in the three days I stayed there. I might give another shot to stay here spend more time and explore other facilities and put down the detailed review.

The words Ritz Carlton conjure up images of opulent luxury. While the Ritz Bangalore tries to live up to this and does provide excellent service, it is a rather cramped space due to its location. While I've never stayed here, the restaurants and bars are classy, with very good service. I would not call it great only because I have seen other places do it better, and the Ritz Bangalore does not live up to the image I have in my head of what they brand means. The personal touch seems lacking.

Hotel Ritz-Carlton is one of the premium hotels in Bangalore. It's located in Residency Road, where in you can commute to all parts of the city easily. The only problem is it's too busy hotel

It was without hesitation that we settled on their fabulous, uniquely designed property in the heart of Bangalore for a twenty-sixth birthday celebration. It was to be a small, family affair touched with the signature style expected of the team and location of Ritz Carlton.



Manoj, the GM of Lantern and the mastermind and string-puller of the entire night, was equally hospitable and really went out of his way to ensure our expectations were met. The piece de resistance of the entire night was going out into the palm-tree courtyard in the drizzling rain to light a Chinese paper lantern, and we all watched with trepidation as the lantern wove its way up into the night sky! Simple but a surely long lasting memory to cherish.

Yes, it s not light on the pocket but for a special event such as a birthday, it would be thoroughly recommended from my side as the entire team is so well trained and knows the ins and outs of throwing a supremely memorable and stunning birthday celebration!

Luxurious hotel, attended to by experienced staff whose primary focus is customer care. The restaurants are amazing - the Market Hall and Chinese dim sum restaurant are my favourite.

In basement see the toilet how clean it's u can check in this image full of and not clean ....and one more security stall manjunath name.... I don't no how to manage a guest non sense fellow....

Disappointed at the quality and attitude of the staff. The brand name raises your expectations, however the reality strikes you rudely. I visited for a training session, the hall was a bore and didn't like it. The food was ok ok. At entry the reception is grand and they make you feel like God and then you are dropped dead with the overall stuff. Not worth as per me

Exceptional place. Staff is extremely polite and friendly. The roof top bar is also excellent. The bartender over there makes his own cocktails and all next level. Should try the basil, orange, lemon etc mix. Mind blowing

I went there for some good north indian cuisine but little disappointed as taste was not that great though they have amole options to choose from... They should really work on the taste of their north indian dishes like Paneer Lababdar, Gajar ka halwa, Sarso da saag etc. Daal makhani was good

Amazing place. In the heart of the city with everything within reach and yet felt quite cozy within the premises without noise.
Otherwise the place is everything you expect from a Ritz-carlton.
Never disappoints.
