Visibility from main road is not clear busy traffic outside but inside it's good but the food they serve was not hot.

Friendly staff - from valets to servers. The booked hall was clean & comfortable, as were the restrooms. Buffet was ok.

The location is convenient. Due to rush, the entry to the hotel was inconvenient and caused delay. The interiors of the hotel are good, good air flow and water bodies in open area make for a decent place to have hot beverages. Service by staff is excellent.

Good place and right location but didnt like the food.

Nice hotel at the heart of city. It is very near to chinnaswamy stadium. So most of the Indian cricketers stay here. Staff is really humble and helpful here. Hotel rooms are wide clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain about except swimming pool which I feel could have been little wider. But overall for me it is nice experience. Climate here is just another plus point.

This was our first post Covid brunch at the Market. The hygiene and safety precautions were top notch, our table was far enough from anyone else seated at the restaurant. The buffet obviously not yet but food was amazing, Mr Mahesh Narayanan went all out to make our experience wonderful and the Chef spoilt the kids with yumm waffles and ice cream.
For the first time since covid, we felt relaxed when dining out and that is a tribute to this fabulous Ritz Carlton team at Market. Hang in there you all, good times will come back. Thank you for making our afternoon memorable .

Great experience in the night at roof top bar restaurant, though I don't drink, enough varieties for non-alcohol, veg guys, good place when you want to have long talks with someone, official meetings or romantic rendezvous.

Attended a birthday reception and Dinner. Food was tasty and decor good.

Limited buffet spread for a Corp function. Taste is average.

The grand ball is quite spacious. We recently organized an event here with 200+ attendees. The hotel staffs were polite and got a great experience overall.

Nice ambiance...but staffs are not so customer friendly...they didn't listen to us even after our repeated requests

An amazing hotel to stay in when in Bangalore. Was pleasantly surprised after staying in the hustle and busle of Mumbai for a few days. The hotel was great, bed was comfy and the breakfast was awesome. The rooftop (sort of) bar was also a great place to chill out and enjoy the skyline of the city. Highly recommended place to stay when you are next in Bangalore. Just make sure you factor in the traffic when leaving for the airport

The restaurant's meeting was good. The house and the service were also good.

Food looks very good but not healthy seeing the ingadients used to cook like usual stuffs of refined oils,maida , refined sugar and different colours and flavours etc

Out of the world experience! Marketplace restaurant breakfast and the lounge area are probably the best in the world I have ever experienced. By far the best hotel in Bangalore and probably in India. Concierage service was very very good

The property is really nice and the overall management is also commendable. We went to Bang lounge but didn't like the management who were specifically managing the Bang premises that day.
If that would have gone well, it would have been a 5/5 experience!
