Too much acidity having food here. Should improve quality if food

Nice ambiance and well kept. Space seems constrained for a large event. The food was fine but seemed similar during two days of the event. The bell used to attract attention of people for break time getting over had a very annoying sound. Parking is valet only and seemed bit inefficient as people were hashing to wait for about 20 min avg for their vehicle and there was no place to sit while waiting

The ambience is exquisite with wonderfully trained staff to take care of all the guest needs! Pretty spacious ball rooms for social gatherings to host event but food at such events become sub par than usual! It's located at a convenient location for all over Bangalore and also tons of parking available!

Homely north Indian excellent food served with lots of care and love

I have been going to Ritz Carlton Bangalore from quite a while and every time it s been a pleasure to spend some time with my clients and family.

There are quite a few places I do like however last Sunday I did visit the Lobby Lounge for a discussion with a friend and the setting is brilliant with a "professional pianist"playing the Grand Piano in the background.

Excellent 5 star hotel. The housekeeping staff is very efficient and they will maintain your room very well and fulfill all your needs. Staff is usually very courteous and receptive. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food they served was very delicious.

I liked the hotel a lot. Room was top notch. Attention to detail is good. Food was a bit off the mark. I've tasted better elsewhere. They can do better in terms of taste. One of the few hotels in Bangalore which I want to visit again and explore other restaurants other than farmers market.

Strange a big star hotel doesn't have stairs in place. I couldn't anywhere notice stairs. Lifts for certain floors need special access.

I went for a Conference to this place and by the looks this place is awesome but it is in middle of the city so it took more than 2 hrs to reach this place.

This is the real five star, from the outside security to inside staff are very friendly and the ambience of this is extraordinary.
Had been for a conference meeting, their buffet food taste is also great.

It was very good experience staying with Ritz carlton the service was up to the mark the view from room was super. Down to earth people. Only one thing I didnt like was the breakfast. The taste was not upto the mark. Apart from this overall had best experience with Ritz.

I just love this place for their A grade hospitality. And its such a pretty looking hotel. had been to this place for sea food dinner buffet. And gawdd!! I ate Soo much. They even make their live grills according to the taste we desire. The spread was not very large compared to other 5 stars in Bangalore but each and every thing in the spread tastes amazing. The staff is so helpful and welcoming, that you won't hesitate to try everything. Over all I had a great time here, looking forward to visit again surely.

You have to see Bangalore and then at the Ritz-Carlton. Just awesome, the hotel is super clean, very classy, the staff is very, very friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful. The spa is a dream and the pool is so great. Pure relaxation. But the best of all is Channabasappa. He gave my husband a great gift. So friendly and nice. We look forward to seeing him and everyone else soon.

Its one of the good Star hotels in bangalore, situated near the St.john's Pre University. Its very elite and has good service and security. The infrastructure is great and attracts international guests.
