Amazing ambience but the food was very bad. Had to wait for so long for nothing! They kept saying they had a mix up in the orders, clearly it was case of non-coordination! Very bad! I took my parents out on my first salary and it thanks to The Market it was such a bad day. And I don t understand how giving me discounts fix the fact that I had a very bad day at Ritz.
Good food and staff hospitality is excellent and some special dishes from Paul in Market buffet are amazing

The food was outstanding! The best dal makhani I have ever tasted. The service was excellent! As it was a birthday celebration dinner, the staff prepared a beautiful chocolate cake which was so sinful! Had a lovely experience!
Excellent service, great staff at reception, housekeeping and at the gym. For cricket fans you may run into the folks during breakfast.
I went to the Lantern restaurant and the experience was really good. There are very few places which have good vegetarian options in Chinese and it is one of them. The staff was very courteous and did not even charge us for mocktails as they missed the order we gave initially

I liked this hotel. It is situated in prime lication. Food is very good here. Best place to relax and hangout with family. Just try to visit once when there is any offer available on food. This place is good for business meetings as there is a hall available here.

Visited the hotel for a 3 day conference. The staff is friendly and the hotel has great amenities to offer. The food is average and definitely needs to be improved.

Good service, great experience. A general point to flag - in India, even if you are a 5 star business a few basic things should be considered. I meant here health faucet, management had made a provision but no installation.
The facilities at the hotel were top notch. They re-define hospitality. Check-in/ check-out was a breeze. The entire staff needs to be commended for their warm and friendly attitude towards guests. Fantastic experience- would not hesitate to stay here again!

We visited their restaurant The Market It was a very mediocre experience. Food selection was average , taste wise it was below average. Hospitality and service was non existent , no one pays attention, you can ask for something and it will take them for ever to serve. I will not go these again for food.
