I have been going to Lyndhurst Radiology for many years, and I trust Dr. Di Kenkil implicitly. My husband was sent there for Xray of his legs. In the report, Dr.Di Kenkil noted an abnormality in the legs that often indicates there is a nodule in the lung. He was right! I went for a pelvic ultrasound and he came right down to the room to tell me I had a cyst on one of my ovaries that he was confident was benign. My gyno removed ovary and tube. Cyst was benign. Several times he has come down to speak to me about results. Yes, it does take weeks sometimes for your doctor to get a report, but that I take as good news.

Brought my mother to this facility for several exams. The staff worked efficiently to get a missing script on her behalf. They go the extra mile for their patients. Clean facility and covid safety compliant. Would definitely come back.

I have been coming here for many years (10 or more) and I literally just walked out the door. Every time for every procedure everyone has always been friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional.

I called the Radiology Center on Lyndhurst on Monday, the 27th. I called to make an appointment for a Bilateral Mammogram and an Abdominal Ultrasound. I gave all the information necessary to the receptionist on the phone, and apparently, everything was set.
Ultrasound on July 29th, and the Mammogram on the 30th, both at 8:30 in the morning.
Everything went well for the ultrasound. When leaving the clinic on Wednesday, I asked the receptionist on the front desk what time my appointment for the next morning was, which she replied after checking my name on the computer, and said 8:30am.
When I went to the clinic this morning for my mammogram appointment, I called to check in, and there was nothing scheduled for this morning. The lady who made my appointment, scheduled it to July 23rd, and the lady who was on the phone with me, said I didn t show up, and started asking why do I need a mammogram being only 30 years old. That s a good question, why do I need a mammogram? Because I m in pain and my doctor prescribed it to me. She treated me with indifference and unprofessionalism, and never apologized for the mistake that was made. Yes, mistakes happen, but it can definitely be dealt with much more empathy and kindness, and attention, and not the way that this lady did.
I left feeling very upset, and a couple hours later, I decided to call the clinic again to clarify what happened. In any moment I heard an apology for the inconvenience it was created by their staff. Also they said my prescription was wrong, that I should ask for another one to my doctor, and I understand that, but again, I m the patient, it s all new for me, and even if I had to call my doctor for another prescription, the first person who talked to me on the phone on Monday , the 27th, could ve told me and saved me a lot of time.
I had to cancel my work day, and adjust my whole week, so I could go to my appointment. Besides all that, I m anxious, nervous, and in pain. And the minimum it was expected from the staff at the clinic in Lyndhurst, was an apology and an offer on how they could help and make it better and easier to their patient in some way or another.
I really hope the staff gets better trained on how to treat their patients better. Yes, I m only 30, and hopefully I don t get diagnosed with anything serious. But I know there are many elder people who go to the clinic , including my mother, who are many times sick and in pain, and I hope the staff treat them well, and not with indifference and rudeness.

I totally understand there are rules and approvals needed to be made by insurance's in order to make sure one is covered and does not have to come out of pocket. My mother was due in here for an ultrasound, unfortunately she has been cancelled 3x, than she got a bill in the mail for NO SHOW. I literally called PCP and GYNO making sure all paper work was in order, so when she walked in today they would not tell her she was not approved. Some how, some way the staff at this location is lacking the ability to locate paper work or even read approvals. First, they could not find her on the schedule, second they tell her she was not approved.. All, in all she was approved and the female tech she was scheduled with was either gone for the day or on to her other patients. We made the appointment with a female for a reason. Very unfair she could not be seen after waiting about 3 weeks. The worst of all this is PCP and GYNO informed us they had sent over everything about 2 weeks ago. They can call and cancel appointments due to no approval, but at the same time send out NO SHOW FEE.

I would give this place 0 stars if the option was available. This place is highly unorganized and unprofessional. Not only does it take forever to actually reach someone on the phone, when you do, their staff is absolutely clueless. I had an ultrasound done at this location about a week prior to my appointment with my primary care doctor. They told me that once the results were ready they would be faxed over. The following Tuesday I call and they tell me the results aren t in yet, fine. Wednesday morning I call and the results are in and they will be faxed. I call my primary care to confirm that they got the results, which to my surprise, they didn t. I call Lyndhurst around 8:30pm to speak to someone and they told me my results would be faxed ASAP. Mind you, my appointment is the following day at 8am. So now, here i am sitting in the examining room waiting for Lyndhurst Radiology to fax over my results. Unbelievable.

Absolutely worst place I have ever had to go to. All week every day I received a phone concerning my appointment for a MRI, they said you need a X-ray before your insurance approves it. The beginning of every phone call started with we still haven t received your X-ray script. Then few moments later.... oh oops sorry here it is. Okay your all set for 1:15pm and the instructions considering the covid circumstances. This went on everyday for the last 6 days including the day of my appointment. Again at the end of each call I was told your all set for 1:15pm.

I show up at 1:15pm, followed all instructions, get called to the door for my 1:15pm appointment. I take a seat in the waiting room and see new people getting X-rays an I m still waiting. I asked why this was and they said you re here for a MRI not X-ray. Now at this point it is starting to feel like ground hogs day with Bill Murray. I explain what has been happening to the office manager and explain. I was told I don t have an appointment and I must be confused. I obviously had an appointment or I would have never made it through the door. Complete waste of a day. I would go to a veterinarian for a MRI before I ever step foot in that place. I m positive I would have been given someone else s results.

They truly cared for my money and not at all for me. Despite my having insurance the manager demanded that I pay upfront five hundred dollars or she "wont take me in". She later realized that she went too far and walked back, now demanding the copay of $100 upfront.The damage, however, was already done - and i said i would pay all that is due after the claim is processed by BCBS. Their response? - they denied me the services!
Next day I went to University Radiology in Teaneck. What a great contrast!

I had a 930 appointment. I got there at 935 and I had to wait over an hour. Three people that arrived after me were called in before. Slow service. Only reason they got two stars was because the technician was quick.

This radiology center needs adjustments, how can you have a patient sit on there car for 1 hour and not tell them that you are running behind or simply answer the phone when a patient is trying to call to ask a question about there appointment or to just check on the status of their appointment. In my case i called them at 7:33pm when I arrived for my appointment did as they said , to wait in my car and waiting for a phone call that i never got , mind you that i was sitting in my car for an 1 hour already. Tried calling no one answered, decided to knock on the door for the lady who answered the door have me come in to basically tell me that they didn t know what happened, but i am not naive I know exactly what happened they forgot that i was there. To sum up everything told the lady that i was going somewhere else. I just hope they change their system and act on more professional manner with their patient and not be so dismissive with their patients.

My mom had a 9am appointment and we arrived 8:45am to check in from my car... I called at 10 am to find out what the delay was and they said they'd call me in 10 minutes, they didn't call to take my mom in until 10:45. I understand being behind, but 1:45 minutes is just ridiculous.

I had an ultrasound done for my 13 month old son.. the tech, who was very nice, told me that the radiologist is going to send the results to the pediatrician right away. So on my way home, I called the pediatrician and they didn t receive anything. The next day I called to see if they received the results.. they told me they didn t. Then I called this place to ask what was going on, and I was told that it would take 3-5 days and that in order to get results sent back right away, the pediatrician would have to request that. It s extremely frustrating to me, especially since the tech kept calling the radiologist on the phone during the ultrasound and further pictures were requested by him/her. I want to know what s going on! Aside from that but some of the staff members who I spoke to had a terrible attitude. After this I m going to a different place for anything me or family needs. I don t recommend this place.

I have been using this facility for a long time and have had minor issues but I am done using them. Staff through the years (front end) have been rude. The wait time is unacceptable each and every time I go. Why make an appointment! They need to get someone who knows how to properly schedule and space appts. I understand emergencies but every time I go I wait no less that 45 min after my original appointment. This last time was the last straw. The doctor who owns this facility has a God complex. I had an appointment for 11 am. I had to drink two huge bottles of barium and was told not to use the bathroom or I would have to drink more. I arrived at 10:45 am. The Dr needed to be there because I had to also do an IV Barium. 11:30 rolls around, 11:45. I ask and they call the doctor. They assure me he will be there in 10 min. 12:00 pm rolls around, mind you I need to use the bathroom but no way will I because I don t want to drink anymore of that nasty stuff. Another patient asks also, she was told 10 min. Well that s what they told me 20 min ago. 12:30, was told he is on the way, should be here in 10 min. He finally shows up at 12:40! I enquirer if the doctor had an issue. Was told in not so many words that he always does this. God complex! Doctor Dingle, you are NOT God and you should not keep your patients waiting like you do. Very bad manners and bad for business. I will take my business someone else and will start referring people to a different facility. The teca are good but other staff is not.

Waste of time, no point of taking appointment if we have to wait for another 1 Hour after arriving. Also, hard to make staff understand what STAT result means and even after that also they failed to send the result to provider on same day...

This is the worst place for any radiology needs. We had a 2pm appointment and they kept us waiting for a couple of hours. The staff is extremely rude and treat you like junk. There are so many bad reviews about this place but the management doesn't care for the patients. Please avoid this place if you can.

I was had a CT with contrast scheduled prior the appointment I spoke with the office on 4 separate occasions, twice to confirm my appointment and twice to scheduled the pick up of the radioactive dye to drink. It was not until an hour before my appointment and after I had drank the radioactive dye did they mention they were still waiting on issuance approval and proceed to canceled my appointment. Offered nothing more than a curt apology of someone should have called you sooner. Not professional or organized facility.

After rescheduling my MRI 3 times due insurance approval issues, I show up for my appointment only to wait 45 minutes to find out again that they supposedly can't do the test without insurance approval. Despite having both insurance approval letters, they said they can only do one test and I'd have to come back again. I will be finding a better place to do my MRI.

If i could give this center anything less than a 1 star rating I would. This site is extremely unprofessional. They have had to cancel my wife's appointments now twice without proper notice and did not offer rescheduling a Time sensitive procedure. The staff is so unprofessional to cancel the first appointment without trying to reschedule, then we have to follow up and schedule the next available and for them to only call 35 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the procedure to Cancel! Then to offer no resolution to handle this such as giving them the earliest available date to do this procedure. They have lost my business and anyone i come into contact with. Looking at the reviews that are also attached to this site show that they don't care to resolve any customer/patient issues. We have also reached out to Doctors office to stop recommending this center to their patients. Definitely save yourself a future headache and DO NOT SCHEDULE an appointment with this Radiology Center.

My mom had to wait over 3 weeks to get her results she would not get her results so the doctors secretary called more than 3 time and begged for the results, they said they would give the doctors office the results in the morning but never came in my mother also had to call everyday until they would finally give her the medical results. This place is horrible and would not recommend to anyone who needs to be checked out and needs the results in short period of time

I wouldn't even rate them 1 star. Had to wait 2 weeks to see if i had breast cancer. Thank god i dont. Just the wait alone was excruciating awfull, the wirst place to go for testing. They dint care about the patients

I had 3 X-rays done at this center today and I had to undress in the changing room for the x-ray and as I was changing a male nurse walked in while I was in the process of undressing I found that very disturbing and uncomfortable the curtain was not position right to have complete privacy which the male nurse im sure is aware of hes a white male long hair black and white. And when I was done with my X-rays I went back to the changing room to get dressed and he passes again for the 2nd time that's when I knew he was peeking cause not only he knew a patient would be in the changing room he walked both times while undressing and dressing full aware. I just don't understand why couldn't he just took the longer way which is avoiding the changing room to get around the office. I felt uncomfortable I letting this review here to protect and keep in mind that there's a peeping tom as a male nurse.

Find a different place that takes your insurance, seriously. I got there for an appointment 15 minutes before my scheduled time and called to check in like they say. The person who answered told me someone else would call me back to process my arrival in "a few minutes". It took more than a half an hour to receive the call. Afterwards I was brought inside to wait until they can take me I witnessed horrible service from a woman at the front desk with long, curly hair. She was nasty with patients over the phone, slamming her hand on the counter in frustration and making comments about the patients after she hung up with them. Many of the people she interacted with were people whose first language was not English. This woman became very rude the moment anyone was unable to perfectly communicate (either in person or over the phone) and I was able to clearly hear all of it. She asked people uncomfortable, private questions and demanded they speak louder to the point where everyone would hear these personal answers. Another receptionist worse her face mask as a chin guard while sitting right next to posters detailing proper face mask usage. A gentleman came in and was accused by the first receptionist of having COVID and not notifying them beforehand despite the insistence from the man that he did not have it. The professionalism is unacceptable.

I waited another half hour inside and heard multiple people who were brought in after me be called in ahead of me for the exact same thing that I was there for. When I was brought in, the technician was nice and efficient but also made a remark about how the imaging I was receiving was essentially worthless for what I'm experiencing. Essentially they were complaining that this was a waste of time. I wholeheartedly agree. I spent more than an hour waiting for a 15 minute imaging while having to hear one of the rudest receptionists I've ever seen belittle people.

Do yourself a favor. Look up other locations, check if they take your insurance and go there instead. My review and others document that you won't be seen until an hour after your appointment time and you have to deal with people who would rather you weren't there. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Terrible by all means. Had to wait forever to get my scans report. And my doctor never got them till his office and I kept on calling the radiology center for them to send it. Had to go back for more imagings since they had my films there; and God knows when my doctor will be getting this new report!!!! Will never go back again and not recommending this place to anyone. Especially if you have a condition that requires immediate medical attention and you need your reports within few days.

I went there last year for a mammogram. The wait wasn t too long, the staff wasn t that friendly. I got called into the room, I had to undress and put on the gown. They didn t give me covers to place over my nipples Which I thought was odd being as though that s proper procedure. The technician was an older lady she made me very uncomfortable and she touched me in a way that was very disturbing. I filed a complaint I spoke to the office manager, Marylyn, telling them that I was violated and I was extremely uncomfortable. They told me they were very sorry and I said well there needs to be consequences. Well long story short after going there again to hand deliver a letter to Marylyn who won t return my phone calls.. nothing was done about it. So, I am left to write this review to tell you not to go there!

The tech is also very nice and makes you feel comfortable during the exam. office is kept clean! parking lot had enough space for everyone waiting. no complaints here! will be returning!

The staff is rude and don't know how to co-ordinate appointments. They make you wait in your car, ask you to call a number but rarely does someone pick up. They give you appointments but then take people on a first come basis. Desk staff upfront don't have a clue on whats gong on, no training. Go somewhere else and please don't waste your time here.
