The company that I work for is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of intimacy products including medical devices. I contacted BioFilms to investigate purchasing volumes of their Astroglide lubricant product such that I could place the Astroglide lubricant into each retail package of the products that we distribute. I had left 6 messages over a 6 week period with a sales manager at BioFilms and did not receive one response. I subsequently emailed the company to investigate purchasing volume on their Astroglide product - no response. I contacted a wholesaler to purchase direct from the wholesaler and was told that I need to be licensed to distribute the Astroglide product. Go figure. I guess I'll work with a professional company.

Update: I contacted Trigg Labs, makers of WET lubricant - they are a professional company dedicated to customer service. For the record, I am not affiliated, have never work for and do not work for Trigg Labs. This review is a statement of fact.
