The hotel is a paradise on the sea coast, perfectly designed landscaping. The rooms beautiful and very comfortable. And the employees in general treated us as if we were in our house.

I really like this place. Ocean view rooms are the best. Quiet yet somehow you always find yourself surrounded with right crowd. A little pricey but totally worth it.

A four star hotel located on the ocean forefront and at the corner of 30 st and Collins. Calmer and away from South beach madness amazing for family with children.

Very well decorated hotel the rooms are not the largest, which can be expected for staying in south beach. My room also had very convenient electronic gadgets that allowed me to enjoy my visit even more! The only thing that I wasn't in love with in the rooms is that it is not sound proof enough so you cant hear the people in the rooms above and around you.
The location and gardens/pool were well manicured and very enjoyable. However, the pool can be a bit crowded at times. Overall, my stay with my family was great! The staff were incredible and very kind (especially room service staff, which I might add is pricey, but reasonable for the quality and amount of food in comparison to many of the other hotels in miami beach) I will remember my stay here for a while and hope to have the pleasure of visiting again!!

This hotel has something to eat and play and sleep too well.

I went here a few days ago with my boyfriend and a group of friends and had an awesome time. We went late at night and planned to just sleep but ended up swimming all night. The hotel is clean, modern, and eco-friendly with the nicest staff and prettiest beach with both rocks and sand. The rooms were also pretty. There's a spa, bar, big pool, shops, lounge areas and a beautiful view of the skyscrapers from the beach. The planes flying low over the pool area was just icing on the cake. I would probably have my wedding here. We got way more than what we paid for. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone.

Classic Floridian beauty and class. The grounds by the pool /leading to the beach are stunning. The room is quaint, but spotless and decorated in a modern Miami style. Direct beach access with your beach keycard. Breakfast was excellent but pricey. Heads up - Parking costs $42 per day.

Wonderfull hotel, great serivce, amazing rooms with a view, on a good location. Would recommend it and event book it again !!

Stayed her for two nights 08/02 & 08/03. Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and great amenities. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Victoria, the asst front office manager, was exceptionally friendly and courteous. She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and patiently answered all of my questions, many of which I'm sure she hears 30 times a day. This will be my hotel of choice next time I come to Miami Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. All employees were really helpful and friendly, e.g. at the beach, reception, bell desk, etc.
restaurant was delicious and the rooms were clean and nice. Fantastic view from the room.

Garden and pool are well tended.

Location is perfect, quite and walking distance to the Ocean Drive.
Definitely to come back.

My Wife and I recently got married at the Palms resort and spa, and the wedding couldn't have been more perfect thanks to the staff and accommodations.

Yasmin is the coordinator at the resort and was one of the primary reasons the wedding went so well. She was very responsive to any emails that were sent, and when it came to the day of the wedding she help ensure everything went very smoothly.

The resort itself is outstanding. The staff takes very good care of the grounds, and it was a beautiful setting for our wedding.

If you have any thoughts of having a wedding here, DO IT! it was amazing!

Good service, good food, great location, and delicious mimosas.

The Palms is a beautiful Miami beach hotel built with nature in mind. I think they even had a name for it; "barefoot sophistication". As soon as I walked in the doors I felt emersed in the beauty of a tropical paradise. From the soothing lighting and amazing tropical inspired art throughout to the soft scent permeating the air, you get a sense of peace and yet adventure only a true paradise provides. You know there are treasures to be found here. And you don't have to dig very far for them, either.

The staff at the Palms are one treasure that starts the moment you walk through the door. They are all amazingly friendly and helpful, pointing you to whatever you may need as well as making sure you find wherever you need to go.

Completely inspired by nature, once you go outside to the rear of the hotel, it feels like you are still exploring that same paradise, from the perfectly luscious palm spotted grounds poolside as well as the large tiki hut entertainment space complete wth relaxing sofas next to an actual tiki bar. You will even find a short path to their "slow growth" restaurants own organic garden filled with herbs and all kinds of other edibles that they use in not only the restaurant, but in the cocktails as well.

This isn't your typical poolside tiki bar here either. Yes they do have your standard beers for a variety of day drinking occasions, but I found all your top shelf alcohols poolside as well.

I had a dark & stormy which I would not suggest getting unless you are a HUGE ginger fan. Since my new bartending friend Andre could sense that was really not a favorite for me, he then let me try some pina colada, which I have to say was really good and not too sweet, which is usually an issue with frozen rum concoctions. I then had a Mai Tai that was also perfect for sipping under the palms fronds. Drinks were not the only thing to be had, but fun conversion as well. Andre was full of sharp wit and a fun personality and Daphne was the perfect foil making my tiki bar experience even that much more entertaining.

The Palms also has a very strong focus on health and wellness as well as nature it seems. They have free morning yoga and even monthly running workshops that brings in the best local running experts to help you learn how to go that extra mile (totally pun intended). I was at one of those and there are some hard core athletes involved, so be ready for a great workout.

This place is also super green which makes me very happy and I found out they were Florida Green Lodging certified (with 3 Palms) as well as Tripadvisor Green Leader Silver rated. They even host beach cleanups a few times a year which warms my treehugging heart.

Its also a great location just outside of the south beach driving and parking madness, with both valet and street side self parking. I personally prefer a lyft, as then I can spend more quality time outside at the tiki bar with Andre and Daphne ;)

Beautiful venue for a wedding and reception. Staff is amazing!

The hotel was acceptable for a city holiday and there was not really anything to complain about ... Only the restaurant is really a tourist rip off ...

Excellent place entrance on collins avenue and through the back door exit to the pool and a few more meters also exit to the Caribbean Sea of the State of Florida with a very complete breakfast which is optional but should be included in the stay.

Excellent place, pool and access to the beach very good, the treatment in general Excellent, only one day the bar service on the beach was not good because nobody attended us. But overall I recommend this hotel according to my personal experience.

Lovely hotel,beautiful grounds, located on Miami Beach. Our room overlooked the grounds, with a view of the beach. Clean comfortable rooms. Separate toilet and shower. Great idea.

Love this place. We will totally come back. Close enough to South Beach for fun but far enough away for peace and quiet. Rooms are beautifully appointed and the staff are friendly and well trained.

We stayed one night and arrived quite late, around 9pm and had to check out the next day, so we did not get the chance to fully enjoy the amenities. We ate and relaxed in the lounge which was nice. We wanted to stroll down to the beach and were told a back entrance was open, but it was not. The hotel and rooms had a nice scent like rose petals. The bathroom was strange with the toilet in a separate room with a faucet above. I realize this was to help conserve water but it was too strange for us. The refrigerator was stocked with liquor so if you wanted to store anything you were out of luck. No microwave was available. Overall very pricey for our short stay. I feel as if there should be a discounted price for latecomers.

Great hotel, not cheap but you do not expect that in South Beach either. Child friendly and all very polite and courteous. Pool and private beach area with loungers, which are included in the price. Great spa, albeit very expensive. Any time.

Directly on the sea with a beautiful tropical garden and adjoining swimming pool. . excellent breakfast for quality and variety. Highly recommended

This resort was a breath of fresh air. My stay was beyond amazing. My room was spotless. Thanks housekeeping. Everyone there were so happy and helpful. Max the door man was so helpful and sweet. The food was pretty good, but it is pricey. If you ever go to essencia ask for Colleen. She's amazing! I will be hosting retreats there check out my ig @solterotravel

This is the best hotel ever in Miami, Florida. It was very clean, and they have the best staff. Xavier, Tony & the bartender from Haiti was our favorite staff members. We also loved the guys who opened the doors for us when we pulled up. We never touched a door while entering or exiting the hotel. I can't wait to stay again. Definitely worth all the money.

We stayed for 4 days with 2 small kids in one 2-bed room. This is our second stay after a 4-yr hiatus. I would have given it 4 stars during our first stay as they really made up for their limitations with service. Yet this time it was obvious there was a drop in quality. We were ready to go home (back to comfort) by the 2nd day! The room was rarely serviced completely, dirty glasses, full trash cans and no vacuuming was the norm. The carpet was ancient in our room and extremely filthy. We were also dismayed to find they took out the microwave and and the fridge, replacing them with a "refreshment center" with candies and sodas at room temp, placed on a scale that charges incredible prices to your room if disturbed more than 30 sec. Not the kind of rig to have with a 2-yr old! They did not remove it or otherwise secure it for us after repeated requests, so I ended up tying up the doors with some cord I found. To their credit, they don't charge for poolside chairs (like others do), and they did provide a complimentary mini-fridge after multiple requests on the 3rd day. Yet their final bill did include a mysterious daily $26.75 "Hotel Fee" tacked on top of the prepaid price even for the last day when we checked out at 6 AM. We really like this Hotel's location...not too far, not too close, with a very nice beach access and beautiful pool area. Yet, I don't think we will be going back to this hotel anymore.

I have come here for the spa a couple times. This is amazing. they have a long list of services. The sauna is top notch

Can t stop raving about this place. It is the best hidden gem in South Beach. I hope it stays like that. A little oasis in Miami Beach. You can t beat their service. The hospitality and staff are amazing. Carolyn in the front office was extremely nice. Overall the valet, front office, housekeeping everyone deserve a 5 star rating. I m definitely planning another staycation with them.

Amazing. Everything. 10/10. I would definitely recommend ocean view room ( just refurbished few months ago ). Service so welcoming and ready to help at any time. Rooms both so confortable and spacious with the latest in technology. The beach ... speechless. Everything. It will be our choice if we have the chance to come back in the future.

Bathrooms are so uncomfortable , rooms are small and cluttered .parking is a mess waiting over 40 minutes to get the car . They charge a small fortune and the service is horrible

Stunning view of the beach Personalized attention at the reception and varied breakfast. The full beach service and even one can order food and eat directly in the lounge chairs. Ideal to go with children. We will be back!

The reception was very friendly.
All of the staff were very accommodating.
Prices a little higher but still reasonable.
The breakfast with buffet was great.

Room was good, but there was building work going on during the day which could be heard in the rooms and by the pool

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The service is AWFUL. We had mold in our shower, no working phone and the waitors/waitresses are rude, condescending and mean. The beach is the only thing good about this place. Highly recommend to not stay here. The bottomless deal at the brunch is NOT even bottomless. Don t stay here
