Amazing place with good rooms, pool and hot tub area...scenery surrounding area is also amazing.
Nice resort in a beautiful wine country setting. Attended a 2 day company meeting for ~200 people. Front desk and food staff were efficient and friendly. Conference facilities and catered food were good. Dinner was served on the lawn across the street. It was November, so needed warm clothes. Rooms were nice, but mine did not have a tub, only a shower.
Spa was good but a bit pricey. Massage was great for both myself and wife.
Remote location, grounds were beautiful. Staff was helpful and friendly. Did father's day brunch at Siena and wasn't disappointed!
Great hotel with beautiful grounds and exceptional customer service. Will definitely go back again when in napa :)
Really loved this place. Nice rooms and facilities.
Although there were some trouble we met while our stay, the efficient feedback and satisfying solution we got showed that the hotel management team truly care all the customers!! Nice hotel with perfect location, clean and comfortable room! If the breakfast credit could be described more clearly, that would be perfect!!
We went to the resort for a dinner event. We had a drink at the bar before the dinner. The bartender was really nice. There is a vineyard that you can walk through. It's a really pretty walk through the different vineyards. The venue of the dinner was beautiful. It was in the wine cave and was a great setting for the dinner.
Kind of small and kind of expensive, but great staff
Best eggs benedict I've ever had! The potatoes we're supposed to be home fries... which I'm not a big fan of, but these are not like your regular home fries, like home fries squished together in the shape of a croissant and then deep-fried it was fabulous on a bed of onions and peppers! I will go back as soon as I I'm in the area!
Resort is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean. Would highly recommend if you a visiting Napa
Ez parking
Polite, friendly staff
Event in ballroom
Xlnt food
Class act
The staff are amazing. They make you feel right at home, and also make helpful suggestions on everything. Overall a great experience
They double charged us for our group of rooms, and it's taking days to get them to make a correction. Why am I calling them back? Can't I expect a call when they have made a mistake? I am calling for the third time, and the hold times go into the 30 to 45 minute range. Maybe they just don't have enough people on staff to handle such issues?
As to everything else, the beds and pillows were very nice. Room layout, including the bathroom was very well thought out. Shower pressure was poor and the sharp edges on the working desk were my only room suggestions. For a conference, this is a great place to visit. It feels a little too commercial for a weekend away unless you are with a big group, then it might be ideal. If staying in Napa proper, I'd prefer to be near the downtown riverfront with the best restaurants and shops all within a nice walk or an Uber if you've had a little too much to drink.
Simple. Cold shower. Made a simple request to have it addressed. It wasn't. When we asked the "manager" why, he repeated to us that there was not a problem. When we insisted there was, he told us to go back to our rooms and check the water again and bring proof. We did. We even video recorded it. After arguing for 20 minutes, and asking for other employees in the hotel to help, engineering staff came up with us. Told usthey tested it and it was 100 degrees at it's highest and that was normal. We looked up different benchmarks. 100 is far from average. Wall St. journal did a study stating 112 was ideal for comfort, safety and sanitary reasons. At no point did the manager appologize or offer ANY solution. To their credit, the maintenance staff did. We left after only 3 hrs in the room. Oh, and huge bags of dirty linens laid in front of our front door from 5PM to 830 PM when we left. Nice.
Let's start with the room which have comfortable king size beds. Some have patios depending on where your room is. The too feels spacious but not too big.
The grounds are wonderful and you'll have no problem enjoying a short walk through the beautiful vinyard arounnd the back of the resort.
The staff is friendly and efficient and there were no problems with check in. I haven't tried the spa but I hear it's wonderful!
A lovely facility. The fitness center and pool are is marvelous
Good ramen but limited choices on broth, toppings and meat selection.
Rooms not ready on time. Masks are NOT enforced, making the pool and other areas a danger zone.
Good food, and the bar has bowling lanes, but staff seems a little irritated by something so comes off a bit rude.
Beautiful spa...friendly helpful staff. Great place to treat yourself.
I would give it 5 stars if they weren't constantly trying to get you to sign up for a timeshare. No means no. The place is great, rooms are spacious, bathroom needed some work since our tub was more like a pool - water would hardly drain. But I would recommend this place and would stay again when I'm in town based on the good things about it.
It is s nice place to stay ,specially when you want to stay for a while!
Pleasant stay. Were only there for one night so didnt really get a chance to use all the amenities. Loved the complimentary wine!
Had a couples massage at the spa and it was excellent
Its OK. Surrounded by office parks. Staff helpful and rooms are nice. Nothing spectacular.
Excellent hotel for HoneyMoon !! I recommend it too!
Rooms were not as promised. The people in our group were in separate buildings after being assured that we would be close to each other in the same building.
Joyce from the front desk is a real star. Assisted in many cases of California wildfires and she was fast , supportive and very good at her job. Joyce if you read this you are a hidden gem and thank you so much
Very pleasant timeshare facility. Always clean and very accommodating.
Fun games and good environment. Bowling was a bit too pricey though.
Though this location is gorgeous and the rooms are very nice, the front desk and customer service was greatly lacking. Extremely incompetent staff, our room wasn t ready on time leaving us to change in the bathroom for our rehearsal dinner. I ve been to much cheaper hotels with better service than this.
Lovely hotel, dog friendly (under 80 lbs) and near great wineries.
Great place. Fun for all. Lots to do and eat in the area. Napa Valley has a lot to offer. Enjoy.
The resort sits at the southern edge of Napa in what appears to be a business Park, but once on site it is a different place entirely. We attended a private wedding in the orchard and in the vineyard caves. It was elegant and sophisticated. There are higher end venues, but this was a fine establishment. The caterer dinner was proportioned properly but was a bit salty. The passion fruit pannacotta desert was amazing.
I stayed at the Meritage Resort and spa rgis August 2014. I would strongly recommend NOT staying there. It is a rip off. Iif you are expecting a true five star resort then this is not it. The room and hotel was dirty. The staff unhelpful. I believe any great reviews have been written by the staff. The facility is located in a corporate park and the room we got had a shared patio that was dirty. On vacation the last thing I want to do is share a dirty patio. We had a moldy shower curtain and our bathroom need caulking at the very least although I would recommend a complete renovation. They charge a ridiculous daily resort fee for two bottles of water and a bottle of cheap wine. Buyer beware. The internet connection in my room was impossible. I had the misfortune of staying there five days and the hotel management could care less because this place caters to conferences. They do not care about the discerning traveller.
I recently used the facilities at the Spa Terra at the Meritage Resort.
I was extremely disappointed as it was very expensive and the messages given to myself and my 3 friends were sub par. They appeared to be very new additions to the staff and it was a most unimaginative massage.
Lovely massage and spa amenities (i.e., steam room, hot tub and pool).
Perfect place to stay when visiting Napa. Beautiful resort with great service.
Okay...needs renovation. Rooms are dated. Too many kids running around and dogs barking in rooms! Who would have thought so many kids would be staying at Vineyard Resort in wine country. I left my dog at home with house sitter.
Resort in Napa and nice to get bottle of wine in room. Bowling alley is very cool. Room wasn t clean and prior guests room service had not been picked up. Also kids pool was closed with no notice at check in and adult only pool provided plenty of dirty looks.
Awesome place to go... and awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable employees: Tristan, Eric and most specially Josh Ann... KUDOS! This guys deserves more than a tap in the back, they deserve a raise.
For the cost of the hotel, I expected better. Checking in we waited 20 minutes as no one was around. It was 8pm, but the lobby was hopping. It looked fun, but while we stood there no employees came out. There were more employees at the concierge than checking ppl in. The room was wrong which I mentioned and they didnt offer or say anything. The bowling alley bar service wasnt great either. We went to the bar to ask for a menu and it took about 20min. for someone after we waved them down to take our order. The coffee place was great, but that was about it. I would go elsewhere and will when I return to the valley.
Very cozy place, great for a evening galsd if wine !
Worst place ever! You better find another hotel. Overrated & poor in service, style, quality. Entirely misses customer relations. They are looking for your money ... Little value for lots of money
Room wasn't ready at check in had to wait for a couple hours for a phone call it was ready, arrived at room and found bed had no top sheets on them room service just threw a comforter and missing towels in guest bathroom.
The spa here is excellent, the rooms are standard and clean. Only disappointment was that the room we had was extremely noisy as it was right next to the elevators and then we could put our dishes for room service outside our door they remain there till the next day, over 24 hours.
Fabulous. Highly recommend. Will be returning soon.
Wine and cigar on room deck. How can you beat that?
Did some bowling there and also pick up guest there as a lyft driver. Very nice place.
Need access to beverages after midnight. No vending machine and everything closes at midnight. If you drink your 2 complimentary waters, you are screwed for the night until morning. Room service closes at 11pm. Just stuck thirsty. No Mini bar in room 103 as described.
Clean, fairly quiet and the food is quite good, but not spectacular.
I was privileged to be the efficient of a very beautiful Greek Wedding this month at the Meritage. How are then put offerings for dinner or just Sensational the service was great and the Ambiance is really lovely as well
No hot water. TV intermittent. .....update...after speaking with management, they were very eager to remedy the problems. Generally, this place is deserving of 4 stars as accidents do happen.
