I love this resort. It has a shuttle that takes the guests from the resort to downtown Napa. We were able to enjoy the delicious gourmet food and drink the fine Napa Valley wine without having to worry about the ride back to the resort. The resort has a beautiful wineyard wrapped around the backside, a great undergound cave spa, beautiful pool, and the amazing staffs. My daughter loves the game room with the bowling alley.

As an owner I feel privileged to have access to this amazing resort. I am an Elite member with Shell Vacations and come here at least twice a year. We have been lucky enough to have this escape to luxury that would be reserved for Kings in other countries. The only reason it did not get five stars is the small issues we face on a regular basis. They are fairly standard for a time share. Something may be missing from your room or the group staying in your suite prior to you were animals. Outside of that, we have no regrets in purchasing ownership in such a lovely resort. I cannot wait until the new addition is built across the street so that I can enjoy a walking-only vacation.

Had lunch Al fresco on the patio outside the little Bistro. Shared a bottle of 2014 Trinitas Chardonnay; great new discovery! Outstanding Customer Service from Veronica (Cashier/Barista) in the Bistro. We'll repeat this experience soon!

I may change my review later but for now, I am not impressed. We had a terrible experience with our room reservation. Our reservation was cancelled at least once. The valet does not appear to be available at most times and I have to leave my keys at the front desk. There has been a food tray on the floor in the hallway for at least 12 hours now. I am here for 4 more days and hope my 1st night was an exception to excellent service.

The restaurants were expensive for the quality of food served. Service was excellent. Mattress in the room are too soft for my liking and the pillows uncomfortable. The rest of the resort was fantastic. Rooms are gorgeous and well kept.

So the location is a little odd being in an industrial park. However, the hotel and the rooms were very nice. And I actually had a great view on the third floor facing the back of the hotel and got to witness a beautiful sunset. Very clean and well kept rooms and common area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. And as a bonus you get a complimentary bottle of white wine in your room!

There is NOTHING you can think of that this hotel cannot offer you. It is first class all the way. It provides you everything from your swimming to Bocce Ball or even a bowling alley if you'd rather. They have a chapel, ballroom, outdoor fire pits, meeting rooms, a restraunt, a walking trail through the wine vineyard, a wine cellar, a complete workout room, a bar lounge, a nationally famous spa ranked as one of the top 100 in the US, a small shop along with a cafe and SO MUCH MORE! They are even in the process of building a shopping center!

The hotel itself is immaculate and decorated with exquisite style and taste. Everything is very comfortable yet practical and luxurious. This is a dog friendly hotel as well and has plenty of rooms with bellhop service and plenty of parking. They also have time share available and upgrades. I CANNOT stress the magnificence of this hotel. I highly recommend staying here if possible.

I came here for a corporate function, and didn't stay in the rooms. The meeting/public areas were nice, nothing that really stood out. The gardens behind the hotel are gorgeous, and the atmosphere is very comfortable (mood music, decorations, etc.)

I would ve gave this place a 5, my stay was amazing. Room with balcony facing what vineyard and spa. Just great. Turns out a month later they are still charging my card for random things. I call and they tell me it was an error and will be returned. 2 weeks later no return. I call again, they credited it to another card, not mine! What s going on here? Can they be charging me without me consent? And mixing up cards that are not mine! Very upset, wasn t even offered an incentive for he dilemma, just told me if kr happens again to call back? Thanks for the awful post stay experience.

This place has come a long way! I remember staying here about 7 years ago. Just a few buildings, lots of construction, one restaurant, a large tasting room under the vineyard, and an amazing spa. Now, the place is a small community. The tasting room has moved across the street to another building complex with 9 tasting rooms, a brewery, and a large grassy area for lounging and games! One of the bars in the main buildings even has a 6 lane bowling alley! The rooms are still very nice, they still offer a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. I was only here for 1 night this time, but I will definitely need to set up a longer stay soon.

We went there for just a couple drinks and the service was incredible. Great poolside bartenders that walked by and gave us free mocktails to cool off since it's was over 85degrees outside.

Meritage resort and Spa was conveniently located and an excellent place to stay. The service was top notch. We used their concierge service and they did a great job of planning a wine tour and making dinner reservations. I would definitely stay there again.

Went there to eat at their restaurant, Siena. Plenty of parking, attentive service. The food was very good; one dish, the mushroom risotto, just a tad over-salted but otherwise good. The bread was great. Shaved brussel sprout salad also very good.
The room is a bit noisy.

Beautiful property with helpful staff. Jessica at front desk is a great ambassador for the property. When we had noise issues with our room (baby next door), Jessica went out of her way to find another beautiful room for us and really made our stay enjoyable!

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean.
Their wallways however could be cleaner. Extremely poor service, they keep saying they will do stuff and they don t do. If you have an issue and you report it to them you will have to keep going to them in order to solve your issue, otherwise they will forget about you.

Sienna their Restaurant is amazing, great food, great people, good desserts and wine. I went there for Breakfast and Dinner and both times were excellent.

Their little bar in the back for wine tasting is cozy. Their staff seem to know what are they talking about.

The Spa was the best. It feels like an upgrade from the actual hotel. I like to think they are separate.

I came here for wine tasting and although the tasting room was closed the people at the resort were helpful. There is a very nice building going up across the street that seems to be a marketplace. Not finished yet but it seems like it will be very fun.

I wanted to spend the weekend at Meritage. I saw that there was a deal online that if I booked on their site, they waive the resort fee. When I was about to book, I saw they were still charging for resort fees. I immediately called Meritage to clarify. I spoke to an associate Kylie . I was explaining the situation when she abruptly cut me off saying that the deal I was asking about was an old deal. I told her that the deal was still on site. If they are advertising it, shouldn t they honor it? She told me she didn t have the power to change anything. It left really bad impression to me as she was quite rude, and unapologetic about the situation. I wanted to spend a relaxing weekend at Meritage, but having this ordeal from the beginning doesn t bode well for a weekend of relaxation. It was appalling how dismissive Meritage treats potential clients on the phone.

The location was easy to go to from the highway. There are multiple units to the Meritage. Really like how they had a grocery store where you could buy a bottle of wine. If you wanted more wine there were also multiple tasting rooms as well. The grocery store opens until 9pm while the tasting rooms close at 7pm. Really like their pool side bar. The service there is excellent, and they had even let me use their sunscreen because I had forgot mine . The food was very delicious. Overall wonderful!!! Highly recommend!

Overall enjoyed this beautiful resort, clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. A nice breakfast buffet and a la carte menu. However it became apparent to us on our 2nd night they were understaffed. We attempted to order room service for an hour every 5 minutes and got no one from dining services or the front desk. Only a recording voicemail, busy signal or continuously ringing until 1 hour later. Also dinner at their primary Sienna restaurant was extremely slow and appeared poorly managed for wait staff, but again friendly. The other positives the spa was phenomenal, beautiful amenities, spacious clean, nice jacuzzi and excellent masseuses, mine was Victoria. Overall definitely would return and reasonably priced for the quality spa resort!

Nice resort.

Nice resort.
3 I walked every day while taking a walk.
Walking through the vineyards is a very different landscape from the neighborhood walkway.
Try a tasting at the winery ...
Napa Valley is lying in the grass and healing.

I come to Napa every 4 months to see family. I was so happy when I found this place, but there's an issue every time I stay. Be aware that this is a wedding destination!! Every time I've stayed here, there's a wedding happening in the vineyard and huge wedding parties, shuttle buses and loud rooms. One time I stayed, I had to request ear plugs so I could sleep and it didn't help...I could STILL hear people above us. My 4 star review is only because it is gorgeous and the food/wine/staff is great. I love the Crush Lounge. They play good music and it's laid back and they even have indoor bowling!! My niece loved that feature!! If u want a nice quiet dining experience, they also have Siena restaurant (although it was closed for a private party several times). The pools are great in the summertime!! There's a kid pool and adult pool with cabanas. I live in Vegas so I can really appreciate the music, cabanas, and heated adult pool! I love that they offered that. Although there has been issues every time I've stayed, the customer service is great and the spa staff more than made up for this last fiasco. My last trip to Meritage, they wouldn't let us check-in to our room til 530p (check-in is 3p). They said they were fully booked the night before and housekeeping was running behind. My mother and I even missed our spa treatments because of the delay. The trip was getting off to a horrible start. We were exhausted from traveling and hungry and very disappointed. Especially because I was paying $630/night for a top floor vineyard view room! When we finally got to our room, the girls at the spa called and I told them what had happened. The Meritage is lucky to have Lynette! She is a problem solver that's for sure! They made their staff stay late so my mother and I could get our facials. Lynette and Monica were SO accommodating and even offered to watch my Yorkie while we got our treatments!!!! Wow. Even offered us complimentary wine and champagne!! And don't get me started on the facial!!! I've had facials in Vegas, LA, NY and this was by far the best facial I've ever had!!!! Make sure u get a facial by Janice!!! These girls really saved the day. I love the Meritage and it's a perfect location, but I won't be staying there again. They need a better handle on things when they know there's going to be wedding parties.

Just ok. Not worth the cost tho. Dated rooms that aren't kept well. Bed wasn't comfy, stains on the walls, just looks old and unkept. The good- staff is very friendly and helpful. Toiletry products are Fresh brand, smells great. Lobby space is lively...for Napa.
