Has a Very clean & tidy cafe with good food. Many shops, good selection of locally made produce.

Expensive, go elsewhere and you can get most products for less

Nice place to stop on the A9. Farm produce shop & clothing complex with plenty of parking & small dog exercise area. Dogs not allowed in any areas of the restaurant except outside, so if it's raining - eat in the car. Could quite easily have a partitioned area under the vast covered part of the restaurant - seems weird given the whole emphasis on the farm & outdoor lifestyle of the complex. No vegan option in the restaurant. Still a nice place for a stop

Great halfway stop between Edinburgh and Inverness!

Always a must stop place when heading south after visiting family further north. The food hall has some stunning items available for sale and they have a fantastic restaurant too.

Great shopping hub with quality Scottish food and great outfits.

Stopped in here to get a sandwich on the way home from holidaying in the North West. No sandwiches to take away, only a food hall with giant qeues. The food shops have a great choice of tasty bits and pieces though. Just hope it's not so busy next time we stop by.

Quality high end outdoor clothing and accessories. Lots of land rovers and rich Americans, well worth a visit even if you do not fall into this bracket.

I would give a Five star for this one. I always stop there on the way to Inverness for a wee coffee and sometimes some food. We can get some food too, and you can shop in the different shops (clothes, food...) there is a big car pak there for your cars or caravans. it is nice to stop there to buy some souvenir too.

Try to get here every year, amazing reaturant, wonderful clothes, art, homewares, food shop brilliant. Great walk up the falls for after lunch

Unable to park, unable to get coffee, unable to find a seat. Vastly overpriced tourist trash! Same goods available elsewhere, for a 20% drop in price! Tourist trap!

Not really for me great choice of products but not suited for people that's not to good at the walking in my opinion

exclusive tent. you will be helped well, however, the ladies will get bored if you are looking for fjall raven northface etc. Choice for men is huge

Lovely setting, don't go with an empty wallet as it is pricey, upmarket clothes and foods.

A cross between a bad motorway services non 24 hr no fuel and m&s before Christmas with grannies pushing you out the way, but more expensive than either by a long way.

A place for overly priced country clothing and quality food items. Well worth a look around as you're bound to find something to treat yourself with

Visited here 8 years ago and made sure we visited again whilst we were in Scotland. What a fabulous place it has got bigger snd better. Bought some lovely things and a couple of Christmas presents too. Restraunt was lovely and all staff were very helpful. The shade for the dogs is an excellent touch. Well done, keep up the good work.

Only did the waterfall walk which was beautiful and well worth visiting.

High quality Scottish products in very pleasant surroundings. Be prepared to spend time viewing this unique experience. Really worth driving to this outlet. Restaurant cafes and spacious parking.

Ideal location for breaking the journey with good facilities.

Lovely, friendly staff with fantastic country clothing for all weathers. Definitely my 'happy place'.

The waterfalls were decent but most of the surrounding area is being heavily logged. Takes away from the beauty of the falls. Also can't see most of the falls due to areas being closed for logging.

A fabulous place for shopping and eating! The Sunday carvery was delicious. Lot's of lovely clothes, gifts and food shopping

The shops are good. The restaurant is very highly priced however.

We stopped on the way to eat, but it turned out to be a great shopping center with excellent goods. Spent a lot of time shopping, very satisfied with the range. Dined in the restaurant, delicious food. Unfortunately, they did not know that there are waterfalls in the vicinity, and they would also walk there. Thank you for the nice time!

Shall be back with more money! This place was great for clothing at outlet prices. Fully wheelchair accessible too. Plenty of parking.

Very smart venue with a wide range of unusual stuff. A bit pricey but a nice environment and friendly cafe and a lovely place to got for a treat or a day out

Staff are so friendly and helpful, coffee taste great and the fish and chip shop have the best fish and chips I've ever tasted.

All I can say you can't beat it , fantastic food and a wonderful shopping experience.

Slightly frustrating that we visited over the holiday period as the website said it would be open til 5pm but when we arrived it was actually shutting at 4.30pm

A very high end luxury and country clothing shopping centre which also sells various household furnishings, hunting / fishing goods and trinkets. The specialist delicatessen is exceptional selling everything from unusual gin to freshly butchered game.
While the shops are well out of our budget (to be honest the shops would be out of most working class household budgets) there's a nice walk up by the river to some waterfalls and the cafe serves excellent and well priced food. A nice place to go for an afternoon out or a to stop during a journey up or down the A9- regardless whether you can afford to shop or not!

HOACHIN! As expected there's loads of choice (did you know there were 12 types of shortbread?!) But well expensive. Not helped by the hunners of tourists milling around.

A good variety of shops, with a cafe in the center. However most items here are expensive although very good quality.

Clean, food in cafe good.
But a honeypot to trap tourists.
Goods in shops are priced to the max.

An excellent place for countrywear, if that's your thing. A worthwhile visit nonetheless for those who don't wish to look like Lord Brett Sinclair, given the excellent food produce and it's location in one of the most scenic parts of Scotland.

Top prices top products. Had a problem with very expensive pair of boots, just wanted advise, phoned and emailed no response to email, and hopeless over the phone.

Great place to stop off on the way up or down the A9. The food is lovely, but expensive! As are all the shops, but it's still a great place to wander around and window shop. Nice wee playpark for the kids to burn off some energy too.

Fantastic!! What a selection! I stopped here for a break while driving and ended up staying for over 2 hours and bought a load of great food :) will be back!!!
