Lords,Lairds of the manor shops here, cashmere and knitwear heaven for our lass and gun jackets, plus fours and brogues for our farmer Giles.Cafe is very good and reasonably priced, cakes to lobster is served here and you won t be disappointed with the homemade cooking.Overall very expensive but it s like Selfridges in the Highlands but nice shopping experience 4

Almost overwhelming in the variety of products for sale. We particularly loved the food hall. The service in the restaurant was a little slow for self service and they appear to struggle at peak times. Disappointed to see a coach given that they say they don't allow coaches. If they start allowing coach parties, that will be the end for us.

We traveled quite a distance to make a birthday purchase, having checked trip advisor ( dog friendly site) and the Bruar website ( nothing about No dogs)... Upon arrival we were rudely told by a member of staff that dogs were not allowed....no purchase made and will never return...for being "THE" country store for the, country set.....No Dogs!!!! Not for me , my dogs are my family....lesson learned..

Has got too big inside seating was full we had to sit outside, it is covered with heaters but no pleasure in having coffee etc, in future we will bypass and go to the bankfoot restaurant where you are seated and served ,more civilised.

For me, this textile shop or collection of textile shops appeared on the road to scotland. nice things are there, from expensive to cheap, you just have to look for something. A few kilometers further on there is such a center for whiskey and even one for liqueur.

Interesting collection of shops and a lovely self service cafe (with a varied choice including lots of seafood and delicious soups) with seating in a big heated conservatory. We went after our walk up by the Falls of Briar which starts right next to it

An expensive store that isn't particularly well sign posted in the store. The atrium for the restaurant could benefit from some additional heat sources in the winter when the indoor main restaurant seating area is busy.

I always enjoy stopping at House of Bruar when travelling to the central belt. Great food, and lovely shops to walk round.

I'd give them 5/5 if they had more toilets. Waiting 15-20minutes for access to baby changing facilities isn't great. The last twice I've had to change my son in the back of the car. I'm led to believe there is a changing mat in the ladies toilet, could one be added to the gents?

Wonderful produce for something a bit special. Clothing departments are of a very classic nature but I still usually find a wee hidden gem. Makes for a nice afternoon out, set among stunning scenery.

A good stopping place, easy to pull into from the A9.
As I use this 3/4 times a year to visit the Highlands it's good to report the service & smartly dressed curious staff & cleanliness does not falter.
Plenty of parking whether you choose to use the shopping experience which is always exciting for its range, visited their website, they do mail order across the world now.
Or parking up to walk/cycle the many pathways nearby.
Food a plenty to suit all tastes & pockets including a beautifully laid out food hall.
A delight to see even from an architectural aspect summer or winter.

This place is amazing! We only looked at the food as we are massive foodies. Yes you pay a premium because most of the produce is premium. Is a great place to stop and treat yourself to some excellent local produce that Scotland has to offer. Most definitely worth visiting.

Great range od products to suit all tastes and the best place to find a gift for that special occoasion.

The food court is a must visit and is a great place to pick up the best food and drink scotland has to offer.

Well worth a visit and it is a joy to explore the different departments as everything is so well presented.

Myself and some friends stopped here as a wee break in a long car journey. It is a wonderful pit stop, extremely high end, the toilets even have bags for sanitary towels. The shop was also lovely for a little wander round before getting back in the car!

This is an amazing place. Everything you need that is stereotypically Scottish. This is what Americans think of when they think of Scotland. The restaurant is excellent if a little (but probably rightly) pricey. A really emphasis on fish. If, as I do you like smoked mackerel, you will be delighted to find some very high quality stuff - even some of it reduced! If you want to feel like you've had some Highland colour - go here.

This is an impressive business. It's grown and grown. They have thought of everything. There's an Art gallery, food hall (local produce), Womenswear, Menswear, Sale clothes, Country living, Cafe, Shoes, Bags, I'm sure I've forgotten something. Then there are the falls of bruar, beautiful walk just next to shop. There's even a Chip shop! Great place to kill a few hours or buy a thoughtful gift.

A nice place to get all you require, sells a variety of products including all your usual delicuses, a bit on the expensive side was my only problem, disabled access and free parking is available, there is also a restaurant and chip shop which offers nice food but again overpriced for what you get, a place I would visit or use maybe once or twice
