This is a large place to visit, it was my first time and and I wasn't sure what to expect, arriving in the large car parking area, just off the main entrance, we quickly found a space and headed over to the main building.

Fish and chip shop, fruit and veg stalls, outdoor seating/eating area and multiple entrances leading off from the very large courtyard. If you just walk forward, you enter a huge conservatory again filled with more seating, surrounded by windows giveing you a glimpse of the goods available, just a few paces away.

In the end I moved anti-clock wise from the fruit and veg stalls into the food hall, through to the home goods, children's area and on to the Gallery.

Moving further round to women's fashion and then upstairs to the outdoor ware, mens and sporting clothing. The two large boats sitting in the middle of the floor are real statements filled with bags and various merchandise.

You could easily loose a lot of time here, especially sitting having a coffee and a catch up with friends in the conservatory.

My only negative, was being asked not to take photos as its not allowed, so having taken a few by then, the mobile phone was tucked away and I enjoyed the rest of my wander around.

Great place to visit even with dogs, we were there recently and parking facilities for cars with dogs are excellent I would give you 10 stars for it as usually there is parking facilities for people with children, naturally for disabled, but none for dogs and they are part of the family too!! Really Bruar I hope other places will follow your example!! Thank you.

We had a great shop around, plenty choice, love the food shop!! then went back to the car the dogs were fine and cool, then went out for dinner, great food aswell, as I said only 5 stars allowed but I would give TEN!!

The shop and cafe are excellent but our trip was clouded today when we tried to use the one & only disabled toilet. It is shared with baby changing and the queue of mums with babies interspersed with people in wheelchairs was ridiculous. A store this size making that must be making a big profit needs to be more disability aware instead of expecting us to endure such a wait. Please review your disabled facilities and make them fair. It wasn t even peak lunch time it was 11.40. In anticipation of a better experience next time we visit.

Huge selection on all clothing types and brands. Went in to find a pair of breeks, managed to get an incredible pair in the sale main room. Staff where wonderful; both welcoming and informative.

They have many different clothes stores, huge restaurant and a very large variety of foods in the food hall.

Plenty of parking

No social distancing in place or max number of people inside. Hand sanitizer unit outside was empty, so everyone is just pressing on it and spreading germs. The food court was packed with people and once inside there is a bottle neck to get out past a 60person queue for toilets! It just doesn't feel safe. Honestly about 300 people in one shop. The sale shop however was amazing and very good social distancing including a one way system

One of the most disgraceful displays of narcissism I have ever witnessed. The amount of animals that were killed to make ugly clothing for ugly people is beyond belief. Do not support this place.

The falls and the surrounding woodland are enchanting. The shopping experience at the House of Bruar is not.

They have a fish and chip place that sells fresh lobster that you can pick yourself. Enough said.

Great destination shopping centre with an equally great restaurant too, the soup and a roll doesn't do it justice but is delicious all the same. I've been going since they started and watched them grow. Still a great experience.

We stopped off for some lunch. The food was great, particularly the cream of vegetable soup. The shop was full of lovely bits and toilets really nice.

We also walked up the falls but it was absolutely pouring with rain so we are soaked through but the walk had great views but was a little steep at times for less experienced walkers.

Good stop off and expensive range of goods.

Very busy place, too pricey for my liking. There is however a nice and interesting range of produce and giftware should you want that. They have a limited amount of toilets for the size of place but more than enough parking. Very touristy

Driving from Edinburgh to Inverness, I worked up an appetite! So 2 of the 3 hours on road trip to Inverness, stopped here! It was awesome! I got a wee bit carried away! Delicious Fish and Chips, Bundaberg Ginger Beers, Sweets, Sweets and more Sweets!! The sweetest treat was seeing the beginning of the rainbow for the first time in my life in Spectacular Scotland!!
