I don't think this type of place is meant for me, or 90% of the population. Lots of staff on hand to help, I think I must have received 15-20 awkward "hi" and smiles in my very short visit. Worth going if you want to look like you ponce round a country estate in your tweed.
Great place to visit with lots to see. Excellent restaurant with several choices on the menu.
Lovely stop off on the way into the Highlands, could do with slightly bigger area for caravans.
Staff in the jewellery store were rude. Staff inside the food market were kind. Nice selection of food in the market, over priced but that was expected. A pedestrian crossed needs added between the car park and the main buildings because you're just running across the road dodging traffic

Quality stock ( whether clothing, fishing tackle or food), pleasant staff, ample car parking. A good shopping experience , well worth a visit.
Located on the A9, this is a beautiful setting with plenty of parking. The coffee was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The donought was not as fresh as it looked.
This is a big retail outlet for high class clothing and food. Pricey but well worth popping in.
Went to start trip by getting some lunch only to be told to get your food first, then wait in a queue so you can be seated...I don't normally post negative reviews but I like hot food to be eaten hot...Needless to say, we have not bothered shopping nor eating and headed into Pitlochry..why couldn't we get a table first, then do our self serve and come back to our table with hot food?

Fabulous place. You could spend an entire day here!!! Beautiful quality items to treat yourself with. And why not? I think i'm worth it. I bought a beautiful coat and had a wonderful lunch. The staff were lovely and the selection of clothing was great. Everything from what i would describe as old fashioned to quirky and designer. A huge selection for every age. Skint now but thoroughly enjoyed it.

One of my favourite shops in Scotland. Good quality goods but very expensive. I like the style and local products they sell. Not for tight budgets.

This place is great! First stop was the restaurant and it was very impressive: traditional Scottish fare, healthy portions and top notch food. (Not cheap but fair at that.)
Fantastically scenic surroundings - even the drive up was enjoyable. High quality shopping, with a great art gallery, all with a very Scottish theme. Prices were mostly out of my range but still plenty fun looking.

We base our holidays within 50 miles of this place we love it so much - a great place to treat ourselves to clothes, lovely food and excellent service. Friends travel a bit further than 50 miles for the shopping and food- lovely walks nearby too. Yes, its a great place to break a long journey but I will confess to leaving Newtonmore at 8 a.m at the start of a day long journey home only to stop for bacon sandwiches and a final shop from 8 30 a.m.Addicted.
Can't beat it for a pitstop on the way north, but food massively overpriced, and still unable to get a decent coffee... Nice walk up the waterfalls behind though.

Great place to visit with yop quality products and service is always outstanding. The restaurant is a must visit where you will enjoy a snack or meal with plenty of choice. I really had an enjoyable afternoon here.
Always visit the house of Breuer when in Scotland, love the food hall , bought my grandaughter Jeremy fisher he is now her new best friend, well worth visiting.

Upmarket gift and clothing experience, quality varied selection in many departments. Excellent restaurant all day or great coffee and cakes. One of the few stopping points on the A9 and one my wife won't let me pass!
Fun, buy & consume. Think of it as a factory outlet. Hang around for an hour and you've seen it.

Quality merchandise and food but absolutely rammed with people at the moment. No effort has been put in place to manage traffic of people at entrances/exits, toilets and eating areas. While hand sanitiser is available, it requires to be manually pumped from unstable posts, often in an area where people are trying to exit. Alarmingly, the salad bar was a free-for-all allowing all and sundry to breath all over food and touch serving spoon handles - really?! Got the impression profit matters more than health and safety for customers and staff...
It's not great, busy and some items are on the pricy side.
It's location is a winner though.
Great stop off from the A9 for comfort break and a coffee. If you get there at a busy time expect delays and crowds.
Pleasant place to stop.
Chip shop isn't great though. Fish had clearly been under the heat lamp for a long time, it was chewy and the chips weren't thoroughly cooked.
Better off eating from the cafe.
Nice location has everything you wish you could afford. Staff ( a good few ) seemed right stuck up,in fact one was quiet rude. Food is good though and a nice place to stop for a toilet brake.
Shopping centre in the middle of Cairngorm National Park
Huge shop near the splendid Blair Atholl Castle and Garden ( go there ) . Full of everything Scottish, country, outdoors. Food looks tasty. But watch , things are not cheap. Next to House of Bruar is also a sale shop

Too many people being allowed to enter to observe social distancing, incredibly stressful experience, wouldn t return on this basis
Fabulous . We drove here for lunch, and as usual it was delicious. Everyone on the staff are so nice and friendly. Defo worth a visit every month
