I only visit this location to go on the walk up Bruar falls. From what I've heard from relatives the shops stock goods that are all excellent quality.

The most jam flavours I have ever seen in one location.
A lovely place with excellent facilities however if you are not a meat lover/eater you may find it really hard to find something to eat. Even the sandwiches all appeared to be meat based, not even a cheese a pickle in sight at noon. Given the estates contacts with lots of high quality suppliers I'm surprised there isn't more on offer for vegetarians and vegans.
Great selection of good quality goods and very tasty food.
Soup was amazin but couldny afford a pair of socks in the shopping bit , you need a mortgage for that
Lovely place but very expensive. Great for tourists
Excellent quality, choice of products delivered by friendly and professional staff. It's always a pleasure to visit. Well done.
Available in everything in terms of clothing, food.
Typical British shops where you can find typical British stuff. Not the cheapest place though.
Great food hall. Worth a visit if you are driving past.
Beautifully located and spacious parking, service and management leave much to be desired !!!!
Great place to buy high quality souvenirs, clothing, bags and plenty of food options too. The walk up to Bruar falls is well worth doing.
Quality goods to be found. Little pricey. Staff pleasant. Beautiful location. Worth atrip.
Wonderful Place. A little on the expensive side but that's what you pay for luxury i guess :). Unmatched service and some of the best goods in the land.
Can nip in to use facility's on a9 definitely worth a stop when passing by.
Beautiful scenery and excellent day out, wonderful food from the restrauant
If you are weighed down with cash then soup and a sub will lighten you up a bit.
Lovely country store to visit but generally more expensive than average
Visited the shop again last weekend and it's already Christmas in there.
Upmarket stop off. Good quality food in restaurant. Always busy.
Shops and cafes free parking lovely area to stop of the A9 and only 3 miles from Blair castle.
Only stopped here for rest rooms during a long car journey, but was impressed with this little gem of a mall
A nice place, would have got 5 stars but they don't sell Highland wear.
Lovely place to visit for a..... window shopping. Way, way too expensive. Simple example....Aigle neoprene wellies...190 quid. The very same one 93 quid on Amazon. The only place deserving mentioning is the food hall, everything else is more expensive than Harrods... enough said
A rather pretentious and over-priced huntin', shootin' and fishin' set hang-out. Popular with bus parties who have nothing better to do/need to visit the toilet.
Can't fault Bruar, often stop here and never had one complaint!
Always a perfect break for the family when.traveling North. Good food and lovely shops
Popular large, rather upmarket mill shop, just around the back there is a wonderfully spectacular max half hour walk to waterfalls and gorge with pretty old bridges. Good path but steep.
Expensive. Toilets are nice. Best smelling hand wash.
A well presented and lovely place to eat and or to go shopping.
Lovely place with great food little pricey for me personally but I do love visiting it anyway
Fantastic 2 km walk through super beautiful forests and seeing spectacular waterfalls. I advise you to park in the parking lot of the shopping center and take the path on the right.
A wonderful shop where you can find everything of excellent quality at reasonable prices. To advise your relatives and your friends.
Stumbled on while travelling up to nairn after a long drive lovely setting helpfully staff great selection called back on way back and picked up some great gifts food court seemed busy and food looked great
Amazing place to break your journey or spend a few hours exploring on a cold wet day during a visit in the area
If you want covid 19 this is the place to come, the food hall was packed with customers,no social distance in place nor any directional signage, employee at door did not know the amount allowed into premises at one time, his wording at front door was place is busy inside but try and adhere to 2mtrs.
Absolutely first class! All staff starting with car park Marshalls on arrival - charming efficient and good fun! Special mention to young man selling Magnum cream liqueur - excellent service.
Altogether a wonderful shopping experience with lots of bargains. Thank you all.
Kind regards
Margaret Haggart
Omg love this place, love their sales even better.
This place is so upper middle class that they call the toilets a cloak room . . . I've never even warn a cloak in my life, let alone having ever own one. Regardless it was nice to walk the path of yatching holidays, home ownership and More
Went here a couple of years ago. Beautiful surroundings and a big choice to shop. Lovely outdoor seating aerea for the coffee shop witch sells very nice food.
We have been going to House of Bruar since 2003 and it is always a treat to sample the food and other products here. However, over the last few years some of the staff seem to have developed a superiority complex resulting in extremely rude More
The House of Bruar is a beautiful shopping complex. Although quite expensive it is certainly worth visiting.
Gallery spectacular, lots of lovely clothes, food and gifts. Easy parking. What's not to like!
Lovely place to visit and shop. Great food, facilities kept clean and friendly staff.
High end retail outlet popular with tourists, lots of coach parties visiting. Chip shop sells lobster and chips!
Stopped for a meal heading home from Inverness, very disappointed, food was terrible.Wont be bank
Very expensive department store first and foremost, however the fish and chip shop is to die for. I had their catch of the day, squid and chips, which was beautifully cooked and presented.
Cloakrooms (aka the loos) were impeccably presented and very clean.
We bought jam for an extraordinary amount of money but it was a present so no big deal.
The walk to the waterfalls is well worth it if you recover from the pricing inside.
We stopped here during a long drive it's far better than any fuel stop cafe! Lots to walk round and see, and we used a nice little cafe. Very clean and near a beautiful local landscape for stretching the legs at.
Very smart and well maintained buildings and grounds, with some very nice products for sale, but the prices! A big tourist trap.
I know it's a bit of a tourist trap but my groups have always enjoyed the experience, the quality of the carvery and food in general, and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff!
Great place to stop off on the way to or from the north. Beautiful shops and an amazing food section. Make it my regular half way stop off.
A fairly extensive shopping centre that has a wide range of goods mostly geared towards tourists and other visitors to the area.
Options include a liquor store that emphasises whisky, an extensive array of sweets and baked goods, a butchers, a deli, and a cashmere shop, amongst others. There's a restaurant here as well if you get hungry from all that spending.
I'm not much into shopping, but I can appreciate that those who do would enjoy this spot. Great for picking up souvenirs at semi-reasonable prices.
Was okay not good for disabled tho had my mother on her little scooter access to some departments was unacceptable x
Worth stopping just for the lovely clean toilets. Cafe has lovely food and shop has a big variety of products
Expensive but excellent quality food. Harrods of Scotland
Always a feast for the eyes Point price-performance ratio simply top
Fancy products at fancy prices - exactly what it says on the tin.
