Plenty of choice of quality produce. Also has a popular cafe and a fish and chip takeaway. There's absolutely nothing cheap but certainly has top quality and unusual gifts at varying prices from "ok I'll pay that price because it's quality to that's way out of my league." Further back in the car park is a separate building offering discount clothing.

I have passed this place on numerous occasions and thought it wasn't for me, all kilts, shawls and knitwear, but I was so wrong.
There is a good selection of biscuits and jams, sweets and cakes, butchers, cold cuts, silverware and lots more.
The restaurant is keenly priced and the food really nice.
Overall the prices are a bit higher than average but so is the quality.
Well worth a look.

The staff were very helpful.
Was a little disappointed with my dinner from the main restaurant, got the macaroni and cheese and this was just warm. This is the first time this has happened. Even if I had complained another serving would have come from the same dish.

Fabulous shopping. Not your ordinary cheap tourist trinkets. High quality and not cheap but well worth it. If you are like me and want items hand crafted in the UK, check your tags, lots of items made in China etc. Bought a strand of roasted garlic for a friend in the U.S. We thought of him every time we got into the car as the garlic permeated the entire space. Lovely woolens, tweeds, and Scottish eats.

Good place if you are comfortable with wearing the fur of an animal. That you people sell fox fur is shameful, move with the times, this isn't acceptable anymore. Avoid this kip like the plague

A must-do stop on the A9 37m north of Perth, Scotland. The extensive complex includes a restaurant, deli section, freshly baked goodies, a fish and chips outlet, real coffee, ice cream, a gift shop section .. you name it, they have it .. even a butcher's offering speciality products such as Boerewors. The bathrooms are clean and fresh, regularly serviced. Ample free parking, outdoor seating areas and open spaces for bairns and hairy bairns to stretch their legs. Wheelchair accessible.

We visited on Monday 3rd August for lunch as we thought it would be a good big restaurant to be able to socially distance with an elderly relative. We were disappointed when entering we were only told that the shop was busy and to keep safe. There was no counting of customers entering the building. The choice of sandwiches was either Chicken and sweet corn or a very soggy tuna baguette. The baguette was also rather stale. The carvery seemed to be self service which I thought was not meant to be happening at this time. No one was ensuring that the seating was safely distanced and on the whole we actually did not feel very safe at the present time. We will not be stopping here again on our return journey as we do not feel that all safety measures were met. Also because of the one way system imposed the toilet was very inaccessible after eating and again there was no monitoring of how numbers and no cleaning taking place. A member of staff was filling up soap dispensers with no social distancing and no attempt was made to clean sinks, toilets or taps between customers. We felt very unsafe considering there is a pandemic continuing.

Wouldn't feed this to my dog. Left out all day under heat lamps, dry and tasteless. I honestly can't believe they charge this much for such terrible food. The soup is apparently yesterdays vegetables, I would honestly believe that after my experience.
Don't waste your money! I would advise travelling to Calvine or Blair Atholl for cheaper, better quality.

It's in such a convenient location on the A9 between Perth and the north. Far too busy on a Sat. Some staff are pleasant, some are not and would rather rush you through the overpriced food court. Will try to find somewhere else or plan better pit stops when traveling.

The best pitstop on a long journey up from SE England! The food is second to none, the mac & cheese or steak pie are not to be missed! Stunning walk up to the falls and a great bit of retail therapy to start our holiday, couldn't visit the Highlands without stopping by.

Only stopped here as we were desperate for the loo on a long drive. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of food available in the massive food hall. Didn't really get to look round properly as it was closing as we arrived but we'd definitely stop off here for a longer visit if we were passing again.

I was short changed, there was flies sitting on the chuckney, poor vegetarian choice and jugs of warm milk sitting on the table for tea and coffees. For what you are paying i expected better standards and not lacking basics of good hygiene. Just because they wear long aprons doesnt make it fancy or high end.
Will definitely not be coming back

On the 7th Jan. I received a Sale Cat. which I thought was excellent and got excited as it had couple to things I would have liked. However when I ring up I am told that the Sale was nearlly over and nothing left- and surly I was aware that sales are in January, by a rather hoitie totie girl. Why send out a catalague when there is nothing in the sale left - Has the world gone mad, I suggested that she e mailed me when the sale starts another year - but that was not possible I was told they have too many customers!

Great shopping area with large parking and plenty of opportunities to sit down and watch the bustle from a distance. In the shops you can get everything from food to gifts, housewares, everyday clothing to traditional Scottish clothing and toys or even small souvenirs for family and friends. A visit is definitely worth it.

The main entrance through the bridge was blocked due to rainwater, the Bruar House team should probably report it and get that fixed. It blocked lots of people from crossing over to the main falls.
