Ordered a workbench online and had shipped to the store two weeks ago. On the phone they told me that it is a mess back there where they unloaded the Truck and they don t know when it will be ready for pickup. I tried to follow up the next day. Have spend about two hours on hold and only talked to one human for about 3seconds who told me that they would be with me in just a sec.... twenty minutes later of terrible phone music and ads, no customer service rep to talk to still. Come on, get it together people.

I don't know what is so hard about scheduling folks to work the registers at this store. I am so sick and tired of waiting and waiting to check out. The people who run this store have to see all the people in line and a never see them doing anything about it. I hate to go to Lowes but I might have to if this lackadaisical attitude at running a store continues. Hey HD, what's up with all the trash in the parking lot? Someone needs to get on the stick and clean this place up.

This place is 3 minutes away from the area where I live. The truth is that the store seems very good, but customer service is rude because I wanted to apply for a loan and was rejected when the cashier no longer wanted to give me more information and help me. then the place is in a very good location but sometimes has despicable people

I love Home Depot. Customer service was excellent. The garden in this store was beautiful. I am an urban gardener and I spent a lot of money there. The plants were extrememy healthy. They did not suffer shock when I placed them in the ground at my home. My new hand tools make my gardening easier and an utter delight. Friendly workers helped me load heavy soil and mulch bags into my car.

The worst most ratchet employees of mostly women who do nothing, know nothing, And hate to be asked for help! Good luck getting them to answer in paint department or probably any department on the phone as well. I drive miles to avoid my neighborhood Home Depot

Save yourself a headache and do not use their contractor services unless you are in the mood to spend a fortune for unsafe work practices and shoddy construction. I purchased a front door plus installation, about $2500 in all. It has been a nightmare. I paid extra for lead abatement having had positive lead paint tests and having two small kids at home. Their installer's idea of abatement was a joke. I had to stop him several times and insist that he make at least some effort to isolate the work area. He later used a blower to clean dust instead of a HEPA vac. Lead abatement guidelines are fairly clear and dumbed down so that anyone can reasonably follow them, so this was simply a lack of training or effort. On top of the lead situation, the installation was shoddy - poor alignment, bad shimming, unpatched nail holes in trim, - I could go on.

Home Depot has responded to the lead problem reasonably well thus far, but I was completely stonewalled with excuses on the shoddy work.

The bottom line is I'll be spending a weekend or two tearing up trim and shimming to fix this myself after paying a fortune to have it done "professionally."

I am giving them a 5 star because I ended up being satisfied at the end. I walked in frustrated,And upset. Home Depot is very big and confusing, But the manager Leroy, and Leroy who also helped me, they were very informative and made my trip there worth it. I highly recommend Home Depot in midtown. I m so happy I decided to go there after running around all the Home Depot s in town.

WOW this store has taken a turn for the worse. None of the staff seemed to know where anything was. There was no one manning any of the check out lanes - it was all self service checkout with a huge line. The customer service rep gave me gruff when I asked him to check my items out. Used to be a great store

Had an appointment in the design area for bath remodeling for new cabinets and countertop plus undermount sink. The person called out not feeling well but no one called me to reschedule the appointment. I had to go the Home Depot to find out that the person wasn't in today. What a waste of 2 hours. There were 2 employees that was in the design area for cabinets when I got there for my appointment.

if the shopping center would make a second light and entrance across from PCM that would help congestion.

I just moved to the area and this is now my new store. This entire store is completely incompetent. The store manager should be fired for allowing such a sloppy work ethic and environment. I'll cut him a break only if he's blind. Just walk through the store, inventory is missing and misplaced ALL OVER THE PLACE. If you can find someone to help you on the floor, they either act like it's their first day and they don't anything about anything, or they have no interest in helping at all. I'm not sure what they are paid to do, because it isn't customer service or managing inventory. Ok, so I try to get smart and avoid the store. I'll just order online and go pick it up! WRONG! I place orders online for items that are available in-store and ready for pickup in the same day. The order just sits there... My credit card is charged and the order stays open until I have to waste my time to chase down what's going on. In fact, as I type this, I'm sitting in a chat window with Justin J regarding an open online order I placed 3 days ago that was supposed to be ready 3 days ago. Just J calls the store, speaks to someone, and tells me the order will be ready for pickup in 10-20 minutes. *** I'm updating this review an hour later and the order is still in the same status.

Additionally, the inventory count is extremely incorrect. They will show they have several items in stock of any given item, yet the shelf will be empty. If you ask for help locating the item, they will just say the inventory is wrong and they are out of the item. They will make ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT to even look for the extra box. Maybe they are right, and the inventory is wrong. Yet, they will not zero out the inventory, so nothing is EVER restocked because they think they have tons of the item available. I've even gone to the store manager to correct this problem. He doesn't care!! He pretends to care, but nothing is done. The inventory stays incorrect and the shelve never gets stocked with the item. I can name several items right now where it has been like this for over 6 months now! If I go online to order the item and have it shipped because the store is incompetent, I have to pay shipping! This is ridiculous!

Customer Service is dead! People wonder why Amazon and online shopping is winning, and why the brick and mortar stores are dying... It's because CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD! You don't have to deal with this nonsense when ordering from online stores with free shipping. Everyone wants to cry about losing their jobs, but very few people want to do the job they are paid to do.

I visited this Home Depot during the day while few people were shopping and couldn't find a staff member to save my life. Many of the drill bits were out of place (ex. brand X placed in the brand Y section), but at least it's a clean, well-lit store.

It's a full-sized Home Depot in a very busy place in Atlanta. The parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of, but if you need to get to a Home Depot in this area, this is the one that has everything you need! Including items that you can't find at other Home Depot stores.

Clean store, friendly staff. The store is not organized and the staff wasn't terribly knowledgeable about store layout. Items were not in their right places so it made it difficult to find everything we needed. We used the app to help us navigate due to poor organization and even the app couldn't help.

The ineptitude and rudeness of this place. Placed an online order 2 days ago for moving boxes tape and bubble wrap for upcoming move. I was going to pick up the items so I could limit exposure during the virus. After 2 days they still haven t processed the online order and the girl on the other end was short and rude when I asked for status updates. Ended up having to cancel my order. What s the point of having an online order if I have to go into the store and further expose myself?

I'm always on a mission when I go HomeDepoting, I get it and go. Today, everything as usual. Although, sure would be nice to have had Homer match my purchase as it was for NOAH a local non profit.

I had a bad experience at the Midtown Home Depot. After My complaint for weeks the store manager Miss Heather and a member of the store support team Miss Latonya at the end did what they could to try to make things right for me. Please remember customer service is the key to success trust me I know I am a contractor that take pride in having good customer service.

Got what I came for but I had a hard time getting help to find what I came for. Same old bad business model unable to compete with online and other sales. People who need people prefer people to help in these huge box stores.

Worst customer service on the planet. Incompetent and not helpful at all. Sat on hold for 31mins and 24 seconds and that s 31 minutes of my life I will never get back. After talking to three different women with attitudes, I asked to be transferred to the store manager and the woman apologized, acted like she was going to transfer me and then hung up on me. I will never order something from this location again. Honestly never been treated like such garbage. I work in customer service and I m usually hesitant to post bad reviews but this store is utter and complete garbage.

Worst Home Depot in the metro area. Impossible to find any employees in many sections. Asking for help from other employees gets you nowhere. You re more likely to see employees talking/joking with each other than helping customers.

you really need to know what youre looking for. most folks there hardly even know what aisle things are on.
went for christmas lights. asked the person serving that area for help finding warm white icicle lights. i'd already looked and told him i had looked. he looked right where i looked, then said he would be right back.
can you guess what happened? right. i never saw him again.
when i went to return the too bright icicle lights i bought, i needed insulation tape for my door and a couple of windows.
was confidently sent to the wrong aisle. finally found it on my own...just like everything else i ask for help to find.
oh, then there was the lawn mower i bought on recommendation from store associate. i gave it to my neighbor and bought a good one.
if you need help finding the right thing, i suggest an Ace Hardware.
Home Depot and Lowes are good if you know exactly what you need and do not need help/advice.

TERRIBLE store. Don't ever go here, it's a waste of your time. Went back THREE times to get a mail key made. The manager physically ordered the keys in front of me yet they still don't have them in Stock after 3 weeks. First it takes forever to call someone over to make the key and then to tell you they don't have the supplies is ridiculous!

Transition between brick & mortar and e-commerce is making life hard for customers and the retailers. I went in based on online inventory, and found that it was completely wrong and the store was in fact out of stock of most everything I wanted. From experience, I knew that the Lowes store was going to be similar if not in worse shape. Any rate, I purchased what would work, although it was not as nice. For DIY, this is a bad trend as I and many others are going to look for other options including Cofer Brothers and Randall Brothers, as well as Restore and Lifecycle Building Center. I will go back for odds and ends, but big ticket items will be purchased elsewhere from now on.

Only reason I changed it from a 1 star to a 3 star is because after calling home office they got me in touch with the supervisor at the store location and she was very nice and worked hard to get my situation taken care of. If they could duplicate her throughout the store location i would give them 5 stars. So to be clear unless you are working with the Supervisor Angie then you probably wont get great service. They should give Angie a raise and have her train everyone else. She should probably run the whole division.

Please do not purchase your washer/dryer from Home Depot. I trusted the sales representative to sell me a good washer/dryer - but little did I know it would be a three month process and $1000 later, I still would not have a brand new, functioning well washer/dryer set. It's such a long and painful story I won't even put you through it - just don't buy it from them. And please do your research before you purchase what they recommend.

Never buy appliances from here unless you can haul them away yourself. 3 hours late and counting, customer support can't even contact the drivers, and their tracker is useless by their own admission. No attempt to rectify or compensate for the situation. Terrible service overall, avoid if possible.

DO NOT BUY CABINETS HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! I find it deeply infuriating and disappointing that Home Depot cares so little about doing their jobs. I have spent 4 months living in my home with no kitchen, no sink, no appliances and in the mess of a construction zone. I am now approaching the 5 MONTH MARK AND STILL HAVE AN INCOMPLETE PROJECT!!! Still missing 4 doors and 5 scrim pieces and unacknowledged emails that I have sent to my designer!! I have been passed around and ignored by everyone at Home Depot. I have placed multiple calls to speak with your manager that have gone ignored and multiple calls to your 1-800 customer line and after explaining my entire situation, was placed on hold, then disconnected. It is baffling to me that a company that prides themselves on putting their customers at the top of their pyramid and a job well done would have such disregard for their customer or completing a job. UNACCEPTABLE!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!

Horrible customer service at the pick-up desk today. They couldn't find items that i had ordered even though i went in the evening before and was told they were all there. My contractor went in this morning to pick the items up and was told they couldnt locate them and he needed to come back. I called and was put on hold for a total of 50 minutes. I went BACK to the store and waited 1.5 hours for them to locate my 3 items (they were placed at the entrance to the store). They did give me a $108 off ( my stuff totaled almost $3,000). I told my contractor they had found everything and he went back about 3 hours later to pick up. He had to wait over an hour for them to find my items again. Totally unacceptable. Needless to say, i will take my business elsewhere next time.
