loved the elevators. the bathrooms are really small.

They need to train their staff better & need more products.

Great deals but you've got to search thoroughly for larger men's sizes.

The selection is really quite limited for women's fashion

I will NEVER order from Saks Off Fifth again. It's been over two months and my return has still not been processed. I called multiple times and was told that all my items were received, yet I still have not received the credit for these items (8 weeks later). Their customer service keeps telling me that I should have been credited by now and they'll look into it, but no one ever gets back to me. I've spent so much time with them on the phone and on hold. I feel like it's a scam at this point. Terrible service for a big company. Do NOT order from this site.

Men's selection is small. Place is dark and disorganized. Service is inexistent. But prices are still high.

If you are outside NYC and you have the time to look, you might find some bargains. In NYC wait till Saks had their sale.

Bad costumer service, they send worn items, and when you return it they blame you for sending worn items! will never shop at Saks off 5th

Semi-hidden jewel. Designer goods are definitely up there with others such as Century21, but location is smaller and prices substantially higher in general. Good spot to find men's designer shoes. Their own Saks line usually fits well if you're narrow of feet. Patience and tenacity pay as you may find surprises at agreeable sums on a good day.

Good prices for some products with bags and glasses. Clothes did not think it was worth it. You need to pan in the store. There are not many employees to help if you need to.

As much as I want to to stay here and shop I couldn't. The heated was up and it was unbearable and to be honest I didn't like the selection at all.

Lots of selection but no more than other SAKS OFF 5TH in other locations. When visiting, there are better things to do in NYC than spend time here.

Snag designer stuff from past seasons (sometimes way past) at great prices.

The good thing about this place is that you can really find good deals! Famous designers at a significantly cheaper price than the original. The cons is that you need to spend a lot of time to search through their inventory, and it is particularly difficult to try the items in the fitting room (it took me almost 15 minutes to find someone to unlock the suit I wanted to try on).

What this store lacks in inventory (no plus sizes which in this day and age is something of an offense) it makes up in staffing. Without question, Dena and India, Chanelle and one of the men who greets guests (whose name I forgot) lead the charge with knowledge and skill.

I love this place!!! What more could I say except if I had one nearby I'd go broke! I love Saks Off 5th!!!!! The clothes are awesome but the shoes are even better. And did I tell you about the handbags. Oh my. So many choices! Love it! Love it! Love it!

One of the most prestigious places to visit if you're a tourist or resident of NYC.

Inventory a mess. Their checkout wasn't working . Took them 10 minutes to find a price. Surprised this location is still in business

I purchased a coat on November 2nd paid for 1 day shipping when the package arrived it was not what I expected and I returned it on the 4th of November.It took 3 weeks for the package to get back to the facility,and then 2 weeks to process the return.It is been 1 month and they still have not processed a refund.Custumer service is usless every time I called to check on the status of my return and refund I would get a diferent answer.

Worst experience ever. Be waiting at the jewelry for 20 mins and nobody ever came. Understand they were busy but they were helping people coming after us instead of helping us. Well, if you don t wanna get treated differently then don t come here!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrendous lines at the checkout. They only have one person working behind the counter and they don t seem to care that people are waiting for hours just to pay

I ordered to my wife from Woman department and I pay extra for the next day delivery and never got the package and customer service it was very rude ........

Online customer service is awful. Distribution center never sent my purse and then tried to claim it was sent with my jacket. The packing slip only shows the jacket... Explain that!

A interesting place where quirky fashions get a second chance at being chosen. There are some interesting pieces and a lot of merchandise made for outlet stores. Be careful. You might be better off a department store sale. This is a large space and it has good lighting
