The ineptitude and rudeness of this place. Placed an online order 2 days ago for moving boxes tape and bubble wrap for upcoming move. I was going to pick up the items so I could limit exposure during the virus. After 2 days they still haven t processed the online order and the girl on the other end was short and rude when I asked for status updates. Ended up having to cancel my order. What s the point of having an online order if I have to go into the store and further expose myself?
