Loved this hotel it is beautiful...staff was polite and friendly...would definitely visit again

stayed and attending a wedding here in June. The entire property was very clean and maintained quite well. The service was top notch. I would not hesitate staying or planning a function here. Besides the location is easy to get to as well.

We got to our room only to find very loud neighbors. We called down to the desk and they moved us to another room.

Rooms were clean but a little run down. Service was okay. Beautiful lobby and common areas. Food was okay but selection is limited.

Nice hotel in Dearborn. The rooms are attractive and big enough. Pictures are displayed throughout the hotel, as in a gallery.
The hotel is next to an older mall and a movie theater. Without a car you are stuck here.

If you ever wanted to stay in an art gallery here's your chance. My favorite part and staying here was all the artwork to see in the hallways and gallery. I was in a contemporary and functional king bed room with plenty of space at the desk do work from my room. The concierge lounge staff were excellent and worked hard to make sure everything was stocked and even took time to get to know me and other guests during my week long stay. I had a wonderful experience staying here and if I ever get to stay in the Detroit area again I'm checking for availability here first!

A group of us spent the night at the Henry while attending an event. The hotel was very pleasant and located not far from downtown Detroit. Our room was clean and housekeeping was amazing. I will be staying here again next time I return to Detroit.

Nice pieces of art decoration in hall ways and in rooms. Booked a King room for 2 weeks but was given a Twin room and never got changed. Does not offer slippers, or bathroom ultilities, have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, and walk barefoot. No body wash, only shampoo, conditioner, and moisturiser. Room service does not refill bottles of water or tea/coffee, unless asked, and then being questioned how long you are staying with them. A 4-star hotel in America offering service comparable to 2-star hotels in Asia.

High tech menus and sexy art create a stunning environment. Unfortunately the food is uninspired and expensive, despite being well executed, basically a very expensive "meh."

Great place for prom. It was a night to remember. The food and music was amazing.

The hotel is ideally located for people travelling to Ford offices. The rooms are a little out of date but excellent size. Beds are comfortable. The gym is well equipped. The restaurant is really pricey.

The hotel is nice and the food in the restaurant inside is great. There's a small convenience store on site which is nice for quick snacks and prices arent too bad. My only complaint is I was told at check-in that I could have a 4 pm check-out (marriot rewards status) but on morning of check-out I called to confirm and they told me latest would be 2:30. Disappointing to get mixed info.

It is breath taking. With a great collection of art. Loved the burger I had at the bar. Good for conferences and business. Everything you can expect from a luxury hotel.

My fiance and I went there to find out info on our wedding and we absolutely loved it as a venue the coordinator Laura they had meet with us and go over information was an absolute Delight the Henry stands out as one of Metro Detroit's true gems.

Gorgeous hotel. We stayed here for our wedding night and it was very pleasant. The artwork in the halls are gorgeous and definitely something interesting to see. There's an art dealer inside of the hotel, so if you like something you see, you can probably take it home for a price.
I've also done audio/visual work here with several different clients. The food is really good and the ballroom is very nice. Would be a great place to have your wedding reception, or even a corporate event. If you do, get ahold of me for lighting/audio/video/stagging/etc.

The event was very nice, and the food was good!!

My room was very clean and had all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Can't wait to stay again.

My chorus had a boutique and a small stage. All was good we'd through Sunday.

Stay was great until tonight. It s almost 10 pm and I am still waiting for my room to be serviced. This is after being out all afternoon, coming back and seeing it still wasn t done at 4pm. I spoke to the housekeeping staff and told them I would be leaving again in about 30 minutes and please service the room. Came back at 9:30 and it STILL wasn t done. So here I sit
At 10 pm still waiting. This is not an inexpensive hotel. Never had this problem before at even the cheapest,

Exceptional service all around from the front desk personnel, to the concierge lounge staff. They accommodated my request for vegetarian choices ( offered good variety) in the lounge. Stayed with them few weeks a month over a period of six months. Highly recommended!

I attended a 2 day conference for work and was absolutely impressed by this hotel. It is absolutely gorgeous, the food was excellent, and the drinks were great with a selection of local beers to boot. As for the venue for a conference, several huge rooms held all of us comfortably, and the wait staff was awesome. The room itself was gorgeous and comfortable as well. If I ever return to Detroit, I may just only stay here.

I ended up fundraiser luncheon today for The Sky Foundation. They moved their annual venue to the Henry, autograph collection and it was a huge success today. What a beautiful facility and the food was amazing. Is a wonderful staff they were very attentive and the parking guys the valets were overrun as we all exited but they did a beautiful job.

Very clean atmosphere there is amazing you can also walk and do sightseeing in the hallway all employees are very friendly the restaurant that they have inside of the hotel is also a 5-star restaurant as soon as you drive up and you meet Marty the guy that does valet you can tell that this is a classy Hotel

I was there for a summit, but very impressed with this hotel. Definitely coming back for a personal stay!

Former Ritz Carleton. Very nice. The conference rooms were clean and the staff was very attentive.

I have been here two times. One time for a graduation celebration and the other time for a wedding. I think it is a fantastic venue. Both events were drastically different sizes but the place was able to accommodate either way. I really like all the art for sale on the walls. It is fun to look at and see how crazy art can sometimes cost.

Plain Plain Plain. The money you spend here is NOT worth it. I'd rather go to a Red Roof Inn smh. Because of Covid there was no pool, no food service in the morning. The room looked plain. I thought because it use to be the Ritz Carlton it would be a little nicer. I was wrong.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern decor - friendly staff

Let me begin by saying that I am typically not a complainer by any means. However, we were treated so poorly I have to take any and every avenue to warn people about this hotel. Upon making a reservation I clearly requested that we would need two beds, if they could not meet that request to please let me know and I would make other arrangements. Upon checking in they only had 1 bed for us, were unable to get us another room and thus I spent the night on a cot in the room, $200 for a cot! I realize these things happen and mgt usually makes it right. They didn't offer as much as a complimentary breakfast or valet parking which would have made it all better but sent a form written email saying better luck next time buddy. They will not get away with this!
