Beautiful art collection. Comfortable and clean rooms.
Beautiful hotel as a former Ritz Carlton hotel. The lobby is especially exquisite with artwork displays. The parking lot is not very large and can be at capacity early during events.
Nice hotel. Busy all the time. The staff are attentive. Parking can be an issue.
Very good location, nice stuff. Took not more than 20 minutes to get food/room service.
I was only there for a night, but the whole art gallery fancy nonsense was legit.
Attended wedding. Good food, nice facilities. Need better parking, had no choice but to valet because there was none available.
The Henry Ball rooms are just simply beautiful and I love having our company events there.
Room was clean. Ac worked well, which was especially nice on such a hot summer day. The art was really cool to look at. Nice gym. Unfortunately the pool closed before we got there. All and all very professional and kind staff
It Was AMAZING,When me and my family stayed we were going to the Detroit Lions game and the bears even stayed with us it was the best hotel I've ever stayed.
This was a wonderful weekend at The Henry , top rate employees and service, late night room service and delicious food and cocktails. A couple could stay here and not leave the hotel for the weekend with it's beautiful artwork everywhere you look and in house elegant restaurant. I wish I knew the name of the night doorman, he goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. We'll return again.
Nice, clean rooms. Helpful employees. Soap smells amazing!
The best in hotel service. Perfect venue for a wedding.
I really love the good clean rooms an the emasculates of the hotel itself
Convenient location for a conference, lots of parking, catered lunch was okay.
Very interesting hotel. Came for a day conference, did not spend the night. Conference amenities were excellent, clean facilities, loved the art gallery aspect also
Was there for a dance event, it was beautiful, the food was delicious, and I had a great time!
Toilet is so low. But the staff is wonderful. The rug in our room needs to be cleaned or replaced. The artwork wow. Love the building.
My best friend and I spent New Year's Eve at the Henry. Amazing staff, food was great and 50 Amp Fuse didn't disappoint. Room was great, beds are super comfortable.
One of my favorite places to stay in the Detroit area. Very nice, well appointed rooms. Unique ambiance, every wall is covered in a variety of artwork. Gym is okay, has what you need but not much more. Restaurant (Tria) is stellar. Food is excellent, solid wine and cocktails menu. Top notch!!
Facilities are nice... It was freezing the entire time and parking is confusing but beautiful facilities
We won a night's stay for our honeymoon. The room was great, rather suite. Very clean, plenty of towels, very on the social distancing through out the hotel and restaurant.
Wonderful staff!! They took care of us when our reservation got messed up. Stayed for 2 nights, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. We took some wedding pictures at the Henry, which turned out to be amazing.
The manager gave us attitude regarding taking the pictures, but nontheless, I had called before booking my rooms and was told that we were allowed to take pictures on the premises.
We recently stayed for a weekend at the Henry excellent choice the staff was super friendly and personable and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived the breakfast buffet meet all of our expections with plenty of food options, the check in was a breeze thanks to the front desk clerk Jo he was phenemonal excellent customer service the bell hop or front door men were top notch as well I learned a lot about the hotel from Marty who has been at the hotel for 28 yrs since they opened and also Jon the front door man had lots of his life experiences to speak of which made us feel a sense of warmth I would highly suggest staying here it s great as well as clean overall great stay
The outside music of the hotel bother the people in the tower who work for a living, I would not stay there
Awesome facilities, very good lunch provided at our company meetings!
Hotel staff was horrible. Dining staff couldn t seem to accompanied even a small group. Food was bad - no where close to edible for many fo the dishes. We will travel away from the hotel in the future.
I stayed here for a single evening last month. This hotel has a lot of character and the staff really bend over backwards to ensure your comfort. Detroit is in a state of revival and this hotel is in a great place for you to experience the new Detroit. I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner at the hotel's restaurant and bar TRIA. The rate was reasonable for the services you receive. If you're a Marriott Rewards member you'll be treated like a close relative stopping in for a visit. Either way you're going to have a great experience at The Henry in Dearborn.
Such a beautiful hotel the rooms were pretty nice not as beautiful as the rest of the hotel though. Can't wait to go back and I want to explore the hotel a lot more from their artwork two things they offer and the architecture is just gorgeous!
Loved the bell-hop/service and the place itself was beautiful.
Excellent value for money. Well located for walking and taking public transportation. The person responsible for the breakfast area is just amazing.
Food is really good and their bread basket is it unbelievably delicious
The hotel itself, and the room (beds, bathroom, finishings) are great. The room AC just doesn't seem to do much. I have had it turned down to 60 degrees for almost a full day now and my room is still uncomfortably warm. I would expect a high end hotel have comfortable rooms, whatever temperature you desire.
Accommodations were good but the room felt very humid to the point where the bedding felt wet to the touch. The staff did state they would look into it. The hotel restaurant Tria was great for breakfast!
I just came back from a wedding that was at the Henry. I had an amazing time at the wedding and the service there was excellent. All the staff treated to be with respect and it was a true pleasure to share in the celebration that I was so lucky to be a part of. I would highly recommend this location for any occasion especially one that is as joyous as a wedding is. The valet is very respectful and responsive, there is no doubt in my mind that any harm would come to my vehicle.
We booked a block of rooms at The Henry, Autograph Collection for our wedding, and we were able to host 65 of our guests in such a beautiful space. We were seriously lucky, because not only was it the cheapest hotel in Dearborn... it was the nicest. By far. While we did hear that there were long hold times to reserve a room, it's possible to book online, and the coordinator we worked with (Ivana Cessante) was unbelievably helpful. The Henry also has great gathering spaces, and our family and friends were able to spend time together in the lobby, enjoying each other's company and snacks served by TRIA.
P.S. - If you're getting ready for your wedding here, I would 100% recommend the suites! They're HUGE, have two bathrooms, and they're so accommodating for big groups of people.
Very classy hotel with a warm feeling, it's a mix of modern and classic and it has amazing artwork all over
I have photographed many weddings at The Henry, Autograph Collection. It is a beautiful place for weddings and the staff is very professional too! The main ballroom is up to 26,000 square feet and can be divided too. The have partially covered the chandeliers in the lobby and I hope they keep the chandeliers in the ballrooms; everyone tells me that they especially love the chandelier lighting there. It is close to outdoor gardens, fountains, and waterfalls too (only a few minutes away).
We had an overall good one-night stay. Great service at the front desk and bar for a drink. We were pleased with how quiet the hotel and room were considering at least 2 big events were there. The room was very clean.
The club room was not stocked between services which was sort of surprising as usually there are at least light snacks out. The bed was also not the Marriott bed you know and love. It was quite hard and the fitted sheet fit so poorly it slipped off the corner several times during the night. Our room service breakfast was missing several items which were quickly brought up to the room upon request.
It was nice, went there for a annual event. Service was pretty good
A very enjoyable stay, nice amenities, and very good food for the conference we attended at the Henry itself. Will surely return.
I went to visit someone at the hotel and my first impression was it was absolutely gorgeous. Everything about it was beautiful. The front lobby feels like a palace and the rooms are very clean and elegant.
Excellent! Would be nice for a bathroom glass. But other than that it was wonderful! Great view loved the hot tub and pool and lobby bar too! Def staying here again
Fantastic staff, extremely helpful and accommodating from the moment I arrived, great rooms, extremely clean facility
Beautiful hotel. Artwork is fantastic, and the pool/hot tub appears to be salt base, so it felt great on the skin.
Check in was easy, and the service is top notch. Highly recommend.
We stayed for a concert in Detroit and it was about a 15 min ride back and forth. Made for an easy concert experience.
This is a beautiful hotel with very well kept grounds. Our room was on the second floor, so not much of view, but the room itself was modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The service and attention to detail the staff pays to every guess is incredible. The rooms are great. Other then hanging out in your room or eating in the restaurant the only other thing to do is go to the fitness center.
My only real complaint is that some of the other guest seem to think they are better then the rest of the world but the staff and and service is by far some of the best I have ever seen.
Classy hotel. Neat environment. Still waiting on the information I requested. I guess they are selective in attending to guest.
