Excellent atmosphere, classy attendants and great parking

Attended for a Wedding. The place was beautiful. The staff were friendly and professional. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful hotel with all of the amenities you could hope for.

Centrally located, very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable, and everything (especially the linens) felt "high end". There was plenty of light in the room along with a large window, and a fair amount of accessible outlets. Room service is 24 hours, which is a nice option, though we did not partake. The best part was all of the gorgeous art throughout the hotel, as well as in the room. I wanted to see everything!

Nice staff, comfy bed, beautiful decor. Little Sister's wedding party stayed here, good choice. Easy access from airport, close to Fairlane Mall, movies, food. Nice hotel.

Well maintained rooms with Hotel amenities (fitness, pool, meeting rooms). Wifi and parking accessibility is great.

The facility had a power outage and the check-in counter staff s method of dealing with, alleviating and communicating the issue was completely inappropriate for such a well recognized brand. They projected the issue onto the customer instead of taking responsibility for the situation. Check-in counter staff in general was poor with general service. It did not seem like they were happy to be there and provide what was expected from them - hospitality.

The service at the restaurant was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and room service was quick. I accidentally left a cell phone behind and when I called to see if the staff had found it, they knew immediately where it was and had it shipped home to me. Honesty and trustworthiness are traits you want in employees. Well done!

A beautiful hotel! Everything is luxurious there. The staff is amazing and Haleigh was very helpful.

This is the best hotel in metro Detroit. I have stayed in this hotel a couple times and always enjoy my stay. The rooms are clean and the service is good. Not too far from Downtow Detroit.

A delightful surprise hidden just off Southfield freeway. Have never had a bad meal there. Dearborn is dominated by great Middle Eastern eateries, this is a very nice, higher-end change of pace.

Beautiful, classy, and amazing. The art was beautiful, the rooms was spacious and room service was great.

They say first impressions are everything, and being treated and checked in by Ms. Kia was exceptional. She introduced us to the hotel, was familiar with it's history, and was very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and I appreciated all of the artwork on display throughout. The food and workout area was great as well. We will definitely be back.

The room was very nice and clean, classy with a few nice touches. Every member of staff was very friendly, smiling, helpful. Josh, the young gent that helped us to our room was friendly and polite. The art everywhere is a nice touch (even if out of my price range!) and the grounds are well groomed and clean to match. Pool was a touch on the cool side, but manageable in minutes, where the hot tub was perfect. Fitness center lacks only a rowing machine, but is otherwise the best I've seen in ages at a hotel. Food smelled good but didn't enter. Overall fantastic, would stay again. Excellent value.

Location is great - lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Room was older but nice. Love the elevators. Pool and hot-tub nice. No complaints - would stay again if the price was right.

Awesome views of downtown Detroit. The night staff was not very friendly almost felt aggressive. The beds were on the hard uncomfortable side and the future was worn and dated. I expected more for a four star hotel by Marriott it was not worth $178 per night. The art however was beautiful but I would rather go to a art gallery and pay 5 to 10 dollars to see it not $178 plus tax and fees.

I have been to just the restaurant here and the food is really good. It's a little pricy but it's upscale filling and worth it so it's not a big deal. If you go there ask for Morgan she's an awesome waitress. Really knows her stuff.

Stayed two nights, will definitely stay again. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Perfectly clean rooms in a spacious hotel.Really enjoyed the pool.Breakfast was great,and a good timesaver .Staff was efficient and very friendly.A small perk was a elevator was always available.

This is a beautiful hotel with great rooms. I stayed with a large group (200+) yet still got great service when interacting with staff. To top it off, free, easy wifi. Would definitely stay again any time I'm in the Ann Arbor surrounding area.

The hotel itself is very good but it is in the middle of nowhere. In front of the hotel there is a shopping center which is very empty. Otherwise, there is nothing around. The hotel has a nice and good fitness area with bars of water and towel heads and there is a stamina and exercise room. It is a very art loving hotel. The breakfast is good and the hotel generally has an old fashioned flair

The hotel is nice but unfortunately I had a string of horrible customer service with this hotel. Including the front desk manager following up with an issue. Instead of apologizing she was rude, condescending, and basically said their issue was my fault. I won t be staying here again!

We have lots of options when booking travel & I m sure Hilton would gladly take my business.

I went to a wedding at this location. It was a beautiful building. The decor in the hotel was very modern. It is a great venue to host events. The staff was very friendly. The building was clean.

I remember when this place was the Ritz-Carlton. Not much has changed except the name. This is the place Ford executives go to lay their head each night when they are in town visiting headquarters. It had better be good. Luckily it is.

This is another place that I was at for yet another business meeting. The facilities and, most of all, the staff met or exceeded every expectation that I had.

My biggest cmplaint is that their name sounds a litlle on the pretentious side. I'll gladly put up with that, though, when everything else is perfect.

The ambience inside the establishment is quite elegant. The decor of the halls and rooms assigned for the wedding and the reception were immaculate. All of the staff were poised, mannerable, attentive and ready to provide service for each transitional stage from the wedding through the reception. Even the dining experience provided memorable hors d'oeuvres and entrees. Truly one of the most beautiful wedding and reception events we've attended.

Hotel was beautiful with a lot of different art everywhere. Rooms were nice and clean.

The hotel staffs especially entrance are very bad attitude. I cannot understand their attitude.

I booked a room due to bad weather and as I walked in the hotel I thought, wow its beautiful. It looked very clean, but when I got up to my room and checked the room out I found bed bugs crawling on my sheet.I called the front desk and explained I am going to need a new room because this room has bed bugs. The woman stated "oh ok, we can get you another room". No I am so sorry or nothing. Then I asked, don't you want to send someone up here to take a look, and she said " well we could send somebody up there if you want", like it was no big deal. I decided not to stay at all because they were so nonchalant about the whole issue. I went down to check out and get a refund and they acted like it was no big deal. Not very apologetic.

I enjoy the hotel. When I am in Dearborn, this is the only place I will stay.

Great service. Restaurant in the lobby is a 10/10, I ate there more than 5 times on my 4 day trip.

Cute boutique hotel with absolutely fantastic service.

Staff was polite and knowledgeable. Food and drink were over priced. Many of the toast pieces that came with the roasted garlic were burnt to a point where eating them distracted from the garlic spread and made the combination taste awful. Other appetizers tasted wonderful. My experience at the bar was nice, but I wouldn't return because of the cost value.

Im impressed with every visit honestly /// i had a grin on my face for at least 20 minutes when i first showed up ... Oh yeah ... They have this good bread that goes good with apple butter i think it's called hobo bread omg grab a loaf i promise u ... U will be back for another loaf its three flavors and they are all good
