Fell sick while staying here.
Housekeeping and kitchen staff here at the Henry are awesome! Housekeeping has provided extra tissues and towels, and just now called down an order of soup for me on the house because I'm just that pathetic. They also sent up ginger ale and hot tea. The hot tomato soup feels sooooo good right now.

I was there for a work function. Food reception afterward. Cinco de Mayo theme. Really good.

Very low occupancy. Very attentive. Beautiful decor.

Beautiful venue for a wedding. As a guest I was impressed, the food was delicious. Bathrooms clean. Staff courteous and friendly.

Terrible customer service. Worst I have had in a while. They have a late night menu that they didn't provide due to "personnel issues." Wouldn't come back if I had to.

My work had an executive meeting there. The staff were wonderful. They took care of all the guests wonderfully and made the event spectacular. The food was wonderful and the artwork on display was beautiful.

Formerly the Ritz Carlton, always excellent accommodations. The restaurant has an eclectic selection of excellent food.

Can't stand this hotel, they have huge events and take up parking spaces for the office building next door, when there's a totally empty mall parking lot next door. Even worse, they direct people into the spots meant for the office building.

Easter Brunch Simply Fabulous, enjoyed every moment of the food and atmosphere with the lady playing the harp the whole time. Great, loved the food and nice table staffing.

Sitting in the Libby on a Friday night in our casual but dress clothes waiting for hotel guests to come down to get us and go up to their room, I felt out of place. Their was a wedding party coming through and Formal gown and Tuxedos all over the place. Really need a better location entrance for Bridal Party and their Guests

Wonderful stay. I was there for a Self Care pamper party. We had an amazing time and the staff was wonderful

Decent food and prices, usually just very loud the multiple times I've gone. Conference rooms and hotel rooms are very nice.

I first came to The Henry in 2015 for a conference, but did not stay in the hotel. I stayed in The Henry this weekend, and I am in love with it. The details are to die for. The art work spread around the place make it even better for a stay. I think it s Dearborn s best hotel.

Cutest Hotel known to Ben. Super friendly staff, love how they maintain and run this place. It feels like they really do care. Never had a dirty room, or broken electrical equipment.
+ There is always something new to discover, since the Art they display is up for sale, very interesting and quite unique I think.
*If you prefer a quiet place this is the right Hotel for you.

Very luxurious! Great accommodation and parking is really near to the hotel. Breakfast is simple but tasty.

Very clean room. Beautiful pool/hot tub area. Amazing art everywhere. Very lux feel. Also staff helpful. I asked them to hold a dessert in the freezer overnight and they were very nice, didn't make a big production out of it. Room service was great. While $16 for a Cobb salad- it was probably best I ever had! Very close to a lg mall and Henry Ford Museum.

Nice old hotel could use some upgrades. Used a conference room that was so cold people were wearing bathrobes to keep warm and no one could turn it off or adjust it. Food was very pricey in restaurant. No food for kids.

Nothing "Collection" level with the rooms. Just ordinary like any other place. The staff were very polite which compensated for the aging place. How does super premium priced rooms not have double Queen beds as options?! The breakfast buffet was just ok and it was not even included. Only limited number of passes for guests.

Was pretty nice in the lobby and the conference areas. Food tasted good too. No comment about the rooms, as I did not stay there.

Went to a seminar at the hotel. The lunch provided was very nice. The conference room and facilities were clean and luxurious.

Room is too small. It maybe good for business visit. But not for anything else.

Room was nice but I wasn't told that pool, hot tub, and gym were closed. That information should be on website. I only got a room there for gym, pool and hot tub

This used to be The Ritz Carlton. I've been coming here since they opened in 1989. My most recent visit was August 2019. The doorman Marty was working when I arrived and welcomed me by name! The hotel has beautiful artwork throughout. The bar and restaurant are fabulous. The location is great if you are flying out of DTW only about 20 minutes.

My First visit here and I love it. The decor is awesome, walking through the halls it's like an art gallery.

The banquet facility is nice, but we had problems with the sound. Though the room was large, we also had inadequate seating for the amount of people present at our event. The decor is chic and inviting. They also have a small museum of sorts which is definitely worth checking out. I have also eaten at the hotel restaurant. The food is good, but overpriced for what you get. I recommend the Filafel Waffle. The wait staff is exceptional.

Only saw the entrance and the room titled The Gallery but beautiful none the less.

This is a beautiful property and the service is usually very good. My complaint is more on the lines of a membership pricing issue. I recently booked a room to stay in for my company's holiday party in 2 weeks. As I was reviewing the details of my evening, I noticed I booked my stay accidentally on the night before. I called to modify my reservation date as was told that I am unable to do so.

I was advised that I would have to cancel and not be entitled to a refund. So, now basically I am being forced to pay double the price for one night's stay. This was a horrible experience - I didn't even want a refund, all I needed to do was modify the date and was willing to pay the difference in rate if there was one. Highly disappointing.

All the ice machines were broken on multiple floors... beautiful hotel but it seems it needs some tlc here and there. I went for the holiday, i wanted to extend my stay and they didnt wanna honor my original rate, it almost doubled. Left asap.

Amazing. Always love staying here. And my dog Leia seems to enjoy it as well. :)

Nice hotel, no stairs though so the elevators can take an extremely long time if there is a large event going in with many people coming and going at once.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, the art is outstanding, however the pool is sub-par and needs a total make -over! The hot tub too!

I visited The Henry in March 2020, right before things went crazy due to Covid 19. It's a beautiful hotel. I love the art display in the hallway. We have Ambassador status with Marriott so we enjoyed complimentary breakfast every morning. Not sure how much it costs if you have to purchase it. The staff was helpful and friendly. They knew my husband well as he stayed there frequently. They all knew I was coming that weekend and made sure I felt welcome. We miss staying at The Henry and can't wait to resume travelling.

Great hotel! Well appointed rooms and such a courteous staff. Would not hesitate to stay at this property again. The lobby is very spacious and the 10th floor concierge is a great place to socialize with friends.

The Henry is a great place to host an event or attend an event. The ballrooms are beautiful and we'll kept, the food is delicious and the staff is attentive and friendly. Top notch!

At Christmas I always meet a Dearborn friend for brunch at The Henry. Food is good but the holiday decor and ambiance are amazing.... Really gets you into the Christmas spirit!

The artwork was nice to look at. It is an attractive gallery.
