Does not offer slippers, or bathroom ultilities, have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, and walk barefoot. No body wash, only shampoo, conditioner, and moisturiser. Room service does not refill bottles of water or tea/coffee, unless asked, and then being questioned how long you are staying with them. A 4-star hotel in America offering service comparable to 2-star hotels in Asia.
