This is a dog friendly, art lovers dream hotel. The staff are wonderful, the facility is beautiful and it is within distance of great food and the Ford Museum. I was treated great and felt great after my stay.

Went for a college fair, so I can only comment on the conference facilities. Quite nice and easily accessible. The decor was a bit over the top. How many bureaus does one hallway really require? Bathrooms were top notch.

While the aesthetic is absolutely beautiful, the pompous decorum of the staff, with the exception of one gentleman, was absolutely disgusting.
I arrived at the hotel to accompany a client to a job fair. There was a clear divide between the "us" (hotel staff) and the "them" (job seekers). Just because these people are seeking employment don't make them second class citizens. I am absolutely sure the hotel guests are treated with the utmost respect, while others are a nuisance. Experiences as this one damages the reputation of such an "upscale" place. I will be sure to inform others.

Worst hotel I've experienced. I usually do not do this, but feel compelled to do so. We had a wedding with over 200 people, almost everyone was in from out of town. The actual hotel was very nice aestheticly, but the staff was very bad. Their staff was rude and inhospitable at every turn. They closed the hotel bar at 9 pm and nothing else was nearby. Everyone had no where to go. A few people decided to hang out in the lobby. The staff called the police saying we were loitering. No one was arrested for anything. Almost as if they didn't want to have anyone stay there. Terrible customer service all around. I'd stay elsewhere.

I visited The Henry for a close friend's wedding, and it was beautiful! The staff were courteous, and the facilities looked more like a museum rather than a hotel. While I did not stay in the rooms overnight, those who did spoke very highly of it.

Great rooms, great service, everyone was friendly and acknowledge you when passing. Food was great, especially for a conference situation. That includes the buffet and sit down meals. Conference facilities work extremely well, I'm impressed. I look forward to our conference here every year. Recommend. Photos are of halls and a view out of the window.

I did not stay in the hotel, went for a wedding. Absolutely gorgeous & the food was perfection. Steak you can cut with a butterknife & salmon that was on point. Not everyone can do salmon regarless of what they say & especially in a large group.

Stayed here for a few weeks on business. Nice communal areas, art on display etc. The restaurant is quite pleasant with decent sized portions, but a bit on the expensive side. Good gym facilities, clean and with a variety of machines. The room was nice, if a bit on the sparse side. Decent sized and clean though. Keep in mind that, at least in mine, no safe was available and the minibar had only two small bottles of water.

Very high class hotel. We were there for a multiple sclerosis event sponsored by Tecfidera. The lunch was excellent, included fresh warm rolls, salad, roast beef, cbicken, potatoes, vegetables and ice cream with caramel topping for dessert.

Beautiful lobby so the expectations of a beautiful room were high. Sadly, I was disappointed. It was fine though. The bed was a little hard but I did sleep well. Staff are friendly at check in and in the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. I will say the tub plumbing should be looked at - I don't like standing in a puddle while I shower. Overall I'd stay here again.

I did not like my stay here at all. Front desk is kind of rude. No late checkout for Marriott elite. The manager did not even tried to accommodate. Restaurant is super overpriced. 20$-25$ for bad wine. Not coming back. Rooms are dated, the bathroom has cheapest stuff.

I paid premium, was expecting some class.

Hilton garden next time :-)

Customer service is very poor when it comes to a four star hotel. Front desk never answers the phone, concierge does not email folio despite multiple requests, and the front desk is very poor at following up on any particular reservation changes.

Relished our stay at The Henry. Staff were courteous and helpful, strive to ensure your stay is a memorable one. The swimming pool is very clean, atmosphere is ideal to relax. Art & architecture is uplifting. Hotel rooms, though a bit small; however, modern and clean. Banquet halls are nicely decorated. On site restaurant serves delicious dinner dishes. Towels & miscellaneous amenities, such as shampoos, soaps & water bottles, though seem to be not much costly, can be a big deal when in need of them; and staff make sure that you have plenty of them. Again, staff make you feel you are at a top-notch hotel. All in all, highly recommend it. Try for yourself.
