Nice hotell, clean, good service and a very good location.

Beautiful setting , comfortable clean and stylish rooms , food was lovely and all of the staff at this hotel are amazing , really friendly and nothing is too much trouble .

Amenities, beautiful gardens, great architecture and design, and perfect location are all let down by poor service, particularly from waiters who seem forgetful and uninterested in assisting or taking food or drink orders.

Wonderful dining experience at Rosa, the Palazzo. The rose garden is calming and well kept. Attentive, friendly staff ensure you are looked after the entire time.

My place to stay when in Johannesburg. Thoughtful attentive staff.

Have never had a negative experience at this Magical Hotel. Beds are super comfortable. The Shower is definitely a highlight.....

This is my home away from home. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast variety is to die for! These are the reasons why I make it a point to spend a weekend there every once a month.

This is unsurprisingly one of the best hotels in Johannesburg. My wife and I stayed in one of their suites for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The staff are superb. The rooms are excellent and the amenities are fantastic.

Monte casino is right next door where you have access to shops, restaurants, cinemas and a beautiful casino that makes you feel like you are walking through the streets of a Tuscan village. You also are right next to the Monte Casino bird park that is also a must see.

I will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel is truly elegant but l did not really enjoy the open plan restaurant. The decor is very high tea appointment in its mismatched style. The dinner menu was eclectic and service very good. The room works very well for hot summer nights not dreary cold winters!

The theatre seating was comfortable and restrooms were clean

This is a beautiful hotel, it is set in beautiful gardens,fountains,fairy lights,chandeliers and candles (out of content) I couldn't help it but i was so excited to arrive here for my interview with Thabo whom just disappeared on my email after further documents were asked for HR department and my follow up calls not returned. I would have loved to be part of the amazing team unfortunately not even "we regret" email was bothered to be sent (lols)

The staff are great we had a fantastic evening. Reception pleasent and efficient. Waiters where great and Very nice breakfast buffet. Thank You guys for making my wife's birthday fantastic.

Don't talk too much to the porters, it's gonna cost you to show too many teeth there. Otherwise the place is just great.

The Palazzo is possibly the most gorgeous hotel I've ever stayed in. This is luxury of its finest. Staff is all really helpful, welcoming and professional. Pool area and gym are super. Rooms are good size and the double bed is amazing comfortable. All rooms come with bath and shower. Furthermore, the montecasino complex has everything you need, from bowling and cinema till casinos and bars. Highly recommended!

I love this hotel but I wouldn't stay here again. The staff are fantastic but this is the British Airways hotel in Johannesburg and the crew are a pain in the arse. They take the hotel over. They're drunk at the bar. They put meals and drinks in other peoples rooms so CHECK YOUR BILL. They don't queue for check-in or check-out. They take the reception over for their welcome and departing drinks. If only the service they demand came close to the service they provide then BA might be the world's favourite airline again...

It's truly a beautiful place. I would definitely recommend, especially the restaurant Rosa at the Palazzo which was where I went. A lovely high tea experience and the Strawberry Cheesecake bites will definitely have me coming back. The setting is really something else. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend!

Amazing views outside by the pool. Great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Takes you away.

Beautiful gardens, comfortable hotel but there is a constant noise coming from the bathroom as if the toilet was continuously flushing and the fridge came with items missing and they were charged onto me, but other than that i would stay again

The hotel is just great with the staff and the service is excellent the hotel has a first rate ristorante the rooms are big with super comfy beds and clean the bathroom is pompous all in all a perfect hotel.

Sharing a birthday with sister. We had our birthday dinner there it was amazing the service,the venu this place is amazing loved it 10/10
