A lot of Cleveland clothes options obviously. Definitely overpriced for my taste but that's standard for a specialty store like this.

Horrible service. Waited for ten minutes for the employees to get done talking to their friends that weren t even buying anything and still no service. I even had my money in my hand and waved it around so they could clearly see it and still didn t have any effect on their choice to cash me out. I put what I wanted back and left.

OK so not only do they have the BEST SHIRTS in town...they have the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I needed to exchange some items, and couldn't make it to the store, they shipped out my exchanges that day, and sent me a prepaid shipping label for my returns. Extremely happy with my Cleveland Clothing Co. experience!

Where else can I buy a Cleveland: Polka Capital of the World t-shirt?

They had a gorgeous picture of the old arcade in downtown Cleveland that I had been searching everywhere for. They were also nice enough to hold it for me until I could get down to the physical store to pick it up. The store being clean and the helpful and friendly staff was definitely a plus!

These guys make it easy to rep CLE wherever you go! (Important as a native Clevelander living in the mountain west!) Great merch and amazing customer service.

Best place to rep your city while looking great doing it! Expensive but there is no price I wouldn't pay to represent my city and its authentic and very creative clothing. They also have excellent knick knacks from magnets to put on your fridge to old school iron on embroidered patches you can put on any piece of clothing or a backpack. They even have beer coozies! Oh and their retro shirts have tributes to some of our favorite radio stations growing up and local TV Shows that were once something every one watched. Just an awesome store and if you're from Cleveland or love Cleveland this store is all 216.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Cleveland Clothing Co. I have been a customer for a while, and have continued to place several online orders during recent worldwide events. Excellent customer service and quality apparel. I have often purchased larger sizes and have never had an issue with anything fitting (despite previous reviews indicating otherwise). Will definitely continue to purchase from this great local company!

I bought my wife a hoodie and the quality is terrible. Similar to a shirt I bought a relative from the same store. Given the price I expect a $50 vinyl transfer hoodie to last longer than a $10 Gildan hoodie; but after the first wash (inside out, on delicate, air dry) there was serious pilling. I have cheap hoodies that last a year or two, but I also have $25+ hoodies that last for years and years with proper care. For the price I would expect something above the cheapest material they can find. Find a better local t-shirt shop to support - there are plenty.

The quality of the clothing here is phenomenal. I can t say enough about how cute the clothing is. The staff is friendly as well.

Waste of money. The stuff isn t bad but insanely overpriced. Even with the 25% discount they had today, their candles, bottle openers, pictures, and certain shirts were still more expensive then any other equivalent product I have ever seen (and lower quality) and I lived in New York City for 19 years...

I placed an order online. One of the items was missing. There was a separate piece of paper inside telling me it was missing from my order, yet they billed me anyway. Uh, I don't think so. They also sent another item the wrong size. Their return policy is you have to go to the store to exchange. Really not okay with that.

No sizes I needed in stock. Wasn't busy yet had to ask for help 3 times.

All things Cleveland. One of my favorite shops ever. A must visit in the CLE.

Staff was very friendly and I had a great shopping experience. The store was clean and organized and it was a beautiful layout for the space. The clothing is comfortable and great quality. I would definitely recommend.

Not a vintage store.
It showed up on my search for vintage clothing and I'm not from this area. That was disappointing. It's a Cleveland tourist shop.

Cool, well designed products. I bought postcards here and a sticker done by local artists, my friend bought a Cuyahoga shirt that was on sale. The cashiers were very personable and helpful and the store is dog friendly!

Very nice clothing items but all with a lot of polyester. Also quite expensive. Also a small amount of other souvenirs. These are quite often unreasonably expensive.

The shirts are quality material, I ordered mine online but the plus sizes are not true to size I ordered a 2xl and my shirt fit like a medium on my size 00 daughter. Extremely disappointed, plus size people like fashion too!

Great place, and made in Cleveland. They have all sorts of funny shirts and some with great designs, and they are not that expensive; sort of like an urban outfitters only local. Also they sell books on Cleveland and have some local artwork as well; and all of the employees are extremely nice and will go out of their way to help you. Definitely 5 star local clothing shop.

Love all the products that are sold here! Everything has its own unique charm and really represent things around Cleveland. The store itself is a little small though, so be mindful of that while you re there because sometimes it can get a little busy inside and usually they only have one register going.

I just love seeing what the local tallent can produce. I stop here frequently to buy gifts.

I have purchased a few shirts from this company in the past and they are very nice quality. I stopped into the downtown store yesterday looking for a Browns shirt since I am going to training camp this weekend. It was really difficult to tell where the women's clothing is and I had to ask one of the workers who directed me to a few shirts based on what I was looking for. There were literally two options for a Browns style shirt and every single one was an XL, XXL or 2XL. I was really disappointed that they didn't have a single shirt that was a size below an XL. I asked if they had any other sizes in stock and the girl said they didn't but could order it for me online, I declined since I need a shirt for this weekend. I enjoy supporting local businesses, but due to my event time I was forced to purchase from a big box store. It would help if you could provide more options for people of all sizes and styles.

Bought a T-shirt for my son online for his birthday a month ago he wore the shirt once. Threw it in the wash on delicate and it came out with a huge hole in the arm seam. My son loves T-shirt s and I wash tons of them first time this has happened. We bought a couple other ones in the same order haven t washed those yet afraid to. Maybe this is the reason this particular shirt was on clearance. Really expensive for a shirt that I now have to sew.

I am editing my review and rating Cleveland Clothing Company 5 stars because of the way that they handled this issue. They reached out immediately and asked me to send a photo of the torn seam. That same day, they shipped a brand new shirt (same style) to my house. It arrived the next day, with a postage paid envelope to return the defective shirt. All of the other Cle Clothing CO shirts we have are holding up great. Thank you for remedying this situation and making sure my son has his favorite shirt!

I came in to buy a shirt and sweater because I was volunteering at Sparx City Hop. Sparx's encouraged us to wear Cleveland themed clothes and show our pride for our lovely city. I first thought of this store because I live in downtown Cleveland for 2 years now and always wanted to stop in. The clothes, accessories, and home goods are very cool! It's also a very clean store! However, I'm disappointed with the customer service. No one acknowledged my presence until I asked a question to the employees regarding size. Even when I came up to the register I wasn't greeted with a welcoming smile . No one even asked "Hey what brings you in today?" or "How was your shopping experience?" or even a "cool shirt!". This is supposed to be for tourist?... A large group came in right after I was checking out and no one even said a "welcome". But then again, maybe I'm expecting too much? Regardless, I still bought a shirt because it was perfect for the event and I am excited to wear it tomorrow.

This is literally my favorite store in all of downtown! It has such a good vibe when you walk in and everyone who works here is always super cool plus all the Cleveland gear is amazing and there's so much to look at in such a small corner shop

I had a the best experience purchasing from Cleveland Clothing Co! My children are always looking there and of course let me know what they want. When they are back in town they make a special trip to the store. So Kudos to all of you there, you make my job a lot easier! They love the quality and say they find the best selection there!

Really cool Cleveland clothing store. This store has really neat local clothing and art. I loved the wide selection of tee shirts that you guys carry. The local art in the downtown location was an added bonus that I really enjoyed!

Placed an on line order, great merchandise avaiable, love the virtual gift card concept. Word of caution when ordering the ladies t's they run uber small, so if you are a large or even an xlg, you my want to double check the measurement chart or give them a call. Otherwise great shop! (216) proud!

Perfect place to pick up goodies and souvenirs. They have a variety of t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, pins, glassware, magnets and a lot more here. There's definitely something for everyone. I thought I would probably get a magnet but I ended up getting a pin and a button along with the magnet. One of their staff greeted me as soon as I entered the store and another staff member politely answered my queries during checkout. Overall, their service was great and I had a nice experience during my first visit. I look forward to my next visit to pick up a t-shirt.

I went online to look at their inventory & place an order and saw CLE Clothing had a location a couple minutes away from my house in Lakewood. Rather than place the order I emailed their customer service to ask about local pickup, and Tom from CLE Clothing responded and got the order ready for me.

Tom wasn't at the Athens location when I stopped by, and his co-workers couldn't find the order he'd set aside. One of the items was a Progress & Prosperity tee that must have been the last of it's kind. They recreated the rest of the order for me and I went on my way.

Later that same day, Tom sent new an email saying he had my missing shirt and offered to drop it at my house in Lakewood! I came home to a CLE Clothing bag on my front porch. Truly great service. Thanks!

Their website advertises as them opening at 9:30 on home game days and when we arrived close to noon, they were closed! They only open early on "some" game days. They didn't have stock of all sizes available and offered to place our order online but we could only get free shipping on a portion of our order! They were also more worried about correcting their music issue before completing our order. Apparel designs are good here but customer service is lacking.

this place is amazing, super responsive, excellent quality, and everything you could possibly love about Cleveland is here.

Firstly, I love the designs on the tee shirts. I love the softness of the tees as well. However, I am normally a size XL in women's tee shirts but even the 2xl in this store is tight. Agree with other reviewers that 2xl not really true to size. So, no women cut shirt for me. I did however buy a mens size large.
The one bummer is the customer service. Or lack thereof. Not greeted once upon entering (visited on a quiet weekday) and no smile or conversation at the register. No smiles or offer to help when I was trying to find different sizes. I almost felt as though the workers thought I was intruding on their time!
Will I be back? Sure, because I love CLE. But I sure do wish they would encourage their staff to realize that if there are no customers....there are no jobs.
