Amazing stay. The executive room was luxurious. Complimentary beverages and cakes were really good. Second best breakfast we had in a South African hotel. Hubby and I had a 60min couple massage by the pool and enjoyed it.
Also celebrated my husbands birthday at The Rosa which is a lovely breath taking venue. Definitely is a 5star hotel in every way.

Awesome experience only downside was the wait to check in.

Great place in joburg. Good restaurants and casino in walking distance. Pool area and gardens amazing and breakfasts are great.

Had a beautiful room on the ground floor. Walked out into a lovely garden at night... bed was huge and high. They always give you an excess of the s9ftest most luxurious towels ...

I did not go out at dawn or night because there was a burglary in front of the front gate of the hotel 10 years ago by breakfast breakfast.

Anniversary dinner date! The service was good, food was amazing and the place is just beautiful. They went the extra mile with rose petals on our table for our special occasion. The oxtail main is something I will definitely go back for!

This is the best place to watch the game other then home! Boasting a extremely large screen outside, it is an ideal place to go out with the mates and watch the game or concert. With screen being so large it can be viewed from any of the surrounding resturants if you are looking for a more intimate location, but still want to be apart of the action.

Dirty toilet, completely overcharged the mini bar, waited over an hour and a half for in house dining for supper. Forgot to collect the breakfast card on the door for in room breakfast and never managed to return the lost double adapter. Wouldn't stay there ever again if it was for free - complete rip off

You can eat outside watching over the pool. Would definitely come back!

We stayed at the Palazzo hotel for the 2nd time, and our stay was once again fantastic and beyond. They did everything in their power to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible, and their facilities are hands down some of the best around.

The restaurants and entertainment available just across the road at Monte Casino are also a big boon, and really provide a large selection of entertainment and dining options within walking distance.

Hospitality and ambiance is excellent. Staff are engaging and acknowledge guests. Facilities are well kept and food of a very high standard. Appreciation to the housekeeping team

Service excellent but buffet breakfast food cold and empty dishes slow to be replenished. Better to order a la Carte which was delicious.
