I just had to dispute the charges from this company. They took an extra $800 out of my acct . then charged me twice in December...I sent the machines back and they continued to take money out.SCAM SCAM SCAM..Then had the nerve to call me the day after the bank gave me all my money back. I told my assistant to tell them to NEEEVER call me again...Total fraud!!!!

Do not sign a contract with this company. There are other ways to processes credit card payments cheaper.
My own experience was ok at first, 5 years ago. And I soon realized I could save more money by going with another company. To late...I had signed on the doted line. The fees continued to rise and plus additional annual fees too.
So, when my renewal date came, May 2018. I called them and requested the information to cancel. I followed all the instructions and I still was charged a $495 cancellation fee. They said I didn't fax my request in the proper time frame. But I know I did exactly what I was told by the Account Specialist. I'm hopefully finished with this company. I'm calling my bank to inform them not to allow any future authorization to charge my account!!!

Do not use their service! There are many other better processors out there. We have a nail salon business and were customers for more than six years and just recently cancelled our account and it has been one of the worst experiences of my life! I would not recommend them at all. Run away as fast as you can. They will siphon away your profits at any chance.

Absolutely terrible. Hidden fees, require a certified letter to cancel the account so they will quit debiting your account for service etc. Haven't used their service for 2 months and am still being charged. They received the letter and signed for the letter but claim they did not get it. Crooks

Their fees are insane! Their fax machine and mail box both don't receive anything according to them when i call. And when i do call plan on an 8 hour wait.

Illegally obtaining services by denying contract cancelling, and forcing reinstatement.

I cancelled my services with thema year ago and they continue to withdraw money out of my bank account for services I do not even use!I do not even have a terminal and they say since I didnt renew they renewed for me,how is that when you cancelled?

START OUT AS A NICE PERSON THERE WESTERN US SERVICE BROKER HAD A FIT SPUN OUT IN HIS CAR A DAMAGED A CUSTOMERS TAILGATE. FUNNY THING IS WE HAD DECIDED TO USE THEM ON FRIDAY THIS HAPPEN MONDAY AM CAUSE I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO TALK TO MR JASON

They falsefied my signature and said i re signed the lease which i never did and now want to charge me 700 dollars for cancelling after my contract was done and then to cancel you cant do it over the phone. I will have to take them to small claims court. Do not even consider this company for anything. They are crooks

This company is as crooked as they can possibly be. Everything is in the fine print. They make cancellation of your account so difficult they pretty much insure that you will end up ultimately paying them 500 dollars to end your service with them. Legally they are in the right but morally they are dead wrong and absolutely horrible. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company is a joke. They took thousands out of my account and I never even used their services. It is impossible to cancel as well. Such a scam idk how they are still in business.

From the start this company was difficult, dishonest and in my opinion, A SCAM. Their fees are ridiculous and terminating the account is difficult and expensive. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT EVER sign anything with these bandits. They will SCREW YOU GOOD and will not even kiss you in the process. If I could give the Negative stars, I would.
