One of the most beautiful hotels in Jhb. The restaurant is a must-see. Beautiful gardens, great food, very professional and friendly staff.

Lovely location, garden and pool area but breakfast leaves alot to be desired, lots of flies and much of the food was left uncovered, turn down service was irregular.

One of my and my wife's favorite hotels to go to, we book in here at least twice a year for a quick get-a-away weekend. From the luxury rooms to the suites, all well apportioned and appointed. I have booked in some of my staff here to learn about good and friendly customer service, great reception and managers who are eager to assist with any issues.
in-room dining can be a bit tedious at times, but a minor in the greater picture.

Love this hotel. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are well equipped apart from no iron and board which housekeeping will deliver. The whole complex has lots to offer. The pool, casino, bird sanctuary, restaurants and easy access to the mall are what makes this a gem of a hotel and highly recommended. There is a cinema too. Concierge is fab at arranging Safari's at short notice. Always look forward to going to this hotel with my job.

Beautiful and elegant setting, except they have a real issue with the flies because of the bird sanctuary. Such a pity!

Amazing hotel, especially in the winter with the Christmas spirits all around the hotel. Its old fashioned from the colonial age, so you do have to love that to stay here.

Tuscan village in the heart of fourways. Blissful retreat.

Not my favourite place after getting sick from the food at the restaurant. 4 stars for the bed in the suite. Very old style. Some may like old looks but I prefer modern look. Loud noisy rooms if you room is close to the bird park.

Palazzo never disappoints. Beautiful manicured gardens, stunning water features and a building filled with opulence. Always a favourite to get the most out of the perfect Johannesburg all year round weather.

What's not to love. This place is like a palace...5 star treatment, I observed other patrons and everyone seemed genuinely relaxed and happy...one day I'll book in for a full experience.

Start any celebration on the day with a fantastic breakfast buffet, bottomless champagne and all you closest friends / family, whilst listening to the pianist play..... too too divine

Excellent service caters for vegans extemely delicious vegan food.

Excellent professional service by staff, a warm welcome on arrival, friendly assistance, very good rooms, well maintained facilities, garden, good Quality & tasty breakfast creates an exceptional experience. Good to stay. Huge parking space, vast area, big and artistic building makes the Palazoo a palace. All the interior work is artistic and worth watching.

Pretencious. New money, like the rest of Four ways: over priced but pleasant enough and harmless.

We had a lovely lunch, the food is really top notch.

Difficult to find negative notes. Themed as the hotel of an Italian-style amusement park, it has spacious rooms with bath and shower, a beautiful garden and above all an exceptional breakfast buffet - from smoothies to jams (Italian!).

5 stars accommodation and spa is heavenly.
Certain staff need to wake up
