The Fox Theater is amazing and beautiful, but it is also very expensive and the staff at the box office are consistently rude. Recently at a show I saw parts of the ceiling fall into the front two rows. Save your dollars and maybe a head injury and get balcony seats.

Went to a concert there. First time at this venue. The seating was great but the sound was sub-par. Seating deserves 5 stars because even balcony seats provided good view. But overall rating is mediocre due to not being able to get maximum enjoyment from the music. The sound was not concert quality; more like a club. Bad mix - Singers too often drowned out by music and lots of muffle when they were speaking.

I love going to the Fox. It is a beautiful theatre and a wonderful place to see shows. Even the cheapest seats in the back have great views of the stage. The staff works hard to keep it clean. The acoustic are also very good. Be warned: it is a steep climb to the top of the theatre and the seats are tight. But worst thing about the Fox is the ushers are not too good at their job. Last time I was there, one took us to three different sections before taking us to the right one. I also watched another usher seat a group in the wrong place, then have to move them during the opening number for another group. Other than that, we had an all around great experience at the Fox.

Beautiful as always, don't be afraid to get there early! I arrived approximately 30 minutes before the start of Hamilton and it was PACKED! So crowded. I sat orchestra right, row RR. Convenient, as it's the first row in the back, so easy access, but couldn't make out most actors faces, so if you get less expensive seats bring opera glasses.

Went to see Tyler Perry's Farewell tour play with my wife for our upcoming 9 year Anniversary on Thursday night and the show was a 1000% hit. When I purchased my seats ,having not gone to the Fox in years I didn't realize what I purchased were basically nose bleed seats. But that is on me. But the Fox needs in my opinion to figure out way to improve sound quality abilities for those that are up that high. With my background being in consumer electronics sales for 25 years I tend to pay attention to things like this. And more importantly they need to also balance out the air conditioning system. When Tyler Perry himself during his own performance has to make a statement that says Fox theater turn the A/C on because you have an entire upper section looking like people are in church with all the people fanning themselves to stay cool. It never really felt like it kicked in. If they look into those things they can avoid reviews like this.

A very beautiful theatre with excellent views no matter where you're sitting. I've often heard it said that there's not a bad seat in the entire house, and that bears repeating.

I always enjoy the Fox. Staff is friendly and the inside is gorgeous. I went to see School of Rock with the family and had a fantastic time. Before that show it had been at least 7 years since I had been last. I have been to a ton of shows on Broadway and the Fox Theatre gives other theaters a run for their money. It s very clean (bathrooms included). The only downfall is bathroom capacity. Lines are going to be long at intermission and impossible after the show. You d better try before the show and at intermission or you might lose the battle on the way out. If you e got kids make them go potty!!!

The Fox is a grand theater, historically and culturally significant. Almost a must see. Only downside is that the back rows of the orchestra section are pretty far from the stage and the elevation of the seating is minimal so if sitting in those seats you might feel a little detached from the performance.

Fox Theatre itself has a very nice ambiance. However, Sept 10th, I went to see Daniel Ceasar and the sound was muffled. It was difficult to hear the lyrics and too much stage smoke made it cloudy. Therefore, you couldn't see the show. Event Parking was ridiculous $40. Two streets over it was $30.00. About 4 streets down was $20.00. Drive further down by Krispy Kreme was $5.00 parking(which was too far to walk to the Fox). They also had valet. Good crowd, security was pleasant and got people through expeditiously. Bartender was very friendly and professional. Drinks $9.00+. Bathrooms downstairs, very clean theatre, overall theatre lighting is dark which makes it cozy. One of my favorite concert/stage play theatres, sound system sucks. For a $130.00 grand total for my ticket, drink and parking it would have been nice to hear/see the concert clear.

There aren't enough remaining theaters from the golden age of theater. Fortunately, Atlanta still has the Fox. It's a beautiful place and makes everyone who visits there feel like they're in First Class.

Pleasant experience. Saw Hamilton, my first play ever and the theatre was able to pull off everything. The staff was friendly. Popcorn could've been more fresh, but that knit picking. Overall I had a great time.

Great theatre. Love the decor and how it is setup. Easy access to the theatre. I have no problems going back again to see something there. We were in the seats high up and could see the whole stage.

Love the Fox. The Alvin Ailey Dance Company wss there and they were so good. The space was absolutely appropriate for the performance. From the intricate design and wall hangings to the view from the balcony, The Fox is an amazing place to have a cultural and/or artistic experience.

It's the fox. Atlanta's mecca of most things cultural. I Krav sure there's the High museum and woodruff center but nothing else in Atlanta has the class and character of the Fabulous Fox Theater!

Saw Hamilton from second dress circle. Still a great show, but it was pretty far away. I would suggest some small binoculars of some sort, since the worst part was not seeing facial expressions. The sound was great though!

One photo is from my seat, others are from the ground level underneath the overhang.

at least I had popcorn this time I watched a sub-par performance of The nutcracker which deserves three stars but I'm nice so I gave four. It's not the fox's fault that's why they get 4 instead of 5 they got four instead of five it cuz last time they didn't have popcorn while I was at Aladdin.

If I could give it 0 I would. Do not go to an event here. The A.C. does not work. It's hot as hell. The point of sale systems take a century to process a card so beer lines get looooong. You better pregame or sneak something in. The decor is supposed to look like an Egyptian palace. Unfortunately, the point of sale systems bare a far better resemblance to an ancient relic.

Celtic Woman was a wonderful show; Fox Theatre Atlanta is a spectacular venue.

When you visit, be sure to explore all of the levels. Show up a little early and look around. They have four levels with distinct names and views.
The sky ceiling is something you must see in person. Walk to the front of the bottom level (near the stage) and look up for the best view.
