The entire complex needs renovating and the rooms look like cheap apartments from the 90s! Also it charges you $135.00 a night!!!! My advice is to go nextdoor to Westgate palace because its entire complex is up to date. DONT COME HERE ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!

i really enjoyed staying here there was free breakfast! The people were really nice to! Its also really close to universal studios and another attraction! The only criticisms i have is 1. There is a pool there but if you have kids stranger danger! 2.most of the rooms are just a bedroom and a bathroom not that much space for a family!

But other that i rate it 4 stars I recommend going there!

we stayed here in August for 2 weeks and loved it my son thought the other hotels were terrible when compared to ours the staff are great the location is great and we had a studio room which was clean and view was good decor a little dated but that didn't matter as room and hotel was spotless highly recommend

The rooms were dirty and were hardly cleaned. The furniture is out of date and is a little bit on the shady side. We aren't usually skittish about germs, but we went out of our way to get antibacterial spray from Walgreens just to be safe.

The view its great and location it good. But they need to remodel their hotel.

Very friendly staff. Our original room had a carpet dryer in it as we entered it so clearly there had been some accident in the room if that was there. The phone in this room also was not working, so we were already peeved. We all went down to the lobby, and fortunately , the staff there was very helpful and apologetic. They upgraded our room, and the rest of our stay was very good! Thanks!

I liked the location and the convenience, the hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast deserves a little more care.

The hotel has great structure, very clean and organized. Could improve the gym. But even so, I recommend it.

I stayed here with a high school choir trip in 1988. I can't believe it's still here. I would think some big chain would've bought them out by now. Was a really great place back then.

Loved it. They offer a complimentary drink in their bar, free shuttle to universal and sea world. Two pools and good prices. Their complimentary breakfast could be better, but if you dont mind paying their restaurant looks good. Plus they have a Pizza hut on their property. Restautants across the street.

Be careful when you checkout as they took money off my credit card without explanation and without me knowing... I am still awaiting its return...It wasn't a lot of money but the trust has now been eroded. If they have done this to others that's inexcusable...

Every time when I came back to building 3 the card access did not work. Every. Time.

Currently undergoing renovation so can't say much about looks as they could change but the staff are very friendly and made my visit very comfortable. Plus the pizza hut downstairs is super handy

Great family friendly place, the staff are awesome and the indoor pool is a definite plus.

Clean. Helpful, polite staff. Kitchenette was okay, with a microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, two electric stove burners, a decent collection of pots, one pan and enough dishes and cutlery for four. It is and older place, though they are doing upgrades.

The continental breakfast was reasonably good, with bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice and milk (though the toaster was abysmally slow). For an additional $5.99 we could (and did, a few times) upgrade to their hot breakfast which had the same, plus eggs (scrambled and hard over fried or hard boiled), hashbrowns (patties and chopped potatoes), bacon, sausage, and waffles.

The one negative was that we selected a single queen with sofa bed, intending our son to use the sofa bed but the mattress on it was so thin that he ended up arranging all the sofa pillows on top of it so he could sleep. The staff responded well, however, when we showed them a photo, bringing in a full size mattress to lie on top of it.

It was possibly the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. the bathrooms were dirty, the couch had stains and holes in it, microwave was from the 60s, it had a box tv, lots of stains on floor, bathtub was broken, toilet was very disgusting (had poop in it), sink let out brown water and the hotel itself was nasty we found a dead lizard in the pool. DO NOT STAY HERE

Had a wonderful experience here check in was quick. And the terrace some of these room have great to sit out in are great addition to the room. 2 pools a bar pizza hut a convenience store all at the hotel. Just great all around. Will definitely come back to this place.

Good and decent hotel, close to many activities and only hotel with a standard breakfast. Good shuttle service and nice swimming pool

We are totally discussed with this hotel! The bathrooms are dirty with rust, nats flying around, old appliances, tv, sofa is dirty- had to put a sheet over it to sit on it! I booked this hotel thru Book-Vip, never again!!!!

Out dated, bugs, dirty, mold in bathrooms, and they made me walk to 3 different rooms that had all the same problems I listed. We were in orlando for my little girls birthday and I walked with 3 kids around this dirty complex. What pissed me off was the fact they tried to only refund me 1 night and I didn't even stay! Even though I was there viewed 3 nasty rooms they said because I didn't check in, I was a NO SHOW. I will be damned I was there 2 and a half hours checking out that property that wasn't worth a penny. I'm currently still waiting for my full refund and would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! I ended up staying at another hotel that was more than amazing! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Very dated could do with a complete overhaul . also the housekeeping needs sorting I am positive that they must spend a maximum of 5minutes in each room just wondering when Virgin last checked this place ?? Friends had trouble exchanging their room we stayed put took some lovely pics for Virgin !!! Will not be staying again which is a shame as the place is in a prime place

Awesome. It was very nice and clean. People were very very polite and sweet. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone that's staying in Orlando, although most speak foreign.

VERY NICE, VERY CLEAN AND VERY WELL LOCATED, LIMITED WITH BREAKFAST, RECOMMENDED

Due to a change in plans, we had to find a room at the last minute and were able to get a great deal at this hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious, and had a small kitchen area and a balcony as well. They serve breakfast for guests each morning, and the staff was friendly and attentive. There were a few outdoor pools that closed overnight, as well as an indoor pool open 24hrs. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is fine, Staffs and workers are fine, But when i first went into the room, I found a huge cockroach in the corner of my bed.

This is the 4th time we've stayed here. The rooms are spacious and all have balconies. The staff are great, very friendly and helpfull and location of hotel is very central. There are 2 pools, a lakeside location and shuttle buses are free to Universal. Would reccomend these suites

Did Airbnb. Very old room. Old smell. Didn't have any soap. Bed is not comfortable

Our room was clean and recently refurbished but the property itself was very dated. The hallway carpets, which I never usually pay attention to, was the perfect example of something so old and dingy that no amount of attempted cleanings could bring it back. The staff seemed friendly enough and did their best with what they could. The proximity to universal is the main selling point here, its location is fantastic.

Location is acceptable but very dirty and horrific smell in the elevator

It is very well located, close to the parks and the prizes outlets, the breakfast is good and the cleaning could improve.

Very dated decor with very tired furnishings. Best bit about this place is the staff and the location.

We loved it we stayed on the 9th floor so pretty. Grate view we can see 80percent of international drive. Were defiantly come back

Room run down...filthy....not happy and will not go back....others in our seven rooms rented party had updated rooms. They were nice ours terrible.

very poor breakfast, I simply didn t eat anything. For breakfast there is coffee in styrofoam cups though. The elevators make sound as if someone is going to stuck there someday. Beds are not comfy but it ll do.

Goood place to rest and comfortable just what I needed.

The staff are useless, we arrived an hour early and was told to go away and come back at 3 o'clock when we returned was told sharply we were 3 minutes early, then told no rooms ready and had to wait another hour, a number of other events with reception staff, they managed to get everything wrong we asked, like told laundrette open and most were close, etc. (we went to all 3 buildings)
Also the lifts are dreadful in all the buildings but building no 1 the best of the worst, (try and insist on building 1) the rooms are OK and good for the price considering the location which is one of the best places to be.

This place is perfect for vacation, I stayed through Airbnb, thanks Leonor because the attention was amazing!

The stay here was very nice. The room was clean. I didnt feel like i needed to have my own covers and pillows nor did i feel gross laying and sleeping on the bed. They had a kitchennette in the room which gave us the opportunity to cook a meal our final night there. I wouldnt mind booking with them again.

Back to the future... Outdated as it gets. Microwave even dated 1986!! TV's are prob from early 90s. Shower leaked into the closet getting everything on the floor wet. Called for blankets and pillows 2x the first night. Was told they have 1 housekeeper for 3 buildings and we needed to be patient. ( blankets and pillows never came) then on a daily basis, the housekeepers came and took our dirty towels etc and didn't replace them entirely. Causing us to have to call for additional supplies daily. Finally we just stopped having them come in since they couldn't get it right. Location was convenient for our activities. Elevators are very slow and lack AC. So if you're stuck on or waiting for one. Be ready to sweat. And good luck finding a luggage cart to use. Grab and go breakfast is really anything but also. We were scolded by staff for trying to take items to go. There are safes in the rooms. But they CHARGE you for the key!! Yes.. $1 a day to use the safe. And you have no choice in this. You're handed the key at check in. Just another outdated bonus. Its amazing what photo editing can do. Because I didn't see anything that looked like this pictures I saw online

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would!
On my first night I noticed there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom, but didn t think much of it so I didn t report it. 2 days into our stay I received a phone call stating that the bathroom had caught fire and it was caused by a curling iron (we hadn t brought a curling iron with us). Once we returned to the hotel the assistant manager was very rude and short with us and tried to pin the incident on me.
I had used a flat iron that morning prior to the fire at 6am and didn t leave the hotel until 9pm. The flat iron had 3 hours to cool off and there had been no fire by the time we left. It is IMPOSSIBLE that the fire was caused by the fire, I even unplugged it and moved it away from the fire site afternoon using it. The hotel took no responsibility for the incident and only offered laundering services for clothing that had gotten smoke and ash on it. We were moved to another room which they called an upgrade however it was exactly the same as the one we were in before....it was exactly what they had charged me for. Management was horrible and didn t even offer to give us that day free due to us having to spend all of it cleaning and moving our stuff and I had already booked another night with them 2 minutes before getting the call about the fire. My cosmetics were burned in the fire and just to replace half of it was $200. The hotel management didn t even apologize for it. The cleaning staff was very polite and just wanted to help. However if their management is a reflection of the way their hotel treats clients I will not be returning here.

Had a great time. Nice apartment. A bit older. At first we were in a dark apartment but through Josepha we could move to a light apartment with a view. Simple breakfast but good. Nicely situated between beautiful restaurants and a nice place to go everywhere. Nice swimming pool inside and out. Towel service at the pool. .

Check in was a night mare...management is under trained and lack hustle

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the Enclave and our family had a wonderful time. The pools are fantastic, the on-site Pizza Hut was a plus and our 2 bedroom suite was roomy and clean. The suite has 2 bathrooms and a nice kitchen. I would highly recommend this resort for the location alone. The free shuttle to Universal is also a plus. *side note...Don't be put off, if offered an opportunity to partake in a 90 minute presentation for Vacation Club Ownership. We went with an open mind and we are now OWNERS! StaySky suites are fantastic!

I would not go back to this hotel, little cleaning, maintenance, friendliness of the employees especially the roselly.

Through AirBnB, feels like apartment more than hotel which is expected. Close to attractions like Universal

Just come back from orlando and as a whole the enclave was good, there was some minor things I could moan about but at the end of the day you get what you pay for, the pool was great with bbqs on the weekend brilliant for the kids, the virgin breakfast buffet was at average. The hotel rooms wasnt great but liveable for the duration if I wanted 5 star I would of paid 5 star, the staff was freindly enough....more freindly than we are in the u.k. good location for parks etc. 10/10 for enthusiasm and effort its diffently one off the better ones unless u stay in disney its self.

This place is fantastic can't wait to.return nice friendly staff would recommend the enclaves to.anyone visiting Orlando.

The location was ideal, so conveniently located on i-drive, being only 20 minutes from Disney. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but extremely outdated.
