Our experience of this hotel was not a pleasant one. We requested a high floor with a view. The hotel stated that the request would be subject to availability which we accepted. We didnt expect to be allocated a ground floor room with vegetation screening the view from the window. We had made the request via email some 3 months previous. We immediately consulted reception who stated they had no note of our request. Due to our persistence we eventually received an acceptable room. There is a lot of detail concerning the move. A move which had to be pushed by our own efforts to a successful outcome. I have emailed the hotel with my feedback and currently await a response.

This review is our experience. Probably that low percentage of complaints that all hotels receive. I did not receive an acceptable level of customer service. I was forced to deal with a few basic faults which should have been checked before the room was occupied. My opinion of the hotel is that it is sadly in need of a revamp. Yes it is easy for me to recommend spending a lot of someone else's money to upgrade. However I have spent a lot of my money to occupy a poor standard room. Not what I expected from a suite just off the world famous International Drive.
