5 stars for this place. The manager is amazing the suites are dated but fully functional the breakfast buffet is okay not the best but okay. The bar is very nice and modern the outdoor pool is lovely so is the indoor pool. Our balcony was huge.

Great place close to all attractions I stay in a studio room all the ammenties was great coffee machine and off course a microwave to hot back my leftover. I will come back soon.

Nice clean rooms with friendly staff in the heart of international drive, and nice big pools for the kids, what more could you want

Unfortunately, it was very tough, with the elevator, entrance, toilet leaking, ac that stops working. The showers are so poor speed so it can't be washed off, unfortunately no hotel I can recommend but the staff must be super good and really nice

I liked this hotel has a lot of remaining Brazilian and is close to the international

Great surprise! Apartment with 2 bedrooms, balcony and full kitchen! Clean, quiet, good service, good breakfast, leisure area with swimming pool, tennis court, well-kept green area and kiosk facing the lagoon. Ample parking area. I will return!

Great price for large suite....excellent front desk service... 3 Nice pool areas....easy to get to cuz right off hwy 4...convenient to theme parks.. On site restaurant.. Close to other stores and restaurants well!

We have stayed at the Enclave Suites several times with no complaints at all, We have always found the staff very approachable and glad to help in whatever way possible, One year we went somewhere different just for a change & where hugely disappointed so next time we went it was Enclave without a doubt and yet again come 26th June 2015 its the Enclave Suites for us again as its also central to everywhere as its just off Idrive and it has such a warm family friendly atmosphere, looking forward to staying there again

So bad room, cleaning only 1 time in 3 days, wifi is not working.

Came here for 3 weeks on our honeymoon. The staff were friendly and the room was clean with a good view across the lake (and Wet n' Wild on the other side of the lake). However, the elevators weren't working properly and sometimes this wasted a lot of our time waiting around (baring in mind there weren't any stairs to use as opposed to using the elevators). There were also some very nasty smells in the corridor to and from the elevator and our room. There was some very loud construction work going on a couple of days that we were there for which was a nuisance. There was no point in there being a wardrobe because there was only about 5 or 6 clothes hangers in there. I messaged Enclave Suites before our honeymoon to check if our room had a bath, they said that we did have a bath. However when we arrived, we realised that we had been lied to and only had a shower, not a bath at all! I wouldn't come back here.

The rooms seemed as if they were built 50 years ago, room.service was terrible. Asked for a pillow it took nearly 2 hours to get it. The pizza service was unavailable we called for 20 minutes and nothing. Bad experience overall.

It's not bad. Everything was fairly nice if a little dated. Bed sucked and they cut off room service well before midnight like it says on the website

Tired and broken. Worn and broken furnishings, bent cutlery and dented doors.

Disastrous fitness room if you do not take away you only have a bed 2 place and a little mediocre dej I strongly disapproved of this hotel looking like a building hlm

Loved it! It is in quite proximity to many important locations in the city. The breakfast spread is too good! The rooms are well maintained with clean washrooms and adequate room service. The staff is friendly as well. One can find a lot of local eateries around this hotel offering various cuisines including Indian, Chinese etc . Overall it's a great place. Will highly recommend

Although the interior needs to be upgraded, we have no complaints about this hotel for the great price, location, and room with a huge terrace overlooking Orlando and attractions, which was unlike many of the other hotels we saw in the area. Room did not smell of mold, was clean, and comfortable. Appreciated the free wi-fi and breakfast (breakfast could use more hot food selections, though). Nice indoor and outdoor pool and fun arcade for kids! Want to come back again soon.

We stayed at the Enclave two more times since this review and wanted to say thank you to Vera for going above and beyond to make our recent stays at the Enclave so amazing. Never have we met such a professional that truly cares about guest satisfaction. We will continue to stay at the Enclave thanks to her and her staff!

P.S. the Enclave has renovated their rooms! At least the last times we visited were both in updated, beautiful rooms!

Booked this through airbnb, for the price it was pretty good. Free continental breakfast and good location for the touristy area and universal studios.

Not dirty, but very worn out. Air con un-reliable and toilet flushes continuously unless you fiddle about with it. Location good and pools nice but would rather something a bit more modern. I can recommend the Rosen Inn (Universal) as that's where we were last year, no massive balcony though!

Old and run down, reasonably comfy, door card keys always reset which is very frustrating!!

Not all rooms revamped so you will get/have problems with your room if you don't get a new one. Apparently only if you book Virgin holidays will you get one. This said we booked here because we could get 2 bedrooms so we accepted the downsides.

The room was quite adequate. Some things were outdated, such as the microwave from 1986. I'm not going to get too crazy on nitpicking because it's an older building. The staff was very friendly and helpful! And my view was phenomenal!

Rooms were decent. Location is great. Service is good.

The location of these service apartments is amazing. It's central to everything that any visitor to Orlando could want. Rooms are spacious & the amenities are convenient

It was very loud, they spent tons of time trying to convince us to listen to a time share speech, breakfast buffet was disgusting and old bread, Green bananas ... never again

The room had apparently been recently renovated. The kitchen lounge area is nice but the rest, the bedrooms and bathrooms are still looking pretty worn. The place feels dingy, the furniture is dark and the walls are grey which doesn't help. The whole place just feels sloppy, like it's been rushed; the door latch doesn't work because it's been installed incorrectly, the drawers on the units all open on their own and the pictures are fixed to the wall crooked. We had paid for a safe but there was no safe in the room. The breakfast is okay. Overall it's a 3 star hotel that isn't reaching for that next star.

The apt with kitchen that helps in the preparation of fast meals. Rooms and bathrooms in good size .. Clean rooms in American standards. Friendly and attentive staff, only in the coffee area that needs a little more attention on cleaning and a little more education on the part of some employees who work there.

The enclave was a magical place. With elevators and swimming pools. I felt like I was in the future.

Great hotel, fair price. We took the two bedroom suite with full bathroom, kitchen, living room ... without having to complain.

The rooms were clean but the walls were suoer thin and they only come clean your room if you leave a door tag saying service needed. So we had to ask for towels and washcloths for 2 days.

Rooms are extremely dated and in poor condition . The staff was friendly and helpful but not always knowledgeable of location.elevator door had to be pried open every time we got in ,toilet barely flushes .I would give it a comparable to a Motel 6. You re basically paying for the location and nothing more very basic

Nice place it has 3 pool and 1 is 24x7 warm. Location is the best many things to see or food in walking distance. The complementary breakfast was good but can be better.

Bit like a premier inn but oh so much more. The staff are absolutely fantastic and they have a pizza hut in house along with 3 pools and a mini gym. Nice bar on site too, wil def come back.

I'm not a super picky person and usually can find something nice to say, but this place is disgusting! It smells like a port-a-potty as soon as you walk in. We're on the 5th floor and it smells like there was a leak that never properly dried aka mildew or mold or whatever stench. The bed is concaved to two peoples bodies so I know that's never been updated. We're literally hitting up Ross right now for some cheap sheets and a blanket to sleep with.

No updated tv's, not very stylish, very outdated and it wasn't much of a hotel room and more of an apartment. Not a good place to stay

Not happy. Smelled of mildew, very small, No internet, outlets didn't work, pool was out of order, tennis court was locked, the gym was closed. And there was no one to help. Horrible experience

The facilities look good, but mattresses are very bad, you get a lot of pain for sleeping in them. Very old, you feel the coils and they have an "U" shape on the surface.

A nice hotel to stay in. A little bit about the cleanliness of the rooms, which is done only every 3 days ... It has some old things that deserve a renovation to improve the environment.

Overall the stay was ok. Staff was AWSOME! Hotel room was very dated. Saw a roach in the kitchen area. Lobby and outside of building were very nice and kind of deceiving. Needs to be renovated BADLY. Onsite Pizza Hut and store came in handy. Location was awesome (right by International Drive). It was cheaper to use the trolly than rent a car.

I like the enclave, not the greatest hotel in the world,. Clean rooms, clean bedsheets, some great views depending on the room position, staff are fantastic, breakfast room staff are great, very attentive and friendly, which I find a delight considering they do NOT work for tips.

Awesome I love this place very family oriented. The staff and their service makes you not even wanna leave. This is a beautiful vacation spot.

The room was clean. The grounds were cute. But our room was super outdated.

Great location. The simple suite with a sofa bed, which sucks, can only make 2 people comfortable. Breakfast excellent.

Clean rooms and the service was amazing but the overall look of the hotel is a little sketchy being that its in Bay Hill.

Room was spacious and clean. Gave it 3 star because the breakfast was horrible. They split the regular folks with the horrible breakfast, and the good breakfast for the rich folks .

Got a condo through airbnb. Amazing accomodation for 6 ppl. And the location was great too. Highly recommend for family visit. Internet access was a bit slow but pool and amenities are nice. The elevators are quite old and seem to need some uplift or replacement as they take forever to open and close... buttons for floors dont light up etc

I was amazed at the price. I read all the reviews on multiple sites. It seems like the renovated rooms are great, so when I booked, I requested (nay, begged) for a renovated room. When we arrived there were simply none available. The staff was very friendly and showed us several rooms, none of them renovated and each more disgusting than the last. We ended up back in the first room. Ripped, soiled, and frayed carpets in every room. Squeaky, uncomfortable beds. Mold on the bathroom walls and ceilings. Loud and non-functional heating and air conditioning. "For our trouble" we were offered free vouchers for breakfast. Again, very friendly staff, but deplorable facilities and the breakfast offerings were sub par. And to cap it off, the elevator quit working on our second day, which made the trek from our sixth floor room with all our luggage the perfect end to this nightmare. (And I don't care if you do get a renovated room, you still use the same elevator.)

The location is great. The price is unbelievable. The staff is doing the best they can with what they have. But this place is a rat hole, plain and simple.

The cost to benefit for this hotel is where it should be. Booked a room and received very straightforward information from Chip who did an excellent job of booking our room. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but a nice view and reasonable made for a pleasant short visit.

It was an Airbnb for cheap. Clean room. Building was a little older and funny smelling. Great front office though.

Clean and tidy, friendly, helpful staff. Decor a bit dated but excellent price given separate bedrooms (double and twin) for a family of four. 10 mins drive from Universal Studios.

It was a great location, so close to the theme park. I loved their suites it was comfortable and nice.

It is a hotel located steps from International Dr that has everything entertainment, shopping, restaurants and very quiet

Everything felt great at first until we settled in. The first room had a smell so we moved. The furniture was outdated. The second room was great, but the staff did not supply us with fresh cloths and trashbags for days. We did get a full refund though.

I hated me experience. Your hotel is ratchet and discusting absolutely horrible. All you toilets in you lobby are clogged and out of order all the time. Nobody came to clean the rooms. And their is no hand soap in the bathrooms. Please do better...smh
