Well worth a visit.
The establishment is well kept, imaginatively designed and finished to a high standard.
The exhibits are healthy and beautifully presented.

Too many people to be able to look and enjoy the fish and not enough room. A lot of reading content also, not a massive amount of tanks and different fish to look at.

I took my wife out for our anniversary. The ambience was very good, and staff very attentive. But to our disappointment we discovered that none of the fish from the selection tanks were available to choose from the menu in the restaurant. The selection was so poor I think Harry Ramsdens has a wider selection. So much for The Deep Seafood Restaurant!!!

Always a joy to visit. Got there at feeding time at one of the ponds. One guy was feeding the fish and another was narrating about the types of fish and the feed they. So educational as well. Would recommend

Very busy lots to see but it's easy to miss things. Kids loved the turtles

Mega oceanaraium price about 8 pounds adult inside an unforgettable experience. Location on the bank of one of the largest canals to get there you have to overcome one of the longest bridges. Five stars per furnace

One of the more entertaining places to visit in Hull. Good with kids, and plenty of educational tools at the start.

Fantastic! Remember to check when the busiest times are as it can be difficult to park during these times.

Some excellent exhibits and interesting facts. You pay for admission and you can use the same ticket all year.

Fantastic place, plenty of things to see, very well kept, staff very knowledgable. Building's exterior architecturally stunning and inside was a nice range of saltwater and freshwater species which was nice to see.

Good day out for kids but gets very busy at weekend

A wide range of aquarium exhibits to keep the kids entertained. Regular talks and feeding sessions with really knowledgeable staff. Tanks etc are all spotless and watching the divers move round and feed the large fish and sharks is great. Free upgrade to a year pass by giving your details so well worth doing. Restaurant is good value and all the family enjoyed their food. All in all a really good day out that isnt weather dependent.

Such a nice place to go on a rainy day. Not just for kids. The divers hand feeding the sharks was amazing to watch!! The tanks are a good size, not like some places.

Glass was a little too dirty for good pics but otherwise brilliant.

A wonderful place for a family relax, I highly recommend it to everyone.

Fabulous day out. Worth every penny. Went for daughters 4th birthday with a 2 year old too and double pram. No problems whatsoever.

I found it mildly impressive, I did expect some more tunnels and for it to be a little bigger but it is value for money.

Fabulous display of a huge range of marine life. We'll worth visiting. I can't select any one aspect of our visit that's better than any other... it's all great. We'll be visiting The Deep again.

A great underwater learning experience for all the family. The sea and it's live is brought to the visitor in many guises. It was fun for the kids with plenty for them to see and do.

Couldn't wait to get out. Booked a slot for 10am, thinking that it was staggered arrival time. I don't feel it was, the touch information points said they were cleaned regularly. Unfortunately didn't see one staff member cleaning them.
Congested look points where social distancing was impossible due to amount of people allowed in at one time.
I'm so disappointed, as I love the deep but I couldn't wait to get out and didn't feel safe.
Probably the only measure we saw, was regular santiser stations.

Brilliant family environment. Bring my kids all the time. Its such a fun walk round. Prices are brilliant, once you have been you can use your ticket to come as many times as you like for a year. The food in the canteen is nice, not a bad price either.

Enjoyable time here, plenty of fish to see, large and small, along with penguins and a turtle and creepy crawlies. Easy and safe to get round with one way system. Didn't eat in the cafe but had a look inside and the food looked delicious. We had very young child with us so need to return to read the information on offer. The youngster thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Recommend The Deep to everyone.

The BIG tank is so impressive with the type of sealife they have in there.

Great half a day visit can go back as many times in the next year

A great day out and, if you pay to go, you can go again for free any time in the next year. It takes around 1 hour to walk around but you can spend much longer in there going backwards and forwards.

We bought tickets for this place last year. They take your photo and check you against it at the entrance. The plus side is you can go back as often as you like over the following 12 months for free, just save your ticket. They check its you against the photo (it was our 3rd time back) .

The place is brilliant and the staff are PASSIONATE about their work. We got to talking to one of them while looking for a fish we couldn't find in a tank and he told us it was only 3 sweeks old. The Deep seems to be the first place in the world to breed lots of species. They send out instructions on how to do it and are in the process of saving them out of extinction.

Great ant tank(?) with ants carrying leaves around and they have a tube that goes overhead from it and drops down into another tank further away. Great fun to watch

Was a good time. Downside is having to pay for parking.

Pay & Display car park. Queuing out the door about 12/1pm so get there early. Get the year pass. Take a picnic, trust me. You will climb several flights of stairs before entering the main event. They do have lifts. No flash photography at all inside. Kids will love it, informative. Not an all day event though. Think twice before traveling any long difference to go and visit. We enjoyed it, but, I found it distinctly average. Gift shop wasn't a rip off, which was a surprise.

Amazing day out! Very busy on weekends but still enjoyable!

This is an excellent day out for the family and a unique attraction.Your entry ticket is valid for a full year and there is a 'pay and display' car park directly in front of the building.Once inside,there is plenty of access using lifts ,stairs and ramps.I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly,should you need them.You can take your own picnic,as there are picnic area's or there is a reasonably priced cafe. There are all types of fish,penguins,bugs and educational features.If you are lucky,you may find Nemo...or a relative !.
