Haven t been since I was a kid until last year and it brought some great memories back. Really friendly staff and a nice place to visit. Will be visiting again.

Great place to visit and especially for us with our Autistic son who just loves the place , today was busy but we had great assistance from the reception who suggested we use some ear defenders which we took up on and the visit although very noisy went without issue ! Friendly staff very helpful to our special needs

Great family day out with plenty of parking. You can use your ticket for a year.

When it is busy parking is horrendous you have to queue for ages to park then queue for 45 mins+ to get in, there is no entertainment for kids while waiting so if you have younger ones it can be quite painful waiting. When you get in it hard to see everything as it is so busy. I'm sure the experience would be different if not so busy. However they are very well equipped if you have a child with additional needs/sensory issues as they have lanyards and ear defenders which you can borrow for free.

A really enjoyable experience for all the family. It is great value if you intend to come back again during the following year. My only criticism is that it isn't huge so don't expect to spend all day there.

Great place, good for kids or adult tickets last 12 months as well so if your localish you can return anytime. Good selection of marine life and good shows.

I visited the Deep today with my family and this place is fantastic. It's clean, tidy, family friendly and the staff are very welcome and made my little boys trip out a day to remember. I work in the aqutic trade and absoulty love fish. If you work in the trade and love marine fish as a hobby this is the place to go it's fantastic and fascinating. I Will deffo be going back. 10 stars from me.

Loved it, but wow getting in was about the expected price, but the shop was expensive! You need to take out a loan if you wanted buy anything nice! Hide your cash from the kids

A really cool place using both types of cool with the new penguins. For example, a lift going through water, a big lagoon and other cool things.

I have been to this place since it opened and i was SHATTERED it was really detailed. This is the best aquarium a person has ever been to. 5 STARS.
