Our agent was Ms. Mundschenk and she helped us purchase a home. She is a fantastic Realtor. We looked at dozens of houses and she always provided great advice and was very patient with the prolonged process. She was not pushy at all. She gave honest answers to all our questions. She was also very good at walking us through the negotiating process. I would strongly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home. Since Wm French is a Buyer's-only agent, they are experts at the purchasing process and do a great job informing and advocating for their clients.
This is a great company. Having relocated to St. Louis from out of state, I'm glad my husband's company used Wm French for the relocation. Our buyer's agent, Lisa Accurso, is the best. She's knowledgeable, energetic, and willing to go to bat for her clients. The seller's agent was a complete idiot. Lisa had to do twice the work. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted and she was there every step of the way to answer our questions and make sure we felt comfortable with our move. All company's should use Wm French when relocating employees.
