Such a great little aquarium! Nice area to walk around, even though they do not have too many different species. I really enjoyed the beginning of the walk, where they talked about prehistoric sea life. Loved the nautilus and enjoyed watching them for a while. The shop was fantastic and I have to say, any age could enjoy those soft plush animals they sell there.

Love The Deep! Great atmosphere and sea creatures. Tickets are pricy if going for a one off visit however tickets give access for a year and if you make the most of that and visit a few times in a year then you can't complain :)

Great place. Easy to navigate and plenty to keep little ones (and not so little ones), entertained. I particularly liked the indoor picnic area where you can eat you picnic but buy hot and cold drinks and snacks.

Though I feel somewhat guilty buying into places like zoos and aquariums, I do feel as though The Deep makes up for it somewhat by providing essential information about the environment and our effect on it in a fun and engaging format for all ages. My partner and I had an amazing time here learning about all sorts of oceanic life and seeing some truly wonderful creatures. And the parts that illustrated the devastation caused by pollution and litter really hit home how much change we can cause, both in a negative and positive way.
I would definitely suggest visiting The Deep, especially if you're already experiencing the city of culture.

Took the newborn for her 1st time. We are going to take her 1 time a month so she gets the love for animals we have. the place could of done with a tidy around the cafe but as soon as I asked they got right to it. Really enjoyed the cup of tea. The carpark needed mother and baby spaces though!

Great aquarium, lots of useful information and fun interactive displays for both kids and adults! Staff are friendly and polite. The site is all wheelchair friendly! Will definitely go again, especially as the ticket price includes 12 months entry!

Absolutely brilliant. We went to the Two Rivers restaurant to celebrate our 10year wedding anniversary. I decided to treat the Missus by paying extra for the private dining experience and it really was special. On arrival, our guided tour More

We came to the Deep for Gavin's birthday from York and weren't disappointed. The whole marina area of Hull is regenerated and it was a huge privilege to visit it. We loved the Deep and the informative staff, suxh a great place. I run an anti plastic campaign and was happy to see it taken seriously. Great effort x

Wheelchair accessible entrance and free parking with displayed blue badge. The Deep is situated by the River Humber, there is outside seating. Wide aisles with good access to all attractions.
There is also a cafe which offer reasonable priced hot and cold meals and snacks.
There is a good shop which offers lots of variety in products, magnets, candles, toys and stuffed animals. There was a great stuffed hammerhead shark.

Nice aquarium with many attractions designed for children. It is possible buy the ticket online saving few pounds, however this will not allow you to jump the queue. It is well organize with many species, both sea and fresh water.

I love it. Been multiple times, with children ranging from 1 to 9. Something for everyone.
Current guidelines are been followed with a one way system throughout. Probably one of the better times to visit as tickets are pre-booked only. Lots of sanitation stands across the whole attraction and face masks to be worn at all times.

A fantastic experience for all ages! I've been to The Deep three times now and it never fails to amaze me.

Everything is well-kept and attended to, creatures seem to be treated perfectly and the sheer volume of underwater wildlife to view is truly stunning. There's nothing else like it!

What's even better is the fact that The Deep is a non-profit organisation with a mission to protect our oceans. Definitely a worthy of a visit.

Great day out for the kids and adults alike. Educational and interesting. Beautiful fish and the fish tanks they live in are well designed for their needs. Lived the penguins and the jelly fish the best. Pay once return within 12 months for free. Good place to go when weathers not the best as it all in doors.

Great day out. My 3 and 1 year old daughter's loved it. My favourite was the penguins. Saw turtles, rays, sharks and plenty of exotic fish and frogs. Gets very busy. Only complaint was the queue to exit. There is only one lift to take you back from end of the exhibition to the way out and/ or cafe. There is a staircase but that's no use for those with pushchairs or wheelchairs. Most people queue for the lift as it's glass and stops to give each trip a few seconds to view the aquarium, but to be honest you get a better view when you're going around the exhibition.
