20 mins wait in the cold outside and a further 15 mins inside when we had already booked and paid online! However, this is a fantastic place to come and see all the different kinds of marine life and some of the history behind it. Thoroughly enjoyed my time inside.

Nice place quite small no tunnel to walk threw to see the fish, well there is a tunnel but its very small hardly what is normally classed as a tunnel like at other aquariums we've been to you could stand for a good while without causing a problem because other people want to squish in there too, there is a car park but get there early to park outside,

Always enjoy the experience at The Deep, spend as much time as you like, big cafe has decent food and good coffee & there's a smaller, more "secluded" if you like, cafe downstairs, but hot drinks in paper cups only in this caf. Wheelchair & disabled access everywhere. Buy an entrance ticket & you can return again within 12 months for free, as we did, with our toddler son, he loves it here.

I took my girlfriend here for our third anniversary after a lot of thinking. This was definitely the right choice, we both loved it. We're both huge lovers of animals and I'm a former animal student myself.

The only disappointing thing was the Bubble Lift, an elevator at the end of the exhibition to take you to the cafe/shop/exit. It *was* good, but it wasn't an 'underwater elevator' like I expected from the site. It has a see-through side that goes past the main tank for a few seconds, but it was still cool.

Hand-sanitizer, staff on lookout and signs on the floors/walls to keep apart etc were all in place. You could also buy a Deep mask there if you wanted, but it's pretty expensive.

Absolutely brilliant. I am totally blind and went with a group of visually impaired friends. We had a guided tour by one of the staff and we were allowed to touch things such as a velvet crab fish. Guide dogs are allowed too. I would recommend The Deep to anyone.

Fairly pricey for many small exhibits leading to a largish main tank. I felt it didn't improve on the Cape Town aquarium which is over 30yrs old. Most activities did not work. Non fish exhibits had no activity & low stock/lighting or dirty glass made it impossible to see anything. Fish appeared in good health though. Lastly... felt like we had to hurry out in the last hour due to staff scurrying around doing final clean up. Disencouraged to go again. On a possitive, my 6yr old insisted we go. This was his 2nd visit in 8mths... he loved it.

Good for kids, quite small though. The main tank is impressive with huge fish, rays and sharks. At the time of writing, tickets were cheaper if bought online and allowed re-entry for a year, excluding bank holidays.
Parking isn't included in the ticket price but there is free parking within a 10 minute walk.

One big fish tank across 3 levels, a lot of interactive screens to play with, plenty of small display cabinets with live animals but some artificial greens, penguins are real but scenery around totally disappointing, good choice of live stock around.
