Lovely place, can just get a bit packed sometimes, but if you wait a little you can get in to see all the animals, lovely staff, great place to go with the family and spend a couple of hours walking around and looking at some amazing creatures

We never get bored of this place. My son and I go often and continue to learn on every visit. The ticket where you pay once and can then get in for free for a year, is amazing value for money. The penguin addition is awesome, the difference between them I land and swimming is crazy, so graceful and fast in the water.

Love fish, love the deep. Its even got penguins and there are interactive displays for children. It has a tunnel to immerse yourself in the experience. Great place to take photos but no flash photography.

Interesting place

Just been. Poor poor organisation!

Just been. Poor poor organisation!

Don't go on busy days !!

Only 1 lift to get people back to level 3 which is cafe. Where you have to get further lift back down to exit. No one checking lift . 2 people who didn't want anyone with them. Staff should be ensuring lift had minimum number in.

Half way cafe - don't bother. Board said open 11 to 3. We went st 12.20 sign said cafe closed !

Really the idea is good. Not much there. Parking a joke. No staff about - it's as though they are avoiding visitors.

Very disappointed needs far more organisation for smooth and worthwhile experience.

It's put me off won't bother again

Fantastic place to visit and plenty of parking if you arrive early. I would recommend arriving later though as you can easily see everything in 3 hours and can avoid the crowds. We did this and had unspoilt views, quiet sections and the soft play area felt safe. We did feel the soft play was a disaster waiting to happen as parents could not sit close to children. Overall well worth the visit and the free 1 year pass.

We went February half term, we had a great afternoon, we have been many times before the kids love it however on this occasion I was annoyed that one of the main tanks was empty, affecting one of the best viewing areas and the various other views of the tank. I feel as a family of 4 paying to visit the attraction you should be told at the till, I made a point of looking for a notice as we left, but couldn't see anything. I feel when one of the main attractions is closed a paying visitor should be told.

Excellent for kids and adults alike, we've been several times and enjoyed it everyone. It can be a little confusing to find the first time, but very worth the hassle. Food court and shop are reasonable and the kids will love it

This is a good place for a half day out. It's very much tailored toward children with it's activities, but is also interesting for adults. The main feature I enjoyed was the extremely large tank containing a wide variety of fish and rays. I would advise looking on the website beforehand and timing your visit to see the penguins being fed.

An ideal place to take my grandchildren educational and interesting. One of the lifts was out of order long queues of children getting upset about the wait. A member of the staff was very helpful.

We took our children when they were young (5 & 3yrs) and it was a little bit too noisy for them. 7 years later we decided to go again... A great day was had by all. Lots of information to read and the fish tanks are filled with exotic fish. More

The best aquarium we've ever been to. We spent so long looking at all the exhibits. It was very educational and aimed at all ages. Popped in the cafe for a drink and it was very pricey but it's to be expected in places like this.

Very interesting place to visit, I have a 2 and 3 year old and they both enjoyed it. I was a bit disappointed in the size of the tunnel, also we went on a week day and it was very busy with school trips of teenagers which made it difficult for my two small children to see a lot of the exhibits.

Fabulous place! We went as a couple and it was still great for us to experience, as we were sceptical this might be more of a family place.
Great access for disabled visitors/wheelchair users throughout.
Interesting boards and viewing tanks/platforms throughout with the main aquarium in the centre hub of the building.
Great on site cafe and shop!
Ticket prices were reasonable and they're valid for 12months at a unlimited free revisits!
Parking was pay and display, but again, a few pounds so nothing out the ordinary.
We spent around 2-3 hours here with a bite to eat included!
