There is no lime, maybe, I expected much more, but I can for families with children :)
Absolutely love this place! The exhibits are informative, fun and all the animals are amazing! There is plenty to see and do for all ages as well as a fantastic cafe and gift shop. 10/10 would recommend a visit.
Absolutely fantastic, can't wait to return. Excellent value.
Make sure to read all the plaques and take your time with the exhibits.
Both boys loved it here, very busy on the bank holiday, queuing a while outside
Exciting enough to keep the kids entertained for a few hours.
Good for stimulating children , however , looks a bit dated , needs refurbishments .
Great place kids love it. This is our second visit this year
So many new exhibits since I last visited! Great, informative day out!
Very intetesting aqua life, modern, well lighted, large, unique style
Great for children and adults both as it has a range of activities and information on a while range of topics, fish, dinosaurs, frogs and insects, global warming and a whole range of other. Also has a huge shark tank that you can walk under. Has aquatic species from across the globe. A good 2 hours walk with kids or longer if you read all the information.
It is a great place to bring the kids or just to learn some new information about the seas and oceans.
Pretty good place to spend a lot of time, penguins looked really depressed and their habitat was just as defined as them, sharks and bigger animals are placed in places almost impossible to see, place hasn't changed in years nothing new to come back to or anything to 'wow' at, but overall a cool place.
The food in the restaurant is superb, great place, lovely staff. A credit to the City
Very busy 45 min wait just to get in and not alot of parking close by
The oceanarium is modest but the children will be happy
Took our 2 half year old granddaughter for the 1 time as love's seeing fish she was so upset because she couldn't see anything to many school children
First time coming here today and the 2 hour 30 minute drive was worth it! Best Aquarium I've been to in the UK so far. The value for money is amazing from the gift shop to the cafe all the way down to the tickets which are also valid for the entire year!
The staff are amazing too. Very friendly and very knowledgeable and they're always on hand to answer questions or provide any assistance you need.
Needless to say I'll be coming back here again more than once!
Love the deep, go here several times a year. Staff are very passionate.
Some good exhibits - especially the turtle and sharks . Not sure if there's much to warrant a return visit. Suspect kids would get more out of the experience.
Brilliant place to visit and at the weekend the Two Rivers Restaurant opens, you can have a meal surrounded by the fish tanks.
Pay to get in and get free entry for a year. Can't say fairer than that!
Excellent place for enjoying and experiencing a educated look on marine life. Highly recommend as it can serve as a great day out, with family or friends!
Absolutely loved it staff were Nice very clean very tidy good displays
Well organised. Lots of knowledge to be gained. Maybe an in ear talking guide is needed because of noisy children and parents.
My family loves the deep. Very interesting displays and very natural looking aquariums.
See how long you can keep your hands on the ice wall! Lots of fun learning for kids and adults alike! Lifts for pushchair/wheelchair/families, with a no-step pathway from start to finish. Lots of activities to do, see and learn. Various aquatic species, including penguins sharks and much more Staff are friendly and a great 2 floor restaurant at the top of the building with views over the Humber Estuary. Another cafe/eatery located about half way round the walk with toilets/baby changing.
Pay and Display car park, with over flow facilities (which we used with no pay and display) 2 adults and a child in our party and all loved it - recommended come rain or shine
Brilliant visit, suitable for all ages. Interesting exhibits and very friendly staff. I have arthritis in my knees and found the layout good with gentle slopes and plenty of seating x
It is a really busy place but loads for the kids to see and do had a really great day out
Fantastic for kids and adults, it's informative and riveting. Allow about an hour and a half to look around. A good hot lunch as well.
Spectacular place. Loads to see on there and the fact it's a charity is great. Lots of information to take on and a massive variety of species.
The kiosk people will tell you this. But once you've paid for your visit. Keep your ticket and you can reuse it multiple times over the next 12 months. Great value.
Plus we took the opportunity to go wandering around Hull. Wander over the bridge to the fruit market area and visit the little eateries and bars.
Fantastic staff tonight . Thanks guys woodysdiscoandkaraoke
Good trip for families. Keep your tickets and you can use them to visit all year.
Nice aquarium, very educative. The events/shows made a little bit clueless though. Too noisy around the venue and too little info.
Really good half day out though many of the interactive experiences are impossible to approach due to a crowd.
Really disappointed with the Deep - penguins were even on show which is the biggest section and the tunnel at the end is tiny
Not that Much to do here. All in all very poor. Not worth the money.
Long queue to get in but this was the half term holiday. Great family day out
It's pretty good, but it's a bit of a nightmare to get to and parking isn't free.....
Just come back from The Deep. The kids loved it, plenty to see and do and very informative. Social distancing is kept throughout with spaces for family bubble viewings. Sanitisation stations are placed throughout and recommended signage. Felt very safe and had a fun few hours. Also plenty of seating throughout, I noticed them after reading a previous review.
Fantastic family day out. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Super displays. Highly recommend.
If seeing fish and other aquatic creatures is your thing, this is the place for you. I was most disappointed that they didn't have a blue whale in the tanks, and I also found out that a sealion isn't a lion that's learnt to swim
Great day out, loads to see and do for both adults and kids. My boy loves the soft play area
Very good covid measures in place, felt safe. Not crowded even on a wet day in half term.
Amazing place to visit. Lots of interesting fish to see. A must if you have kids.
Great day out for all the family. There's food on site so you can go for the day. Nice river walk outside too.
It's a aquarium with few variety of fish. Check the times for feeding and experience so that you can enjoy more.
One of the better places to visit in Hull. Quite expensive but a really good and informative aquarium, with superb views from the cafe at the top. Poor access by bicycle, but worth's visit.
Excellent. Good value for money. Parking can be busy and the queues large. So look at the busy times and don't go then.
Fish looked healthy and the info boards were good. Not too long and engaging.
Reall good as always. Bargain with the annual entry ticket.
Fantastic place to spend time with family or even alone. You can also learn something about prehistoric creatures and living creatures. I would recommend.
Very good but mire of an exhibition than an aquarium. Goid value.
Just been to the deep for the first time. Far to many people. No social distinsing. The place its self is amazing but there isn't enough staff to control the public.
