The aquariums were amazing, couldn't get to any of their shows as it was just ridiculously busy. Which we had to walk around it in half an hour because we couldn't get to anything. Maybe do block booking on time schedules instead of roaming everybody in like sardines excuse the pun

Okay day out but felt sorry for a few of the animals, especially the penguins...enclosure quite overcrowded and they didn't look very happy, all just stood still. Although, nice to be able to see animals we otherwise wouldn't get to see in their natural habitat.

Incredible experience every time we visit. Take your time as you go around as it's very easy to miss small details.

It's worth asking for the gold membership too as you get free car parking and 10% off everything as well as a years entry.

A fantastic day out for the family. Covid-19 is being taken very seriously by the staff; entry is by pre-booked time slot only, all of the staff wear appropriate PPE, entry without a mask is prohibited, toilets are attended and only one family is allowed in at a time, there is a strict one-way system in placeand there are hand sanitisation stations every few feet. In fact, the only people not taking Covid-19 seriously are some of the patrons, but frankly if you need to kick some slack-jawed mouth breather in his tiny, impotent nutsack as a reminder to remove himself from your arsecrack, I'm pretty sure the staff will have your back.

Anyhoo there's plenty of exhibits to see, including interactive ones for the little ones. They have sealife that ranges from full-sized sharks, giant sea turtles and humungous mantarays to tiny shrimp and crabs. The cafe is socially distanced, reasonably priced and good quality; there is also full accessibility for wheelchairs and buggies, plenty of support from the staff and, of course, penguins. Who doesn't love penguins? Apart from Batman, but he's got PTSD and is borderline psychotic, so who cares what he thinks?

100% worth the trip to Hull. Which is a phrase that doesn't get uttered very often.

Well worth a visit, but a little expensive. The area with the tropical marine fish is amazing as is the area containing the sharks and rays. Penguin area also excellent. Given 4 stars for the admittance price

What an amazing place to get close to sea life. You learn so much and see the fishes and other animals from the ocean up close. The divers who feeds the sharks and other fish are brilliant. The children and adults enjoy every moment! A wonderful day out with lots to see and it does not cost the earth. Well worth it.

A surprising place. I had no idea that such a massive water tank existed. An amazing place for hundreds of fish to live in such a stimulating environment. Another surprise was the collection of beautiful corals, starfish & crustaceans, molluscs etc. A small colony of Gentoo penguins are an added attraction. The educational focus is immense from interactive stations to group talks. This is a great resource for school children of all ages. Highly recommended.

One of my favourite attractions!! The tanks are amazing, offering great views of amazing creatures. Even when incredibly busy it is still easy to get around and see everything. Canteen is good. Real value for money and more so when you add the fact you can revisit as many times as you like in a year for free with your forts entry.

Great place for a day out, lots to see and learn (although I personally dont agree with all the "facts" that are being given) ...good disabled access, cafe and gift shop. Also you can return as often as you like free of charge for a year.

Fabulous day out with our childminding group of nearly 50 people. Booking as a group was straight forward and stress free. Kids didn't stop talking about their day to their parents when they got home. Plenty to see, play area to let off steam, tanks where children could touch star fish and crabs, picnic benches inside so we didn't have to spend a fortune on food. Reasonably priced gift shop.

Great place, not free anymore but family priced good value, ruined only by the cost of parking which they should give free for deep visitors
Still recommend a visit, is great.
Also make sure you visit the restaurant-the food is good, cheap and the view from the upper seating area is unique

I've visited the deep multiple times and I love it. Lots of different species of fish, some reptiles, and some insects. There are also huge impressive tanks you can look into from the side or below.

Absolutely brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant!
There are a wealth of exhibits: fun and interesting ways to make the science come to life. There are interesting tanks: Open topped corral reef, a glass tunnel through a tank, a glass elevator in a tank and plenty more besides.
The staff were brilliant: helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I'd recommend getting a tour or going on a workshop if they're on.
Like I said absolutely brilliant, I couldn't recommend this enough.

Absolutely brilliant place to spend a couple of hours with the kids, or in my case grandkids. Spectacular displays of everything to do with our oceans. My grandson can't get enough of the place.

Fantastic day out for all ages. We prepaid for our tickets online but you still have to join the same queue as everyone else. Stood in the queue for 45 minutes and 30 minutes of that was in torrential rain. You also have to pay for parking coins only so if you don't have change you have to queue up for your ticket and pay parking with that and then go back out to your car with the ticket. Wet and annoying start to our day. The venue is 5 star but disappointed with the parking and entry. They need to find a way to get people through quicker especially when there are lots of small children.

Great place to visit. Exhibits were not laborious as some places can have, and yet highly informative and educational. The kids will love the animal life and discovery. The adults will appreciate the education.

Great place to spend a day with the kids. Maintained and organised exceptionally well. The annual pass concept is also very good! Would definitely recommend not just for kids but for adults as well!!
