A great place for the whole family. You can learn a lot and definitely see live creatures that we do not see on a daily basis. You can even feed a shark, it's quite expensive in the truth, but as someone with a thick wallet depends, why not. And of course, a restaurant with traditional English cuisine upstairs and an observation deck are worth recommending. On average, we go there once a year.

It's okay, although took less than an hour to go around. Took us longer to get there. Not much for younger kids to do and awful lot of school trips which made it difficult for 3 year old to see things

Extremely long que to get in (over an hour & heavily pregnant) would advise pre booking, as it can be very busy, lots to look at but done from start to finish in less than 2 hrs doesn't fill the day x

To be honest, I wasn't overly impressed. I have been to a number of these centres around the world. I was expecting more. Obviously the current crisis prevented us from the full experience, but it lacked excitement. That said, my little granddaughters enjoyed it.

It did not make a staggering impression on me, but people who visit this type of place for the first time can be delighted. A great display of the main aquarium shown at various levels in the central point of the building. We were lucky and it was possible to observe the divers at work in the company of sharks

Great exhibits with a large variety of species, penguins were by far the best spot! Option to get another ticket for the next month for the same price is a lovely choice to have. Staff were friendly, exhibits were well spaced out and was just great time out. Price was a bit up there, parking was too expensive, and cafe could have been a lot better so minus one star for the amenities.

Great place to go if lost for the something to do, but once you've done it once there's little left to discover. Almost everything is enclosed which is understandable but it would be nice to hear and sense the penguins. Still an enjoyable experience though

A brilliant place to visit with great displays. The huge main tank is amazing and the glass lift from the bottom to the top at the end of the tour is a great way to finish. I also really liked the section showing you all the pumps and filtration etc that is in place to keep everything working.

This was the first attraction stop on our 5 week family holiday from Australia. We all had an amazing time and took lots of photos but we forgot to by a magnet for our holiday collection. Luckily, I phoned The Deep and Hilary picked a magnet for us and posted it to our hotel in London completely complimentary ready for our arrival. You could not ask for any better service. Thanks Hilary!

Fabulous day out. Easy to park. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and it is worth listening to the regular talks and demonstrations. The whole place is well laid out with opportunities to get close to the fish through the massive glass viewing areas. Huge variety with enough information about each species. Plenty of interactive areas for kids.

Great information and interesting staff presentation. Some displays poorly lit -shop a shrine to the great God Consumerism, which the small exhibit on ocean pollution tried vainly to inspire against. Overall a good day out for the kids but could do with more environmental issues info

Rather disappointing considering it's reputation. Many of the displays were either broken or not working, and there is a very heavy bias towards entertaining young children at the expense of the Deeps mission statement. The final room is almost entirely taken up by a children's play area that has NOTHING to do with marine life.

Brought my son here from Manchester.. really busy but it's got a bit more than just a tunnel like most aquariums. Make sure you've got 3 quid change for the car park they dont take card yet. Penguins are cool as well...

First visited the deep when it first opened and absolutely loved it. So took my children of 5 and 8 who thought it was fantastic. I didn't think it could improve from my first visit, but I was wrong. This place is a fish keepers dream. Just wish it was closer to us. Would definitely recommend this place for all ages.

Partner who is registered blind came with our 12yr old son yesterday, had to pay full price for both, was told that you don't accept children as carers, disgusting, they only stayed as didn't want to disappoint the child
