Nice place. My oldest lad enjoyed it. Only thing is, sat nav couldn't get to it, so follow road signposts.

Great day out, spent hours here, lots to keep kids busy, but enough for adults too, will be back

Good planetarium for kids to visit plenty of knowledge to digest!! Down side charging for kids from 3 upwards 5 would have been adequate,also charging to park your car on top of entrance fee a bit naughty!!

Very nice place to spend free time with family when you buy a ticket online, you pay once and for a year, you go in as much as you want, I really recommend this place

We spent a great couple of hours here at the request of my 2 year old cousin. She loved the soft play area and aquariums. The staff were polite and helpful. We will be back!

Amazing place that you could spend hours in, gazing into a blue wall at every corner. Truely an interesting place to go for all the family .

I can't believe this place is still so fresh looking. The tanks are astounding, the staff helpful and most of the interactive displays are working!

I could not recommend this place enough. There was plenty for our 18 month old to see and do and the prices for food and drink were reasonable. There was even a place to eat packup, which should be commended. On top of that we can return as many times as we wish for a year - fantastic!

Amazing for couples and families.
Very informative, multiple interactive zones for kids to play in like the soft play area and the touch pool where you can interact with little sea critters. Great cafe where we stopped off half way as well. Staff were great and very helpful.

Great place to take kids but needs a lock of paint and a few upgrades

Lots to see, loads of fish, the lift through the tank at the end is definately worth the queue

I was really captivated here there's lots of information and exciting exhibits. The staff we met were kind and friendly too.

Don't buy food lazy workers I was waiting to get served while workers was having friendly convo food was gooing cold whilst waiting to pay on the other side there was 2 worker doing a 1 person job one was spraying a menu the other was wiping now 1 of them could of been serving me . Best off bringing your own save a fortune aswell

Admission once equals annual pass. Love it here 2-3hours and you have seen everything.

The Deep was very impressive only spoilt by hordes of very young schoolchildren shrieking and shouting at every opportunity

Great layout. Lots of interesting facts and information. Great range of exhibits. Well worth the entrance fee and even better that you can return as many times as you like within a year.

It is very educational with lots of information / interaction which is great for groups but there is only one main tank with a few species of fish sharing the space.

Great place to visit. Lots of things to keep children interested as you work your way around such as work stations, talks, small soft play area, shop. Turtles and penguins were our favourite. Could do with a bit more parking but will be visiting again.

Come a long way since I last visited. Staff we're great and welcoming.

Loads if beautiful fish, very interesting. Had lunch in cafe and was very good and not to expensive. Once paid you get to go as many times as you want for free for a yr.

A nice place for the whole family, but there were no important animals that are in the logo of the oceanarium, namely dolphins.

Fantastic place, the kids loved it, plenty of things to see and do, cheap entry and I think you can still get a year's free returns pass

It's ok but a bit over rated now. Getting tatty now. Worth one visit.

Loved the visit today and the two talks at the Penguins and feeding of the fish. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Fascinating. Social distancing means you feel you have to move on to the next exhibit before you are ready which is a shame.

Such an amazing experience, so wheelchair friendly, your staff are beyond fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.
A mention to the Irish crew member who took time with my children (both in wheelchairs) to see if we needed anything ,

Really good place and clean and tidy and friendly staff. Inside there is plenty to see and to learn about the oceans and various fish and insects.dont agree that they keep penguins in a small enclosure but all in all well worth a visit and if you keep your ticket you can return for free.

Extreamly informative.
Great for familys. Lots of clean toilets and baby changing.
Castaway cafe is nice, with views over the humber.
The "deep" tank is great.
And the lift ride is fab.

Fantastic day out. We stayed for 3 hours because there was so much to do and look at. Bonus that we get a yearly pass too.

The deep is a great day out for the family and the big tank is very impressive and both of my children love the turtle if you make your ticket into an annual pass you can go as many times as you like and then it becomes really good More

Worth a visit. Lots to see and lots of accessible information for people of all ages. Great for kids and adults alike. Food is reasonably priced in the cafes also. Plenty of facilities. Pay once and get a pass for the year which is really handy if you live near by like we do!

A great place to go as adults but especially for kids. It's an educational attraction, access friendly, nice cafe and gift shop.

Too many people ,we couldn't see anything with small children with us and child in wheelchair as well ,

Its fine, but for me too small, specially penguins area is so small :( I expected something more...

We Held our daughters wedding ceremony and reception at the deep in Hull
The Staff made the day extra special and couldn t have done anymore to make the day more perfect
They made all arrangements easy for us , and made us feel extra special
We Can not praise them enough
Food was excellent and they catered for any one that has dietary requirements
Fantastic location every one had a lovely day , especially the bride and groom

Great place for a trip with children. Beautiful aquariums, lots of fish and more. In addition, you can play with children, drink coffee in a cafe overlooking the river and buy a souvenir at the exit. I heartily recommend lovers of aquatic creatures
