It's pretty good but there's more information than there is fish. There's a couple of good big tanks and the penguins but apart from that there's not too much to see

Always a great experience here. They are always improving the exhibits. Great facilities and friendly staff. Lots of parking. The kids love it. One off payment for the year.
Was OK to pass the time. One thing of the bucket list. The man on the lift wasnt very helpful though made us walk right back round because their was a que. Expectpected alot more when visiting. Wasn't much to see where's the otters, seals, could be so much more their.
First visit for me, overall not bad.
The place is smaller than I expected, but the tanks were mostly very informative and interesting.
A few tanks were empty with no light on, and a few of the interactive displays were not working, which was a little disapointing.
The main tank is very good, and the first tank you come to is really clear so you can see all of it's contents.
The whole place seems a little run down, with quite a lot of lights not working, and scruffy areas too.
We ate in the larger of the cafe's which was ok not brilliant, and did suffer a bit of an upset tummy afterwards, which I think might have been due to dirty cutlery there.
It's not bad, but considering the place was rammed with people, and taking the entrance fees into consideration, I think more could be spent of the general upkeep of the whole place.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Very good and informative place to take young children interested in aqautic life.
I would just like to personally thank The Deep for a truly fantastic day out. I've only been here once but they were really helpful, polite and really put my mind at ease when I got lost.
Great place the staff give great talks and answer any questions
It was absolutely amazing, I loved it more than the kids ha ha it is a great day out would highly recommend this to anyone.
Great attraction for all the family, very educational, close to other local attractions in the vicinity.
My daughter wanted to go for her 6th birthday and was lucky it re opened in time. I found they'd taken good measures although I felt too many people around. Many not sticking to social distancing which spoilt it for me
I loved it because the aquarium is like no other. The water lift is a very different experience from any other. It lifts you up with sea creatures and animals.
Very interesting array of species including swordfish, reef sharks and dart frogs! Would make a really good day out for families or just anyone interested in animals- especially as the deep's primary purpose is conservation !
Fantastic place enjoyed every minute feeding time is the best time
Great family day out. Very helpful staff. I will be bringing the kids at every chance with the unlimited year's access ticket they offer for the same price of a single visit. Don't miss out. Ask on reception!
Really interesting. My 7 year old loved it and the crew were really informative, engaging and helpful
Fantastically serene and beautiful natural scenes of all climatic conditions could be experienced under one roof. WOW!
I'm only giving the Deep a 4 star review losing out on top marks for their wheelchair access vs volume of people. Walkways a wide enough to have a barrier to create a lane exclusively for wheelchair users.
The venue itself is absolutely incredible, I love fish ad having 4 tanks at home it is amazing to see all the different types of fish from across the world. I could spend hours in there, it is so fascinating but what really spoilt my visit was the other visitors which in fairness is outside of the Deep's control. The constant screaming kids and parents allowing them to run around and barge past you. I highly recommend you give this place a visit but just be mindful of how busy it gets.
Nice place to visit in Hull. Food in restaurant was great value for money
Wonderful place. Had a whale of a time. Not just for older children, the toddler s loved it. Thanks to the staff. Great venue for parties too!
I love this place,it's facinating and is well laid out, you take a lift to the top floor and then walkig work your way down. Lots of interactive things for the kids to do and see inthe huge tank the building is wrapped around so even when it's busy you still see everything. The cafe and gift shops are reasonably prices and everywhere is wheelchair and stroller friendly.
It's difficult to discribed what a great day it it is there..so go visit !
Fantastic family day. Plenty to see and do. Definitely recommend. Great cafe reasonable prices can't wait to use my ticket again.
Always have a good time here. Awesome selection and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
Nice place to visit, the children enjoyed themselves.
A fabulous place to visit, great for kids.Educational for our 9 year old granddaughter and 2 year old was fascinated by the fish. Cafe served good food and was reasonably priced. Would recommend for Adults or families.
Such a brilliant place to visit. Love how you can come back free all year if you pay for a day.
Bit slow at beginning but it is very good overall especially the large aquariums
Really good for children to explore different creatures that live in water and see all the different sea life fishes,. Sharks and all rest.
Brilliant day out with my husband and toddler. My husband is disabled and used the mobility scooter for free and was able to access all areas :)
Brilliant place for all ages, easy access all round for buggy and wheelchair users. Aquariums were really clean with plenty of space for all the fish etc. Loved seeing the turtles. Will visit again..
The deep is an amazing day out for all the family, we went with a 6yo and a 20mo and they both loved it. The aquariums are massive and beautifully looked after, but there are lots of other things to see and do their too. The cafe at the end is also quite reasonbly priced and the view from the top of the building is pretty good too.
Very well laid out and presented aquarium. Really great for families with children. Highly recommended.
Good place for adults and kids. Tickets are a bit pricey but they do allow you access for 12 months if you plan to visit again.
Good for kids plenty to see. Interactive. Disappointed that underwater tunnel was 7 foot long.
Tried to get in but not enough parking spaces and cues were way too long. Need more parking area
Great attraction if you are interested in aquatic life!
Lovely place, if it went for the incessant screaming of young children. Poor fish
Spanish:
It is very adapted for young children.
I found there were very few fish and it seemed small to me.
English:
It is very adapted for small children.
I thought there were very few fish and I thought it was small.
Cool place for a free weekend or to take your family and friends somewhere.
Great for families pay when u arived that's it no more just fun looking at the penguins great
We were re visiting using the free return within a year coupon so it great
Having really only experienced the sea life centre when it comes to aquarium visits before, this made a pleasant change. I found its unique layout interesting, starting at the top and working your way down.
I was impressed by its cafe as most places like this are way overpriced yet here I found affordable options for both breakfast and lunch!
We loved that each toilet had its own theme!
Allowed me to have a wee even though I was not a paying customer.
My children really enjoyed it at the deep definitely recommend it.
Perfect place for the family. Choice of restaurants or places to eat if you take a picnic. The displays are very well set out. It does get very busy at times during school holidays and there can be a long wait to get in but it is well worth it!
Giant main tank and a good range of smaller tanks along with a range of interactive exhibits and a soft play area.
Slightly disappointed at the balance between fish and tanks and touchscreen displays, been nice if there were more fish and less computers.
Cafe and scenic lift were very busy so we did not get to experience them, if you complete a form on entry you can enjoy free entry for a year which is a great deal for locals.
Great value for money, you can go back later in the year with the same ticket. Not the biggest of aquariums but the tanks and fish are healthy, the venue is clean, the facilities are good, food is generally well priced. Some of the displays are a bit cramped when it's busy but you can always go round a 2nd time to revisit the bits that were crowded the 1st time.
Good value and entertaining for little ones and adults.
Loved it. It's really nice a day clean good day out.
Wow what a fantastic day out. We absolutely were blown away . The colours of the fish were amazing , great staff and very very resonably priced...
