Really enjoy the deep and appreciate the work gone into keeping us safe but not many other guests kept their distance and although lots of staff around cleaning they weren't reminding people of this or giving any facts about the fish which would have been a nice bonus.
Still will visit again. Really enjoyed the one way system and snack area in the entrance worked well.

It's a great place for kids and adults and our ticket was valid for a year so you can go back again for free. Car parking isn't free so take some coins. We don't like the cafe so much and tend to take a packed lunch.

Love this place.. great information and the guides are willing to help answer any questions without hesitation. Had to be cut short however planning to go back soon as the tickets are valid for a year.. definitely worth the money and the time to visit

Great for what we saw but some exhibitions weren't open....the only other down side was that the one fish my 3 year old wanted to see was a clown fish, and couldn't find it anywhere. The food was lovely and more reasonably priced then I imagined. But it was very busy (during school half term) and not sure this place is well enough equipped for the busy periods....not enough space to get by people.

Great day out. Easy to find & park. I use a mobility scooter & they have a dedicated disabled entrance/desk & easy to manoevre everywhere. Staff friendly, helpful and informative. The displays were all great including penguins, sharks, giant turtles & rays, clownfish, seahorses & lots more. Highlight was the glass scenic lift which went up through the shark tank. Lovely day out. Would definitely go again.

It may seem a bit pricy for 2-3 hours which is how long it took us to go around but you can return as many times in a 12 month period as you like. Thoroughly enjoyed the talks and handling the starfish. The kids loved it! My only criticism is the food in the diner. Fish and chips was shop bought frozen Fish! The sea is just there guys!!!

Great aquarium to visit. great place for the whole family. A lot of 'hands on' experiences, from diving shows, to feeding shows as well as playing some documentaries. The Aquarium is rich with animal life, lots of different types of animals. half way between your visit there is a nice little cafe to have a snack. At the end there is a 'Play area' for your children as well as a few aquatic themed games to play. the gift shop is a nice way to end your visit, it is full of soft toys, snow globes, T-shirts as well as other things. a great place to take the family to for a day out. Yet it does get very busy at certain times, it is great for locals as well as people visiting from around the country. 5/5 stars. Fun and educational

Brilliant morning out at The Deep, we took our little one (18 months) and she loved toddling around looking at all the fish and touchy felt bits. Really reasonably priced and more more to see and learn than your usual sealife centre. It's called The Deep for a reason, is main tank is enormous!!! Brilliant day out for all, the main highlight being the lift ride through the large tank at the end.

It is not too great, I was hoping for something much bigger, a lot of it is putting off pictures, films or some interactive presentations. Maybe it is fun but for school-age children, my toddler (3 years) was unfortunately not interested, so our visit lasted about an hour only.
Sharks are also so much that only the tiny, the biggest that they have is probably a shark saw.
