Great variety of marine animals and penguins. Can get very crowded - especially around the glass lift while people queue. Last time we went, the car park was pay and display and didn't accept contactless so we parked in the Osbourne Street car park for the convenience of paybyphone and had a nice stroll through the town to get there.

Would recommend the Deep as a lovely place to visit with the family. Well set out for covid distances. And hand sanitizer stations. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Nice lunchtime snacks.

If you like fish you'll love the deep. Starting off from prehistoric times going right through to the future The Deep has wonderful tanks full of common and ecotuc fish. Marvel at the antics of the penguins or relax in one of two cafe areas. Soft play area for the kids and plenty of choice on the menu for snacks and meals. Go into the viewing deck for a sight across the Humber. Well worth a visit

Great family day out! There is lots to see and do here. Some great displays of all types of sea life and lots of relevant info for all ages. The guides were all friendly and informative.
Car parking is right outside, there was some queuing to get in and slow movement inside as it was very busy but this not distract from the day. The fact that we can return for a year is a bonus!

Really enjoyed it. Not great planning with lifts etc. Loads of pushchairs and wheelchairs but not enough lifts! Long queues to get up to the cafe then to find there was no hot food and a poor selection of cold sandwiches!

A great day out. We drove an hour and a half to get here as our 7 year old had requested an aquarium as his holiday treat. We were not disappointed. All exhibits looks slick and clean and the larger tanks were stunning with fish swimming past your nose or sharks and rays looming out of the gloomy deep. The short presentation we watched was a bit hard to hear but we simply loved everything else. Very well presented all round with knowledgeable friendly staff always nearby and eager to answer kid's (and adult's) questions. Top attraction.

Great place to spend time with your family. The most interesting moment during my stay is the time of feeding the sharks. Very nice service. A small minus for the tunnel. I expected a longer one.

Outstanding attraction with the wow factor. Very informative, under the sea at its best and the deep sea lift should be experienced. The staff were so helpful but what i really liked was the cafe. Good range of hot and cold food, big portions at value for money. This is not always the case when you have no alternative. Well done.

Plenty to see and do, and for the price of a ticket exceptional value as you can go back as many times as you want within 12 months. Good family day out, food and drink overpriced for what it is, but I'd expect that, best off either taking a picnic or going somewhere local afterwards.

Absolutely amazing display of sealife! My 3 year old was amazed all the way through. Went for a meal afterwards and that was great and tasty too. Enjoyed every bit of it! Definitely recommend and will come back again!

Nice place, however not exceptional. The walk through underwater tunnel part we were really looking forward to, but it is tiny. You walk into it and straight out again. Food options appealing in the halfway cafe too, no ingredient information so people with allergies beware and they ran out of food by 12.20 on a not very busy weekday.

A fantastic day exploring everything to do with sea life, great sights-sharks, turtles, huge tuna, jelly fish.

Pay once, go back as many times during the next year.
Short walk to Hull centre.

Recently attended with the little one. Thoroughly worth the trip from Durham to Hull. Plenty of activities and interesting and interactive games as well as the amazing fish tanks. We'll worth the visit, especially if you have children but also for couples and families too, I imagine.
